He is not there to solve the problem, provide constructive solutions, and end it swiftly (As in China) before any more Americans die.
He is there to tell Americans that maybe many many Americans will die. Maybe 100,000--240,000 Americans will die. Maybe 2,200,000 Americans will die......maybe who knows how many, so go home and stay home and pray for the worst(create hysteria).
He is there to smirk and snigger and suggest that maybe the Pandemic and deaths of ALL American's from the virus is the fault of President Trump. Because he suggests the President is an ignorant man who does not listen to the expert (his) advice.
