So now Zardari the American installed gangster/agent says the Taliban are about to take over Pakistan. What utter baloney!!!! The American installed gangster/puppet must be reading a script written in America as a justification of American drone attacks against fellow Pakistanis in sovereign Pakistani territory, which kill Pakistani civilians.
Here is the reality of the Taliban. They were formed in 1994, when the Clinton administration persuaded 'liberal' Benazir Bhutto that it would be a great idea if Pakistan trained, armed and backed an Islamic fundamentalist group like the Taliban to 'stabilize' Afghanistan, and which would also give Pakistan 'strategic depth' viz India. The idiots in Pakistan of course said "that's a great idea sahib, we'll do it!"...............then Afghanistan from 1996 became a pseudo-base for "al-Qaeda"....I say a "pseudo-base" as there is no such organization as "al-Qaeda"; Osama and his merry band of a few dozen just moved from Sudan to Afghanistan----and that's your al-Qaeda in reality .
Then we had terrorist ops in the Greater Middle East and East Africa by Israel 1996---2001, which were blamed on "al-Qaeda", culminating in 9/11, an ostensibly Israeli operation. The Americans invade and occupy Afghanistan, and activate the Afghan narco trade using the USA airforce, via Kosovo into Europe, and North America and Pakistan/Iran/Central Asia....$100 billion business, a few Americans benefit.
Now we have 8,000 Taliban in Afghanistan and a few thousand Pakistani Taliban in Pakistan, operated by..........................................................you guessed good, the USA,UK and their Pakistani assets the Pak military and ISI. In jargon terms this is known as "controlled opposition". Obviously a few Pashtun men armed with AK-47 can't take over the whole of Pakistan, as the Taliban is extensively a ethnic movement of Pashtuns backed managed by the USA/UK/Pakistan security......they aren't going to be welcomed by the vast majority of Pakistanis, especially non-Pashtuns who are moderate Muslims that follow the Sufi based perceptions of Islam, not the Wahabi interpretation of Islam.

Every time the United States launches a drone attack in Pakistan, the Pakistani government formally complains. Senator Dianne Feinstein doesn’t really understand why. In fact, according to the chairwoman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, the drones “are flown out of a Pakistani base.”
The revelation would be seriously damaging to the Pakistani government, which has denied any complicity in the US attacks, hugely unpopular in Pakistan’s tribal areas. Sen. Feinstein would be privy to numerous details of the drone program given her position, but her official spokesman, perhaps sensing the potential danger of such a revelation, declared that she “strongly objects” to the remarks being characterized as coming from anything other than media reports.
Pakistani Defense Minister Ahmad Mukhtar denied the allegation, saying the US drones are flown from a base in Afghanistan. The Obama Administration has continued the policy of launching apparently unilateral attacks, though Pakistani Foreign Minister Qureshi says the administration will be revealing a new strategy sometime soon.
