An old intelligence trick.

The investigation of what happened in Mumbai 26--28th November by the Central government must be thorough.

The CBI must investigate it, as must RAW, the Interior Ministry, the justice ministry and so forth. Local Mumbai, or state investigative teams may not be wholly reliable after the sad passing of Hemant Kakare. It seems to me the whole objective of the terrorist operation was to bait the ATS commanders, and other anti-terrorist organisations and then kill them.

India has great investigative facilities.

India is a significant power, that does not need the assistence of foreign organisations to assist Indian investigators. India does not need the FBI to assist it.

China would not allow the FBI to come into their country, nor would Russia.

WTC 1993, WACO, Oklahoma City bombing of the government building 1995 and 9/11 happened and on each ocassion the FBI as the prime anti-terror organisation was never held accountable for their abject failure in their core duty.

India does not need their "Expertise" to fit their narrative and perspective of what actually happened in Mumbai.

If they are allowed to enter, and "investigate" 1) That is a slur on Indian investigative ability. 2) Allows foreign biased entities to input their perspectives on the events. 3) Reinforce the old intelligence trick:

Plant a story in a foreign country, about say national politics, and then let the story develop in that foreign country, and other countries...................................and then re-introduce that story back into your own country as the original truth, because of course it must be true if it came from foreign sources. This is a hundred years old trick.

India does not need Third Parties coming forward and telling India that Al-Qaeda, or L-e-t, were responsible................if that is all they are going to say, then it has no value.

INDIA MUST DO HER NATIONAL DUTY BY HERSELF, AND NOT ALLOW OTHERS TO DICTATE THE NARRATIVE.

I fully appreciate that a "relationship" has developed between sections of Indian intelligence and the Israelis, with the Americans. I understand that RAW provided the list of the 19 Arab Hijackers about 9/11 in September 12, a day after the event. What intrigues me is how RAW had the "expertise" to know precisely what was going on American soil to so conclusively be able to provide such a comprehensive list, a day or two after the event happened?

Be that as it may, the FBI did accept the list as gospel, but such cooperation should not mean that they have a free PASS to come to India, from America, from the other side of the world, and tell India that some obscure Al-Qaeda linked group, based in the Deccan, or in Pakistan did it.

Unless the agenda is to corner Pakistan, and legitimate an attack.

It will not add legitimacy from such a source. It will not solve India's source of domestic terrorism problems, from the left (Naxals) from Muslims, or from the right (RSS).
