Why would you over-egg the pudding, and conduct massive voter fraud in a state which is already blue?
Well if you are looking to create a 'Blue wave' and you want to give demented Biden legitimacy, then better to cover your tracks and do it in a state which is blue already. (The only thing being is you have improbable election turnouts in the state and districts--55%, 60%, 70%, 80% and straight from the Lubyanka 90%). ....and of course Fraudulent votes all for Biden written by one person.
The bulk of the votes that are fraudulent are under DNC controlled states.
In Key battleground states, voter fraud has been exposed and is still being exposed....because the Trump administration invested greater resources in those states to catch the fraud.
RATHER THAN TAKE A GENERAL HISTORICAL VIEW OF VOTER FRAUD COVERING ALL AMERICA, THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION IS BEING SMART ON FOCUSING ON KEY BATTLEGROUND STATES TO CLEARLY OVERTURN JUDGEMENTS....EVENTUALLY.
