The speaker speaks with a pure voice, even though he was part of the Deep State, and he still maintains close contact with them.
He does not use elite jargon, and speaks carefully and slowly....so that mere mortals can comprehend the full horror of what he dares reveals to us.
He does not have the following of the fake millions, as he delivers his incisive insider intelligence quality against quantity.
He has the humility and the courtesy to mention local people involved directly in the tragedy, with whom he communicates with extensively (besides his Deep State contacts)...and who obviously have first hand knowledge of the drama.
For him these local third world brown people aren't some disconnected distant incomprehensisible 'others' but humans with whom maybe he shares a common bond of understanding of their plight.
In such a light it almost appears inappropriate to interject a correction of his otherwise excellent Intelligence analysis.
He says the plight of Syria goes back to the 1990's and to PNAC.....
