"We are hoping that a fully-fledged agreement, which will become an important landmark in the history of the nuclear non-proliferation regime, will be reached by the established deadline, June 30," Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said at a roundtable meeting in the Federation Council on Monday.
