The Scotts are hard working honest people, with a huge propensity for innovation and ENGINEERING. I'm not going to list them all here, starting from the 18th century. The people are a mix of Stone age people, Celtics and much later, Indo-Europeans....via the English and Scandinavian Viking invasions.
The prospects for the country are enormous, and not merely because of North Sea oil and gas, but also because Scots are good mangers of their own affairs. As Japan has proven it is not the presence of vast resources which determine the prosperity of a nation (Japan has next to no natural resources....and is a mostly mountainous country where it is difficult to build cities, industry and agriculture).....and yet through GOOD MANAGEMENT, SOUND ECONOMIC POLICIES and efficient use of its scarce resources Japan is one of the most prosperous and innovative countries on earth......Japan is a miracle. By contrast, the DRC with $30 trillion worth of minerals is one of the poorest countries on earth.
This Scottish character however does not go well with Jewish Rothschild run London, with its emphasis on clever high finance, deliberately sabotaging British Industry from the 1970's in which their puppet Thatcher played an important part, or selling it off to foreign entities....to be later asset stripped. Or Paedophilia, Satanism, services and global adventures.
The Scottish referendum was rigged by MI-5 which is run by the Rothschilds, but most importantly most Scots know it was rigged, and hence the Scots vote in this election where they resoundingly voted for independence.....this is what it was.
MI-5 was too pre-occuppied in rigging 30-40 marginal seats for the Tories in England to spare the staff to rig elections in Scotland again. No doubt they will do so in the 2020 elections.
It is not that Scots and English can't live together as they have done for 314 years since the Act of Union, but that the absolute ascendency of the Jewish Rothschilds, and their use of Jewish candidates in both leading parties......and their Satanic monetary based ideology in The City does not go to well with the Scots, and their London centric policies.
Ed milliband is Jewish, and openly Jewish.
David Cameron is also Jewish, of Lithuanian Jewish descent regularly attending a Westminster synagogue, and taking orders from the Rothschilds of London.
The Scots have voted for independence, now it is only a matter of time for their eventual independence.
MI-5 vote rigging with which the Scots will become ever more aware of, and the fifth column in the Scottish National Party won't prevent eventual Scottish independence.
Scotland will become another Norway....detached from Sweden.

No 2nd vote on Scottish independence: Cameron

“There isn't going to be another referendum. We had the referendum and the SNP (Scottish National Party) aren't pushing for another referendum actually,” Cameron said in an interview with Channel 4 News on Sunday.Referring to the last year’s independence vote, Cameron said, "Scotland voted emphatically to stay in the United Kingdom.”

In the referendum, held on September 18, 2014, Scots voted 55-45 percent to preserve the 307-year-old political union with England.

Following the vote, the British government announced the formation of a commission tasked with overseeing the process to take forward the devolution commitments on further powers for the Scottish parliament.

“Now what we need to do is bring the United Kingdom together. We are going to do that by … delivering the devolution settlement in Scotland, keeping all the pledges that were made,” the UK premier said.

The Conservatives, led by Cameron, also secured 331 seats in the UK's 650-seat parliament, allowing them to govern without the need for a coalition or agreement with other parties.
