So the Americans don't want Russia to get weapons from its long-standing ally, with whom Russia conducts war games in the far East to protect North KOREA, and in the South China Sea.
With whom Russia conducts war games in the Arabian Sea to protect Iran, a strategic ally.
Russia is the country where 80% of Chinese military weapons are imported from and copied.
China is not self-sufficient in defence, and so it relies on Russian technology and parts.
Beyond this, Russia and China have had many many meetings pushing forward their strategic cooperation and partnership.
Presumably, there is here an intrinsic idea that both countries will help each other if there is war.
On the other hand, the arming of Neo-Nazis in Ukraine is consequential dangerous blowback for Europe and North America. Armed with such heavy weapons will these free agents return their heavy weapons back to their unsourced suppliers?
It is unlikely.
When this security operation is over and Ukraine is secured by Russia, imagine a Western world filled with Neo-Nazis terrorism.
The Chinese are smart enough to understand that if Russia is 'Finished' and Navalny comes to power in Moscow (A German agent-with a German face)---then it will be China's turn.

In Russia ever since Peter the Great, there have been ruling forces who have attempted to make Russia look West, as a modern European power involved in European society, culture and most importantly power politics.
However based in Moscow, there have been elite forces in Russia who have viewed Russia NOT as a European power, but a Eurasian power, with most parts of the country in Asia.
President Putin is one such person, and they are known as Eurasian nationalists. The Deep state of Russia, including the military are Eurasian nationalists. It is a natural phenomenon.
Only the 'liberal Jews' and a certain percentage of Russians especially from the Czarist era want Russia's future tied to Europe, where Europe is the primary trading and diplomatic partner.
For the 'liberal Jews' a greater percentage of their brethren now live in the West, and Israel (which projects itself as a Western nation, at odds with its neighbourhood), and the all-powerful Rothschilds who have single-handedly made it happen for the Jews over the last 200 years, and out of the ghetto. From this perspective, it is understandable why the inner Jew in the KGB deliberately collapsed the Soviet Union, with badly planned and implemented 'reform' policies in the 1980's........whereas a failed state like North Korea with 1.2 million military and 26% of GDP in defence is still standing tall, scaring the USA from time to time.
The Germans can call themselves European, as they moved to Europe from NW European Russia. But the much larger IRANIAN FAMILY from Hungary to Siberia, Xinjiang, Central Asia, Afghanistan and India.......land that was all inhabited by Iranian tribes are definitely not European. Nor are the Slavs from Asian Siberia, moving into Russia 1200 years ago. And then you have the whole Altiac-Turkic-Mongol-Hunnic-Uighur tribes settling in or near Russia----more non-Europeans in Russia's ethnic mix.
But in politics a minority like the Bolsheviks can take power with Western backing. Navalny, with Western backing, can take over Russia.
When President Navalny take power in Russia:
1. There will be no further joint military exercises with India and China.
2. Navalny's Russia with join NATO
3. Navalny's Russia will no longer supply or share state of the art military technology with India and China.
4. Navalny's Russia will de-couple with any Eurasian integration initiatives, and IBOR, BRICS.
5. Navalny's Russia will reduce trade prioritisation with India and China.
6. Navalny's Russia will have less diplomatic traffic with India and China.
7. Navalny's Russia will not stand up and fight for the global interests of India and China.
8. Imagine Russia as an enemy state of India and China. Imagine Russia as an enemy state of India and China, with FULL inside knowledge of the strategic position of the 2 countries in ASIA.
United WE stand, divided and fooled by the USA WE fail and fall!.
The time has come for India and China to gather around Russia, and give her the maximum support.
