In the absence of explicit reasons why the TORTURE and HARASSMENT continue for 40 years, because the real reasons from the UK are too embarrassing to reveal, one surmises it is BASIC RACISM, or ENVY JEALOUSY or aggressive MALE EGO COMPETITION, INFERIORITY COMPLEX MIXED WITH FEAR AND PARANOIA (of a few inadequate old men with power, from another era)......or NARCISSISM.
