Rising China, declining America

.
.
.
.
The USA is declining with a possible $ collapse in 2015--2016, with all its significance. The $ collapse was averted  in 2008-9, only by the thinest of margins.

The USA is declining for one reason only, the corruption of its elite and the hold of the Wall Street Banking elite over the body politic of the state. There is no LOGICAL REASON why such a great, rich, talent nation with so much should collpse, but it will.

Norway is the one of the richest nations on earth with per come of $55,000..and one of the least corrupt. By contrast Myanmar with its ethnic Chinese origin population is one of the poorest, with per capita income of $820..and one of the most corrupt nations on earth, pre-occuppied with looking at the size of the hair in their backside. Or worse still looking at the size of the hair in the backside due to the encouragement of Western powers.

Many predatory Western nations will not likes China's ascendency, and may try to subvert it through the traditional channels of influence...the party, military and secret police. For this reason China must remain on its guard.

China to probe ex-security chief
China
China's former security chief and Communist Party official Zhou Yongkang

By Presstv.com

China’s former security chief and senior Communist Party official Zhou Yongkang has come under a state probe for alleged “serious disciplinary violation.”
.
Chinese authorities announced on Tuesday that the country’s Communist Party (CPC) has decided to conduct an investigation on Zhou, a former Standing Committee member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, who headed China’s Ministry of Public Security, for a suspected breach.
.
The investigation on Zhou will be conducted by the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI).
.
Several individuals believed to have had close ties to Zhou have been targeted in corruption investigations in recent months.
.
The decision to target Zhou will reportedly send shockwaves through China’s political elite. He is the most senior Chinese official to be investigated since the probe on four high-profile individuals, including the wife of late leader Mao Zedong, in the early 1980s.
.
Zhou retired in late 2012, as Xi Jinping took over from Hu Jintao as the Communist Party leader and China’s president.
.
Since Xi came to power, he has enforced a wide-ranging crackdown on corruption within the Communist Party, warning that graft could threaten the party.
.
Meanwhile, a Wednesday article in CPC’s official newspaper People's Daily warns that when it comes to the law and Party discipline, no one should entertain the illusion that there is some kind of “safe box.”
.
The paper further referred to Zhou’s case and said “there should be no CPC member whose behaviors can stay outside the jurisdiction of the law and discipline.”
