The USA's occupation of Afghanistan is similar to the USA's colonial occupation of the Philippines where after defeating old colonial Spain, the USA illegally occupied the Philippines, and began a Krieg der Vernichtung, resulting in war crimes and mass genocide of indigenous people which has had significant psychological, physical and political implications even to this day in that sad developing nation in SE Asia.

President Duterte's fundamental struggle is therefore is about cutting this tragic and dangerous colonial legacy, and the concurrent American counter actions to maintain the old colonial links through the corrupt old elite of the Philippines, the USA trained security services (The Philippine military, Intelligence and Police Duterte's police 'smuggled guns to Philippines ISIS jihadists' ) and open destabilisation of the Duterte agenda through the introduction of (CIA) ISIS fighters from Indonesia, along with illegal shipments of arms into the country.

May President Duterte succeed, for his country, for the region of SE Asia, and the people of the world against the USA empire.

The USA entered the Philippines, under the pretext of 'liberating' the country from the Spanish....and then began occupying the country for the next 118 years effectively to this day. ......using its military muscle, and the subversive wiles of the CIA/State Department....and not through any good deeds (development, modernisation, governance, trade, true security......or even Pure Christian charity and love for Jesus, the saviour).

The Philippines is predominantly a Christian country, converted into the religion by the Spanish over 500 years.

In Afghanistan since November 2001, after a pre-planned invasion, the USA officially has spent about $800 billion, and 95% of that expenditure has gone towards expenditure of military occupation....and a mere 5% on development.

So it is not merely an alien foreign occupation as in the case of Germany in 1945, but it is a hostile occupation with on-going military operations against the local people, using USA, NATO and other troops....over 16 years. 2001---2017, with no end in sight, and the longest military operation in American history.

It is also deceptively artificial in that the Taliban against whom the USA is fighting purportedly is in reality, 'Controlled Opposition' created by the CIA in 1994 through the services of the Pakistan military, to serve as the excuse for the USA to enter the country eventually in 2001. The Taliban was/is managed and directed by the Pakistani military for the USA, with the USA providing significant military aid to Pakistan in lieu of their service. Top-up funds for the CIA Taliban come from CIA directed Qatar and other GCC countries.

The Taliban is a CIA show, which allows the USA the excuse to stay (rather tenuously) in Afghanistan, under the excuse that the USA selflessly is fighting them unto eternity, to protect the USA and the world.

The CIA Taliban has their ONLY international high profile official office in Doha, Qatar, where they mingle with 10,000 USA military personnel based there, as well as a naval base for the USA navy.

The CIA Taliban leadership reside in Pakistan's province of Baluchistan under the protection of the Pakistan military, and obvious full knowledge of the all knowing USA $1.5 trillion hyper-security state.

Why all this devious deception by the USA in order to conduct its longest war which has yet to finish, as stated by Mattis?

1. Attack and destroy 'al-CIA-duh' which in 2001 had its HQ in Afghanistan because of 9/11.

But 9/11 was carried out by the CIA/Pentagon as a false flag......and Mattis was one of many generals who participated in it. Mattis is also the general who in the 1990's formulated the plans to invade Afghanistan, a few good years before 9/11...'malice a fore thought'. OBL is dead, 'al-CIA-duh' has more or less disappeared from Afghanistan, and logically it does not take 16 years to totally eliminate 20,000 rag-tag bitter enders armed with mere AK-47's such as the CIA Taliban or 'Controlled Opposition'.

The malice and deviousness of the Pentagon's desire to stay in Ariana where the excuse and objective has changed a million times depending on the direction of the fair weather wind, means that now the Pentagon/CIA has imported 6000 ISIS fighters into the Afghan 'war zone' from Syria/Iraq.....so that the USA may have its 'Final victory' in Afghanistan.....in the next decade or two.

2. Afghanistan purportedly affords the USA strategic reach viz a vi, Central Asia, China, Iran and the Persian Gulf. The full motivations for that is articulated by Zbig Brzezinski in his Magnus Opus important book, 'The Grand Chessboard' (1997--4 years before 9/11) which stated that in order for the USA to maintains its premier hyper-power position it

(i) Had to have a physical presence in Eurasia..and

(ii) From its base in Eurasia, prevent a rival such as China or Russia ever coming close to challenging the USA militarily, through destabilisation and Islamic terrorism......But in the era of nuclear submarines, ballistic missiles, spy satellites and strategic airlift, you no longer need to be physically present in a specific place to project your military/security power effectively, rather like the old colonial Brits grunting up the old Khyber in a 1930's Hollywood B-movie:

3. Afghan Heroin the CIA/Pentagon-----exported and imported around the world, including the USA, and the money laundered in NY and London big banks.....eg. HSBC (Hong Kong Shanghai banking corporation) .....worth $50--100 billion each year.

4. Afghan occupation allows massive Pentagon corruption in that country. ....with USA taxpayer funds. Noble American warriors on RR, with suitcases full of cash going to the GCC banks to deposit their ill-gotten loot, and salute the flag.

We have bad news and good news.

The "bad" news is that the foreign occupiers of Afghanistan are not currently winning. The "good" news is that Mad Pooch James Mattis, recently transferred from General Dynamics to the Defense Department, believes in miracles!

Testifying before the Senate, Mattis told fellow geriatric John McCain that the US is "not currently winning" in Afghanistan. He also took full responsibility for that and assured the great country of the United States that he will turn things around.

Mattis did not specify how many more decades he and his olive-clad friends will need to start winning, but he did say it would be "as soon as possible".

Well, "as soon as possible" is good enough for us here at Russia Insider, and if it's not good enough for you, you probably don't thirst for the blood of Afghan wedding-goers as strongly as you should.

He is the leaker of DNC documents to Wikileaks........who after his murder set a bounty of $20,000 for any information that will identify his true murderers, and where obviously Wikileaks does not believe the police explanation that they were just bungling robbers.

The police say that Seth Rich was murdered in the course of a botched robbery, BUT nothing was stolen from him.

The 2 shots to his back suggest more of a mafia style pizzagate hit job.

When he arrived at the hospital he was still alive (Like Lady Diana after her accident) and that he may have been 'murdered' at the hospital by Deep State doctors on Hilary's orders.

He was murdered in a busy shopping area with many security camera's CCTV pointing at the murder scene, and yet none of the footage exist or have been released by police of the actual murder.

The police have not released the details of his computer to the public, even after they ruled that he was murdered by robbers.

The Islamic State group has claimed attacks on Iran’s parliament and the Mausoleum of Ayatollah Khomeini a few kilometres south of the capital on Wednesday morning, near simultaneous assaults that killed up to seven people, according to media reports.

A security guard was killed when four gunmen burst into Tehran's parliament complex, while a gardener was reported dead when several armed assailants entered the grounds of Khomeini's mausoleum in the south of the city, according to the ISNA news agency.

"Fighters from Islamic State attacked Khomeini's shrine and the Iranian parliament in Tehran," IS's news agency Amaq said.

An official at Khomeini's mausoleum in south Tehran said "three or four" people had entered via the western entrance and opened fire, killing the gardener and wounding several people, according to the Fars news agency.

Fars said a female suicide attacker blew herself up outside the shrine and published photos showing the explosion. The Mizanonline news agency also said a female suicide bomber blew herself up outside the shrine, while another woman was arrested carrying six grenades.

Lawmaker Elias Hazrati told state television three assailants, one with a pistol and two with AK-47 assault rifles, raided parliament.

Parliament was in session as the attacks unfolded, with live footage showing members continuing with routine business even as gun battles were reported in surrounding office buildings.

Speaker Ali Larijani dismissed the attacks, saying they were a "trivial matter" and that security forces were dealing with them.

Intensified gunfire was heard from the neighbouring offices as Fars news agency reported police had launched an assault.

Parliament in session as attacks unfold

Tasmin news agency said there were unconfirmed reports that the attackers had taken four hostages inside the parliament building, but the state news agency IRNA reported that the situation at parliament is under control and a session is going ahead.

Another lawmaker said one of the assailants was surrounded by security forces and all the doors to the building had been closed, ISNA news agency reported.

"I was inside the parliament when shooting happened. Everyone was shocked and scared. I saw two men shooting randomly," said one journalist at the scene, who asked not to be named.

Several Arab media outlets claimed that the Islamic State group carried out the attacks, but removed the news report from their websites after half an hour, according to the semi-offical Fars News Agency.

Around half an hour later and 19 kilometres away from the parliament building, an armed man opened fire at the Mausoleum of Ayatollah Khomeini and wounded a number of people, the semi-official Fars news agency reported.

Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini launched the Islamic revolution in 1979.

"The GCC States Led By Saudi Arabia Will Collapse Into Oblivion"

Emboldened by U.S. backing Saudi Arabia launched a campaign to finally subjugate Qatar into client state status. The plan has now reached a high point. A few hours ago Bahrain, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia severed all ties with Qatar.

All sea- and airspace have been closed for Qatari traffic and the land-routes severed. All Qataris will have to leave those countries within 14 days. Qatari diplomats were given just 48 hours.

The immediate consequences are huge. Some 37 million passengers cross through Doha each year. But Qatar Airways now has to fly through Iranian, Iraqi and Turkish airspace to reach Europe. (If the situation persists the UAE owned Emirates Airways will likely order a huge bunch of new planes.) Half of the food in Qatar comes via Saudi Arabia through Qatar's only land border. 600-800 trucks per day can no longer pass. The 19 flights per day between Doha and Dubai are called off. Oil prices rose some 1.6% and the Qatari stock exchange tanked.

The reasons for the immediate spat are manifold. It has only little to do with Iran.

The Saudis accuse Qatar of supporting terrorists.

That is like Britain accusing the U.S. of imperialism, or the mafia cutting ties with the mob over gangsterism.

As Joe Biden remarked (vid) when still Vice President, both Wahhabi countries, Qatar and Saudi Arabia, have been funding and fueling terrorism in Syria, Iraq and elsewhere. But the Saudi view is that the more "liberal" Qatar is simply supporting the "wrong" kind of terrorists.

The Qatari government and its mouthpiece Al-Jazeera installed and supported the Muslim Brotherhood government in Egypt. The Saudis put that government down by financing a military coup against it. Qatar is supporting the Muslim Brotherhood government of Turkey.

It is supporting the Palestinian Hamas, also a Muslim Brotherhood affiliate. Qatar is financing various al-Qaeda aligned groups in Libya, Syria and Afghanistan. The Taliban have their only diplomatic mission in Doha. Until recently the Saudis have been financing ISIS. They are now mainly back at financing various other Jihadi groups in Syria under CIA control. The UAE is sponsoring the Libyan general Hiftar who is fighting Qatari supported al-Qaeda aligned groups. The Saudis are making nice with Israel and have no interest in the Palestinian cause which Qatar supports.

There are diverting interests in hydrocarbons. Qatar is the world's biggest exporter of natural gas - a serious competition to Saudi oil exports. It has recently intensified its relations with other producers and customers in the Gulf region and beyond.

More local and personal dimensions of the spat include many intermarriages and competitions between Saudi and Qatari tribes and families. There are rumors that significant tribal groups in the Saudi's Najd desert, especially the al-Tamim, have recently renewed their ties to Qatar under its current emir Prince Tamim Bin Hamad al-Thani. This was an "in your face" for the al-Sauds.

Oman and Kuwait have taken no position in the fight and try to mediate. Turkey is allied with Qatar but has stayed suspiciously quiet. There is a new defense agreement between Qatar and Turkey promising Turkish support if Qatar is attacked. The Turkish military has a base in Qatar with some 600 soldiers. A huge share of foreign investment in Turkey has come from Qatar. The Turkish and Qatari government coordinate tightly in their common support for al-Qaeda and other Takfiris in the war on Syria.

The current standoff between Qatar and other Arab countries in the Gulf Cooperation Council were enabled by the Trump administration:

Whereas the Obama administration sought to enhance U.S. engagement with the GCC as a bloc, Trump focused instead on Saudi Arabia and the UAE as the twin pillars of its regional approach. Strong bonds reportedly have formed between Trump’s adviser and son-in-law Jared Kushner and Mohammed bin Salman in Saudi Arabia as well as Yusuf al-Otaiba, the influential UAE ambassador in Washington.

Key principals within the Trump administration, such as Defense Secretary Jim Mattis and CIA Director Mike Pompeo, hold views on Iran and the Muslim Brotherhood that are virtually indistinguishable from those in Riyadh and Abu Dhabi.

Trump fell into a Saudi-Israeli trap. The Pentagon hawks have dreamed of an "Arab NATO" to fight Iran. The envisioned "Arab NATO" may soon have its first war but it will be against one of its members. The (not-satanic) "Orb" show and the unlimited U.S. support for Saudi Arabia have exacerbated the fissures within the GCC and will hinder any common operations.

The U.S. military has huge interests in Qatar and other Gulf countries. Al-Udeid in Qatar is the biggest U.S. airbase in the Middle East. It is also the forward headquarter of the U.S. Central Command with some 10,000 U.S. soldiers and leads the fight against ISIS. The U.S. Navy fifth fleet is hosted in nearby Bahrain which has now declared a cold war with Qatar.

Any spat or difficulty between the Gulf countries hinders U.S. military operations.

In Washington an intense Saudi and UAE lobbying campaign against Qatar has been ongoing for months. A Saudi lobbyist threatened the Qatari ruler with the "same fate as Egypt's Morsi". In a reprisal hacked emails between the UAE ambassador Yusuf al-Otaiba and Israeli lobbying organizations in Washington were recently published. The documents show that the Zionist lobby organization "Foundation for the Defense of Democracy" is advising the dictatorship of the UAE on how to fight the dictatorship of Qatar.

At the end of the "orb" show the Saudis and the U.S. pushed a document declaring various organizations and Iran "terrorist supporters." Qatar refused to sign it. Saudi clerics then declared that the Qatari al-Thani rulers are no longer considered to be "part of the Abdel Wahhab clan". That takes away the Wahhabi rulers religious legitimacy.

Qatar had tried to calm the situation down. It announced that six of its soldiers had been wounded while fighting for the Saudis near Yemen. It expelled a few Hamas leaders from the country. A mediator was sent to Kuwait - so far to no avail.

The extreme bullying of Qatar by the Saudis and the UAE, with total closure of all its borders, is designed to create an immediate capitulation. So far Qatar holds onto its course but in the end it is likely to fold. It will have to stop its support for "terrorism" i.e. the Muslim Brotherhood.

Another scenario is a putsch in Doha with some Saudi puppet prepared to take over the realm. If that is unsuccessful a military move could follow. Qatar has little capabilities to withstand a potential Saudi invasion.

For Iran this is a chance to further blow up the GCC by intensifying its relations with Qatar. It could increase its food exports to the country and host Qatar airline flights. This in exchange for a Qatari retreat from Syria. The U.S./Saudi plan of confronting Iran through the GCC would then be in complete jeopardy.

No matter how the spat with Qatar ends, the GCC unity has (again) been exposed as a sham. It can not be repaired. Saudi "leadership" is shown to be just brutal bullying and will be resisted. U.S. plans for a united GCC under Saudi leadership and U.S. control are in shambles.

The linch pin of all this is the Saudi war on Yemen. The Saudis support the Hadi puppet government of Yemen and two years ago aligned the other Gulf states, including Qatar, to fight against the Houthi in north Yemen. They accuse the Houthi of receiving Iranian support. There is zero evidence for that claim. The war and the coalition have failed. Houthi resistance continues unabated. With Yemen sinking into a famine thanks to a Saudi border blockade and a Cholera epidemic rapidly extending, the war must come to a close. Kuwait, Oman and Qatar are talking with the Houthi in Sanaa. Last week troops from the UAE used helicopters to again fight Saudi supported militia around the southern airport in Aden.

The U.S. and Britain urge for greater war by sending British security personnel to train Saudis in the art of war, along with massive BaE arms, and the USA by signing a new arms package that could be worth over $350 billion by the end of it, AND by setting up a massive NSA style 5-eyes spy center for the Saudis.

BUT the wannabe little Sparta in the desert, under the Saudis overestimate their capabilities. So did Trump when he raised their role. The Saudi do not have the capabilities needed to be serious political actors in this world, as they constitute only 23 million rather mediocre unremarkable Third World people. Their money can paper over that for only so long.

Speaking at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum on Friday, Putin theorized that Angela Merkel's recent outburst about not being able to rely on the United States anymore "was an expression of her resentment over a limited sovereignty."

Merkel may enjoy having her phones tapped by her "allies" in Washington, but Putin is less than impressed:

There are not so many countries in the world that enjoy the privilege of sovereignty.

I don't want to offend anybody, but what Ms Merkel said is an expression of her resentment over a limited sovereignty. I assure you of that, whatever she answers later on. Within the framework of the military-political alliances, it is restrained on official terms. It is determined what is allowed and what is not allowed. And in practice, it is even harsher. You must not do anything that is not allowed. And who is giving that permission? The leadership. And where is the leadership? It's far away.

President Trump shoving aside the head of Montenegro at the NATO heads meeting probably is an expression of his Alpha male assertiveness against the Cucks, and that as with the term 'Covfefe' he is communicating to his base in their specific language, in the USA.

Of course in an administration filled with NEVER Trumpers, swamp insiders, billionaires who have given Trump some shekels, Obummer hold-overs and Deep State Generals....AND NOT ONE SINGLE TRUE TRUMPER.....then I suppose it is somewhat convenient and cheap and easy to make grand gestures to the base which elected him into office, BUT are excluded totally from his administration.

Then it is cheaper to invite truckers to Washington where Trump can photo-op on driving a truck in front of the Whitehouse, or Tillerson jamming with millions of bikers.

Empty gestures by the showman to his base, where he communicates to the masses using his specific language. The liberal progressives are excluded, who do not understand him, and don't need to understand him either.

But alas such tricks/gimmicks can only work for so long with his base, whom he needs to get re-elected.

But let me talk about President Jared Kushner, and the possible source of the 'Covfefe' Trump was alluding to:

1. Envy: It is the most powerful human emotion which motivates people to undertake actions around the world. Modern capitalist society is predicated on 'envy' 'keeping up with the Jones'. Jared Kushner married to Ivanka Trump with some beautiful children are the perfect beautiful happy couple, successful rich young couple( and I am told both of them are not into Pizzagate child sacrifice---though Ivanka has been photographed with butterflies in her more nubile younger days, and she did pose as a paedo-Lolita to her father again previously.........but posey photo-ops often mean very little unless you are into show business).

In capitalist America this should generate enormous envy against them, given all that they have. To top it all both are based in the Whitehouse, and allegedly they both run key government policy from organising Trumps first foreign tour to establishing strategic back channels with Russia. It seems in addition to having all else, they also enjoy power and privilege vis a vi the POTUS, which did not have to be screened through Capital Hill in the first place. Of course logically Trump should not surrender to the jealous Covfefe against his son-in-law, since there are no grounds based on mere envy for him to go.

Though clear double standards exist in that Trump surrendered against the Covfefe against General Flynn establishing very much the same lines of communications with the Russian, as has Kushner. The difference is that Flynn had an official administration position, Kushner with MORE POWER than Flynn, does not....so no position to resign from for Kushner. Further it will appear as supreme CUCK beta-male weakness if Trump were to give up on his son-in-law due to the 'Covfefe' from the progressive liberal Cucks. ......acting on behalf of the Deep State and Soros.

2. Soros: Of greater consequence is Kushners 'covert collaboration' with the Nazi scrotum face Soros. Soros is Hilary's main mentor, and has sponsored many radical movements in the USA, which are diametrically opposed (in some cases violently) to Republican doctrine and rule. Kushner's own family is traditionally democrat, as are most Jews in NY, and this is a real issue that will challenge the ideological purity and policy direction of the Trump administration. This ideological schism between what Trump elaborated during the election and the reason he was voted in, and what Kushner stands for will become more apparent as time progresses. (i) Mollycoddling Saudi Arabia for petro-dollars and 'deals' organised by Kushner (ii) The attack on Syria pushed by Kushner (the latter causing a massive blowback from the Trump base) (iii) Kushner as 'Peace envoy to the Middle East' as an orthadox Jew with very close links to Israel.

3. 'Art of the Deal': It would appear to some that as time progresses and more people get to see Trump's policies unfold that the primary MO of Trump was to enrich himself and his family through back channel deals with his son-in-law, President Kushner (Hence the visit to Saudi Arabia for his very first foreign holiday, as the Saudis are well known for conferring lavish back hand gifts to foreign leaders). That ALL his election promises to drain the swamp and bring back jobs were mere flowery political rhetoric and feints to get himself elected, and the 'bait and switch' central figure for Trump is President Kushner. This deception with the American people will cost Trump dearly, even after he ceases to be President, as peoples hopes have been raised too high, as have national emotions of what people must expect from their politicians both by SOROS, and Trump himself. Political cynicism, doublespeak and playing the sucker will not go down to well....as a few events in America have demonstrated, and specifically the reason why the Clintons/Bush/Obummer administrations have instituted creeping marshal law into the country to manage this real possibility.

With the silent background spectre of President Jared Kushner, it appears to some like a greasy Third World spik banana republic in your face nepotism and kleptocracy.

4. Bigger than the President: The Democrats and close family members (brother and wife), Robert Kennedy and Hilary played minor roles to their President, JFK and Bill Clinton. It would appear that President Kushner in the first 134 days is playing an even greater role to the President than the above two. What is his qualification for all this POWER besides being the prodigal son-in-law? As I recall it was the alternative media such as this blog and more high profile ones in the USA which won him the elections........not his son-in-laws new found electoral brilliance. Where is the electoral brilliance now, if it ever existed? Is Kushner being groomed for future Presidency? Did Americans elect HIM to run the country, and formulate its strategic direction?

Were ordinary American voters presented with the FACT openly and honestly that President Kushner would be the real back seat driver? AND if the American voter knew of this fact, would they have voted for Trump in the first place? Is this not classic CUCK DECEPTION.

5. No clear position in the administration, and no communication with the public (accountability). President Kushner is sometimes described as an advisor and sometimes as the main manager of his key policies at home and abroad, balancing and calming his administration against the more extremist elements in the administration. But which is he? What is he? He has no official role and therefore within the administrative authority of Trumps presidency there is no mechanism to REPORT and INFORM capital hill of his work, or any mechanism by which capital hill or the media could hold him accountable. This is unconstitutional, and akin to Rasputin at the Kremlin.

Here is this young man, who is eerily silent to the world.....what does his voice sound like? At the core of American Presidential power. For all we know he could start WWIII (Hyperbole) and the American people through capital hill and the media would not know why, when, where, who started it........save for Soros and certain Israelis.

6. Shady real Estate deals come to light: The Kushner's main family business is Real Estate. It is decidedly Jew shady with allegations that the families fortune is based on dodgy loans from shady characters within the USA and shady entities outside of the country ("You give money and I will serve you .....Capicse Barone")....laundered money from the Russian, Jewish and Italian mafia.....AND of greater interest for Republicans, large quantities of money from Scrotum face Nazi collaborator Soros.

Then there are various stories from poor unfortunate tenants of the Kushners that state that they are classic Jew predatory landlords who don't give a fuck about the plight of the less fortunate amongst us----which thus belies his clean cut fresh, 'nice Guy' image put forward by the MSM. And there HQ building in NY is numbered 666---satanism? Jew satanism?

Could be shrugged off as legally inconsequential "kerfefe".....but, in the long term I think not.

The more President Kushner runs America, the more questions will be asked about him.....and his shady past.

Instead of looking at his family for real support, maybe Trump should consider and put his faith in REAL Trumpers in his administration.

For Example Alex Jones as the new Communications Director, and Roger Stone his deputy would make a great team inside the Whitehouse. Stone would use his 50 years experience in REAL politics to temper the RAW energy of Alex Jones.

One thing is for sure, these two won't betray the Trump Presidency, but rather act as the essential connection between President Trump and his base in the USA, whom Trump needs to win the 2020 elections.

The communication to the base has been lackluster because the administration is filled with NEVER Trumpers, swamp insiders, billionaires who have given Trump some shekels, Obummer hold-overs and Deep State Generals......all of them will be hoping Trump fails with their actions and policies.

Nor will Alex Jones and Roger Stone be distracted with their sensitive communications work groping around for deals like Hilary with the State Department at her disposal. THEY WILL FOCUS ON COMMUNICATING ALL THE GOOD WORK THAT TRUMP HAS DONE, AND WILL DO TO HIS BASE EFFECTIVELY AND UNASHAMEDLY.
