Its a little theoretical and teasing game of mine to identify GLOBALIST run governments.
There are many measures and indicators of what a GLOBALIST run country is (MOSTLY IN THE ALT MEDIA SCENE).
Mine is the NAVY benchmark.
Its useful to know if your country is run by the Rothschilds of LONDON, and from whence hether the IMPORTANT DECISIONS OF STATE ARE MADE.

ANYWAY, its 2006 and I'm in Kharkiv Ukraine with a $400 salary to teach ENGLISH, being heavily tailed by SBU, BND and CIA. Apparently, I have a paranormal SKILL OF IDENTIFYING SPOOKS OUT OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC. THIS WEIRD WORTHLESS SKILL (DOESN'T PAY ANY MONEY)....WAS DEVELOPED IN LONDON ....AS A GAME....WHERE I IDENTIFIED BETWEEN 50-75 of them mostly from the UK, but maybe also from the USA? 1 extremely beautiful female in her mid-thirties wearing a fur coat in the height of summer, in the London METRO, and the rest all men.
Remarkable individuals from OXBRIDGE working in a premier blue-chip state pillar. In life we can become skilled experts if we want to:
1. Due to age and detached reflection with wisdom we become WISER. I am 56. There are things I thought and did in my younger days, that I would consider absurd now...like getting drunk with other students on a Friday Night. Feeling groggy and horrible on Saturday and Sunday--wasted weekend--why? Cus that's what everybody else in the peer group does, stupid.
2. EDUCATION. In the 1% bracket from the UK, with great respect for teachers, and the value of education and good book SPENDING HOURS reading in the central LIBRARY.
3. FOCUS: Spend enough time on anything, repetitive practice you become good at it (Forrest Gump)
4. SPECIAL SKILLS HONED and developed: You can do what mere mortals cannot.

In 2006, there was tremendous pressure on the Bush II administration to wage war against IRAN. THE PENTAGON BEFORE 9/11 had drawn up a 'to do list' of 7 countries in 5 years war plans, for LIKUD ISRAEL and their 'Clean Break' document of 1996. Iran was the last country on the list.

The Bush administration refused to wage war against IRAN (2003--2009), and specifically, the President put his foot down for once, despite TREMENDOUS PRESSURE FROM LIKUD ISRAEL.
The sum total of the 17 intelligence agencies did a follow report in 2007 NIE, which stated that CIA Mullah Iran had by 2003 STOPPED ITS NUKE WEAPONS PROGRAM. Pragmatic Israel does not have a navy, even with a coastline, natural gas in the Eastern Mediterranean and 8% expenditure on defense, and USA GERMAN freebies.
1. the UK since 1500s has had a big navy. It's also a very rich country with a PPP GDP of $3.1 trillion. It has shipbuilding skills and technology. It's an Island.
2. USA ditto with Atlantic and Pacific. $21 trillion PPP GDP.
3. Ditto Japan.
4. China is a land power, but its PPP GDP is $30 trillion, so it can have the biggest navy in the world to project its power as a Blue Water navy.
With CIA Mullah Iran the same rules don't apply.
During 2006-2007 I wrote to them extensively, in light of the threats from the USA/ISRAEL and told them not to spend money on the navy, but AIR DEFENSE. Observations of USA attacks on Afghanistan, Pakistan, Syria, Libya, Sudan, Somalia and Iraq INDICATED CLEARLY that air defense, which is not sexy, is the key, AGAINST an initial American attack. (EMPIRICAL EVIDENCE).
I also told them to disperse their forces in their huge country, outside of the city barracks.
I also told them to dig lots and lots of caves and tunnels.
I told them to get ready for Asymmetric guerrilla warfare, using the REVOLUTIONARY GUARD outside Iran, and the regular forces to defend Iran.
air-defense is not sexy.
Iran is a basket weaving economy, with no industrial base and especially does not have the skilled manpower to build big navy vessels, wishful thinking notwithstanding. ITS ECONOMY IS SHRINKING, and it only spends 3% of GDP on defence over a long period of time, including during the height of the threats....from the USA/ISRAEL.
The mullahs don't trust the military, so they have built up a shadow parallel military to counterbalance the conventional military. they are in power illegally, and they know it.
SO, the CIA MULLAHS GAVE ME THE FORE FINGER, and went in the opposite GLOBALIST direction to express their true fielty, after my sage pure advice:
1. The mullahs promised to block the straights of Hormuz, and have the most powerful navy in the Persian Gulf, dominating it (Hasn't happened, won't happen)
2. Without completing phase one, they then go on to say that they will build a fleet to dominate the Indian ocean.(Hasn't happened, won't happen)
3. Then finally, they say they will build a blue-water naval fleet to DOMINATE THE Atlantic, and make courtesy calls to Venezuela ((Hasn't happened, won't happen)
This carried on between 2006-2015, then I stopped with the JCPOA....with reduced possibilities of war.

NOW, with Russia its been the same since the 'Special Security Operation'. Though I hope no deep bad feelings as with Iran. In my case over several years the mullahs pointedly were going to teach me how important naval power was to IRAN.
WITH RUSSIA, it used to be the Soviet Union and thus it inherited the second most powerful navy after the USA.

SINCE 1991 with the collapse of the Soviet Union it has been winding down this huge unsustainable navy with USA/NATO assistance and funds (1991-1999).
RUSSIA also spends a very small percentage of its GDP on defence, at 3.6% in 2022, COMPARED TO 25% for North Korea over 70 years.
In 2019, the Globalist government of Putin inexplicably reduced defence spending by a whopping 30%......funds that were later looted.
Russia appears to be a LANDPOWER, which recognises that a huge proactive navy is not required, beyond coastal defense.
Therefore in Ukraine, no need to use the Black Sea fleet to get involved in vital operations. ...and put them in harms way. All vital ops and logistics can be done by land, safely.
I ADVISED AGAINST ATTACKING ODESSA BY SEA, AKA RUSSIAN D-DAY NORMANDY LANDINGS. WASTE OF RESOURCES JUST TO GIVE THE NAVY A PARTICIPATION SHOW.
I SAID THE SHIPS WOULD BE VULNERABLE TO ATTACK, AND THAT THE NAZIS PROBABLY HAD ANTICIPATED THE ATTACK, AND WOULD BE READY AND WAITING SINCE THE RUSSIAN NAVY HAD GIVEN THEM SO MANY SIGNALS.
BUT ALAS THIS FAILED NAVAL POLICY CONTINUES.....AND VERY RESPECTFULLY I WILL NOT LAUNCH A IRAN LIKE TIRADE AGAINST RUSSIA. TIRADES ARE FOR VERY CLOSE FAMILY MEMBERS.
