I was harassed, threatened, tortured with gas and microwave machines in Munich, Germany between 2003 to 2005 by German Intelligence and Police, acting on the orders of the UK State.
The above illegalities started OVERTLY in June 1996 in the UK, after I submitted by final year law dissertation, "The relationship between the state, the security services and the law." kept within the confines of the UCE university without a mass audience reach. Though it is more likely the policy of COVERT state harassment started in the UK in 1985 after I applied and joined the UOTC, which automatically opens a MI-5 file on an individual.......I left the UOTC after a few weeks of not doing much(5).
I understand most certainly then, and still now with the Israeli directed Islamophobia that certain immigrants no matter how hard they try to integrate are considered suspicious foreigners..........who must be proven to be dangerous outsiders. My law dissertation thus inadvertently confirms their worries about my true interests, though one thinks given the level of day to day "MANAGEMENT" very few things have happened by chance since 1985 which are of significance to me. False narratives are created to justify their actions.....and within the spooky club they encourage each other.
Even though I was a law abiding peaceful citizen, who has NEVER committed a crime. (1985--2011)
The German State apparatus copied the UK illegality faithfully, including the gossip allegations from various dubious sources in the UK and has used this as the basis and rational for continued criminality against me, without providing a single explanation, as with the UK State.
German Intelligence then continued with the harassment, threats, torture with gas and microwave machines in various countries, after I left the country. This is done with the approval of higher echelons of the German state possibly including Angela Merkel working with Ernst Uhrlau director of the BND, and Ronald Pofalla, Federal Minister of Special Affairs......and seems a considerable effort by the German State working through their foreign embassies, and local countries agencies where I have resided in South Korea (1 year) Turkey (1 year) and Thailand (4 years) and the DSI, with the banana republic police and sometimes even the military, depending on the weather and mood for the day.Moral and psychological encouragement for these entities comes from the UK, point of the original source of the criminality, and possibly the USA.

German child murderer awarded damages for police threat

German court on Thursday awarded more than 3,000 euros ($4,265) in damages to a child murderer over a threat by police to inflict "unimaginable pain" if he did not reveal his victim's whereabouts.
In a ruling that sparked outrage, the regional court in the state of Hesse found that the "human dignity" of Magnus Gaefgen had been violated during questioning in 2002 over the disappearance of a banker's 11-year-old son.
The police believed at the time that the abducted child, Jakob von Metzler, could still be alive after his parents paid a one-million-euro ransom to Gaefgen.
It emerged later that the boy, whose family owns one of Germany's oldest private banks, was already dead at the time of the interrogation. Gaefgen was convicted in 2003 of murder and sentenced to life in prison.
In awarding Gaefgen 3,000 euros plus interest, presiding judge Christoph Hefter said the killer had been the victim of "serious rights violations" that could not be rectified under German law without the payment of compensation.
"With this ruling, it is entirely insignificant and may not be considered that the plaintiff committed a crime," he said.
"Human dignity may not be denied to a person, even if this is difficult in light of the crime the plaintiff committed."
Gaefgen, 36, had demanded 10,000 euros for pain and suffering as well as other damages, saying he had been threatened with "torture" and was still suffering from psychological trauma.
The policeman who questioned him and his senior officer were convicted in 2004 and fined but their sentences were suspended.
The European Court of Human Rights had last year ruled that Gaefgen had been subjected to "inhumane treatment".
During his trial, Gaefgen confessed that he had abducted Jakob, whose family controls the Metzler private bank in Frankfurt, on September 27, 2002, as the boy made his way home from school.
Gaefgen, who was known to the Metzler family, described how he lured the boy to his flat and then bound his mouth and nose with adhesive bandages.
When the boy stopped moving after Gaefgen pushed on his face with his hands, he immersed the child in water in a bathtub to ensure that he was dead.
The Metzlers paid the ransom demanded by Gaefgen, but their son's body was recovered from a pond near Frankfurt four days after he disappeared. Most of the money was later found at Gaefgen's home.
The case attracted intense media coverage and ahead of the ruling the top-selling daily Bild splashed the headline across its front page Thursday: "Damages for a Child Murderer? Judge, stop this!" with a picture of Hefter.
The GdP police union said the judgment was "emotionally very difficult to endure" and argued that officers must be able to use tough interrogation methods in situations in which lives are believed to be at stake.
"Neither torture nor even the threat of torture are instruments at the disposal of a police force operating under the rule of law," union chief Bernhard Witthaut said in a statement.
"But family members, as well as all citizens, have a right to expect that the police will try to question an alleged murderer to such an extent that the potential victim can at least be found quickly, if not rescued."
The interior affairs spokesman for the ruling Christian Democratic Union, Wolfgang Bosbach, slammed the verdict as "a slap in the face for the parents and relatives of the victim Jakob von Metzler."
