Cliff Richard quizzed by South Yorkshire Police over child-abuse claims

Beloved singer, Cliff Richard, has finally been interviewed under caution by South Yorkshire Police.
.
According to the Mail:
.
” Sir Cliff Richard was interviewed yesterday by detectives investigating claims that he sexually assaulted a schoolboy at a Christian rally almost three decades ago – and denied the allegation.
.

The veteran star returned to Britain and voluntarily met officers from South Yorkshire Police but was not arrested or charged, said his spokesman.
.

He ‘entered South Yorkshire police premises by arrangement,’ said a statement released by the force, and was interviewed under caution.
.

It is claimed that he assaulted a youngster under the age of 16 at an event held by American evangelist Billy Graham at Sheffield United’s Bramall Lane stadium in 1985.
.

The development comes nine days after a controversial raid by police on the 73-year-old’s £3.1 million Berkshire apartment that was broadcast live on the BBC.
.

Last night his spokesman said: ‘Sir Cliff Richard voluntarily met with and was interviewed by members of South Yorkshire Police. He was not arrested or charged.”
.
Of course, as the country’s leading Christian figure we can have full confidence that Cliff told investigating officers the whole truth and nothing but the truth so help him God.

In fact , all he need do now to restore his tarnished image is to make a solemn oath, Bible in hand, and proclaim the following:
.

I, Cliff Richard ( b.Harry Webb):
.
Have never visited the Elm Guest House and used the pseudonym, Kitty.
.
I have never been involved in any inappropriate activities with any youngster at anytime, ever.
.
I had absolutely no involvement with the death of Jill Dando.
.
I know nothing about the VIP paedophile ring linked to the BBC, government and royalty.
.
During my 50-year career I have never once been arrested by any  police force either in the UK or abroad.
.
I have not hoodwinked my fans, Jimmy Savile style, by pretending to be something I’m not.
.
I am exactly who I’ve said I am for the past half-century:
.
A celibate, heterosexual, Christian singer with a penchant for ill-fitting wigs and tight trousers.”
.
Of relevant interest....why did he renounce his British citizenship, the country which has made him so famous and worth $100 million over a 50 year career?
.
What are his activities in Portugal?
.
What was his relationship with the homosexual criminals the Kray Twins...does he know about their rent boy networks from the 1950's, 1960's and 1970's?
.
What was his relationship with the pedophile lord Boothby?
.
Did he have any relationship with Tony Blair?
.
What was his relationship with Jimmy Saville?

Go on Cliff.
.
You know God wants you to.

Japan India development

.
.
.
.
Japan is good for South Asia. Japan is good for Asia.

Japanese assistance never comes with tricky, destabilizing political strings.....since Japan is not a meddling nosy power like the USA or UK.

Sadly, for some reason Japanese/India trade volume is piddly.......in comparison to Japanese/Malaysian trade or Japanese/Indonesian trade.

Even though India is a far more important country in the world, containing millions of engineers with significant ability who are scooped up by the USA annually into the back and beyond of their R&D, contributing to the USA GDP, and technology bank (34% of Apple engineers).

WHY CAN'T Nippon/India trade jump from a mere $18.5 billion (I don't know the exact figure 2014) to something like $300 billion by 2020?

This would be REAL cooperation between two Asian giants.

IF The American economy collapses as I predicted for 2015--2016, then Japanese exports has to go somewhere.....why not to India?

Bullet trains are fine, since such projects are related to politics, then the Chinese offer should also be considered. India can manage three different bullet train systems...Chinese, Japanese and Indian.

Massive new Japanese investment in India please......new laws, regulations, modalities formulated with Japanese advice and assistance which formalises investment in India by Japan.

This is all in line with the Congress 'Look East' policy...perfectly logical.

There are little or no Indian engineers in Japan.

There are no Indian scientists/engineers in Japan that were humiliated and abused for 36 years to their last day in that country.

Modi eyes breakthrough nuclear pact on Japan trip

By Times of India.

India is hoping to win Japanese backing for a nuclear energy pact during a visit by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and lure investment into its $85 billion market while addressing Japan's concern about nuclear proliferation.

India has been pushing for an agreement with Japan on the lines of a 2008 deal with the United States under which India was allowed to import US nuclear fuel and technology without giving up its military nuclear programme.

But Japan wants explicit guarantees from India, which has not signed the international Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty, to strictly limit nuclear tests and to allow more intrusive inspections of its nuclear facilities to ensure that spent fuel is not diverted to make bombs.

India, which sees its weapons as a deterrent against nuclear-armed neighbours China and Pakistan, has sought to meet Japan's concerns and over the past month the two sides have speeded up negotiations ahead of Modi's visit.

"Serious efforts are being made to resolve any special concerns that Japan has. Whether it will be fully resolved and ready for signing before the end of the PM's trip is unclear," said a former member of India's top atomic energy commission who has been consulted in the drafting of the energy pact.

READ ALSO: Modi's Japan visit could fast-track bullet train project

Modi and Abe will not seal an agreement at next week's summit, TV Tokyo reported on Thursday, but the meeting will be closely watched for any progress toward a pact.

Japanese officials were tight-lipped about prospects for a nuclear deal.

Modi travels to Japan on Saturday for a five-day visit, his first major bilateral trip since taking over in May. The visit is being billed as an attempt by the two democracies to balance the rising weight of China across Asia.

Modi and host Prime Minister Shinzo Abe are also expected to strengthen defence ties, speeding up talks on the sale of an amphibious aircraft to the Indian navy.

Abe is keen to expand Japan's network of security partnerships with countries such as Australia and India to cope with the challenge presented by China.

The two leaders will agree to have their countries jointly produce mixed rare earth minerals and metals, key elements in defence industry components and modern technology, the Nikkei business daily said on Thursday.

Another focus is infrastructure, with the Indian leader seeking Japanese backing for the high-speed 'bullet' trains he promised to voters in his election campaign.

But it is the nuclear pact that could transform ties in a way the deal with the United States did by establishing India as a strategic partner, although nuclear commerce with the United States has since floundered because of concern over India's liability laws.

Japanese companies are also reluctant to step in without clarity on nuclear disaster compensation, especially in the wake of the Fukushima catastrophe of March 2011, the world's worst since Chernobyl in 1986.

'FOUNDATIONS'

A civil nuclear energy pact with India would give Japanese nuclear technology companies such as Toshiba Corp and Hitachi Ltd access to India's fast-growing market as they seek opportunities overseas.

India operates 20 mostly small reactors at six sites with a capacity of 4,780 MW, or 2 percent of its total power capacity, according to the Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited. The government hopes to increase its nuclear capacity to 63,000 MW by 2032 by adding nearly 30 reactors.

India is considering a Japanese proposal for a separate commitment not to test nuclear weapons over and above a self-imposed moratorium it declared after testing in 1998.

Another possibility is that Modi gives a personal assurance to Abe on India's nuclear weapons programme to help allay concern in Japan, the only country to have suffered a nuclear attack and which has since been a champion of non-proliferation and disarmament.

"India and Japan are laying the foundations of a bigger deal," said former vice chief of Indian army Lieutenant General A.S. Lamba, an expert on ties with Japan.

"It's no use rushing into something that fails to get off the ground, which is what happened to the India-US agreement. This is being constructed slowly. This is a defining moment."

Iskander Mirza

.
.
.
.

He was part of the Aristocracy of Bengal, and was related to Mir Jafar.

His ability to run the colonial administrative units had brought him to a prominence that prompted the British Indian Government to appointed him as the Joint Defence Secretary of India in 1946.[3] In this position, he was responsible for dividing the British Indian Army into the future armies of Pakistan and India.[3] In 1947, Mirza became Pakistan's first defense secretary in the government of Liaquat Ali Khans.' WIKIPEDIA

The Pakistani military conducted several near coups in the 1950's which destabilized Pakistan. Civilian governments came and went.

Iskander Mirza as a civilian politician in suits made one BIG mistake............he trusted the military too much, and in doing so he signed his OWN downfall, and exile from his own country, living as a recluse in London until his death in 1969.

ALL TRUE CIVILIAN POLITICIANS in Pakistan have to understand a few fundamental truths:

1. The Pakistan military is the primary threat to the peaceful development of the country. The military bastardizes and debases the true national objectives of the country into the current Failed State number 12 from the bottom.

2. The British created Pakistan for its own strategic objectives. This is articulated through the British trained military/ISI

3. The USA plays a negative role in Pakistan.
This is articulated through the American trained and funded military/ISI(40% of its budget)

4. No civilian ruler/politician/government can come to power by stabbing a previous Civilian government, and hope to stay for long.

5. No civilian government can stay in power, merely based on a hope and a prayer that the military will back them with good will. A good civilian government can ONLY stay in power for a 5 year mandate or more, through the good work of their government policies which benefit the masses......not by a Mir Jafar fix it by the political opponents.

Some misguided individuals may say that toppling Sharif after one year in power is a good idea, but:

(i) 'Here, but for the grace of GOD go I'....Today it is Sharif, and who is to say that tomorrow it wont be the next civilian government given the same treatment. This is a recipe towards a slippery slope of destabilized civilian governments at the utter mercy of the military.

(ii) Within the real strategic power structure, Sharif is the real ally of the Insaf Party, not the military or this foreign intelligence card board, al-Qadri. Through Sharifs success, the Insaf can only hope to one day come into power sharing in the future, or form their own government. Under military rule, the Insaf party has zero power, beyond rallies and protests.

Imran Khan has done well winning 35 seats, and as the third major political force in politics. This is unique and important, and should be appreciated with further consolidation. Maybe there was vote rigging in 2013...and he may have actually won 40 seats or 45 or 50....but so what? This would not have made any difference in any real political sense.

Imran Khan's objective now is to make the Insaaf the second most important political force through effective constitutional opposition, and expansion of their political base into Sindh and further strengthening their position in Punjab. Usurpation of power by Insaaf, a la 'Arab Spring' is not feasible and dangerous for Pakistan. The generals are back in power in Egypt..........civilian politicians are out.

Sharif cannot step down from power merely because the upstart leader of the third largest political cult party says so.

Sharif as PM cannot concede any of his political power to the military. This is unconstitutional.

The Insaf should vacate the Red Zone as stipulated by the SC.

Ukraine Captures 10 Russian Soldiers on Border

Captured Soldiers Loom Large Over Minsk Talks

by Jason Ditz, antiwar.com

Tensions between Ukraine and Russia ratcheted up dramatically today with the report of the Ukrainian government capturing 10 Russian soldiers along the border. The soldiers, according to a defense ministry statement, accidentally crossed the unmarked border by accident.
.
Russian officials say the crossing was a mistake, and that the soldiers did not resist their arrest for the border violation. The fate of the soldiers will likely be a major topic of discussion for the new talks between Presidents Poroshenko and Putin in Minsk.
.
It will also add to Ukraine’s hysterical proclamations of a Russian “invasion,” after last week’s sending of a large number of trucks with humanitarian aid to Luhansk. Already, the Ukrainian officials say that the soldiers must’ve been there on some “special mission” to undermine Ukrainian sovereignty.
.
Ukraine is engaged in a war against ethnic Russian secessionists in eastern Ukraine, along the Russian border, and Russia has been pushing for a ceasefire. Ukraine has repeatedly accused Russia of being behind the rebellion.
.
Those Ukrainian stories have often included claims of columns of Russian tanks appearing out of nowhere, and in one case of Ukraine’s own military destroying a massive column of invading Russian vehicles, vehicles which were never seen, nor reported missing by Russia.
.
In eastern Ukraine what is going on is often as uncertain as why, with official rhetoric changing and often internally contradicting. The armored column Ukraine “destroyed” not only stopped being part of the official story, Ukraine incredibly claimed they’d never reported such an incident in the first place.

Bankrupt Ukraine Announces $3 Billion Increase in Military Spending

Nation Announces 62% Budget Hike

by Jason Ditz, at antiwar.com
Citing what he called the “constant military threat” the nation feels from Russia, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko announced a $3 billion increase in Ukraine’s military spending today.
.
Where Ukraine is going to come up with an extra $3 billion is totally unclear, as the nation is constantly on the brink of bankruptcy, and just had to get a multi-billion dollar bailout to avoid a default.
.
$3 billion may not sound like much, to those used to discussing US military budgets in the many hundreds of billions, but for Ukraine, it represents a 62% increase on their $4.8 billion annual budget.
.
Costs of the military are no doubt on the rise with the invasion of the east, but with Ukraine literally unable to pay their gas bill, and winter just a few short months away, it seems difficult to sell the idea that more military spending was the truly pressing need.

Please don't go back to the 1990's...or even the 1950's..move forward with stability and continuity of civilian governments with the RIGHT STATE POLICIES.

.
.
.
.
Pakistan is gradually developing.

PPP $600 billion GDP by 2015....that is not an insignificant economy with $13 trillion worth of resources waiting to be exploited through Chinese and Asian development INVESTMENT.

In order to develop there has to be stability in the country, which gives confidence to the people to invest in the future.

Pakistan has LOST $100 billion through opportunity cost loss in the ECONOMY.................because of  the devious treachery of her generals who decided to fight a fake GWOT war against fellow Pakistanis so that they themselves could become rich and self important, for gora sahib chaud.

The Pakistan military is the REAL cause of Pakistan's failed state situation.

The situation becomes urgent by the year, where Pakistan's population will reach 355 million by 2050. One shudders to think what Pakistan will be like then. Did Ayub Khan say people in Pakistan will have to eat fellow Pakistanis if the population is not controlled?

The Pakistan military is already eating fellow Pakistanis metaphorically.

In a stable country people have to do the jobs they are assigned and paid by the taxpayer effectively, diligently and efficiently. Imagine the mess in the country if the barber became a politician, or the military general who fancied himself as a political leader with understanding of complex macro-economics and statecraft, or a accountant pretending to be an army general or a cricketer became a playboy married to a Jew, producing Jew children.

Nawaz Sharif MUST be allowed to finish his 5 year mandate, regardless of what people think of him.(He is better than Zardari bhen, but not much better).......what next, Imran Khan PM in an Insaf government for 2 weeks....or a PPP government for 3 months?

Bhai sahib.............. this is the politics of the 1950's when the army killed Laiqat Ali Khan on Churchill's London orders, and then proceeded to destabilize the next 100 odd civilian governments prior to the coup in 1958. This is what happened in the 1990's prior to the coup in 1999.......and then 9 years of Busharaf.

Imran Khan can cock suck for the army, destabilize and weakening the CIVILIAN GOVERNMENT ILLEGALLY, but the people MUST stand by Sharif, and the CONSTITUTIONALITY of his civilian government.

Shame on Khan and the foreign backed mullah Qadri.

JEMIMA KHAN IS RELATED TO THE ROTHSCHILDS OF LONDON....ANY SUCH MARRIAGE IS NOT A LOVE MARRIAGE......by Jewish law Khan has 2 Jewish sons through their mother. Have both remarried yet? Did they have a divorce? Does she supply and frame his political policies?

Groomed to lead Pakistan in 20 years time for London and Israel.....the one specifically on the left, who may not be Khan's son.

The current military SOFT coup must be thwarted by all right minded and patriotic Pakistanis.

Sharif must not bow down and surrender to the worthless military. He must fight for what he has legally and constitutionally earned FROM THE Pakistan people...he must roll up his sleeve. He must not exist as a worthless, powerless puppet of the military.

Pakistan crisis puts army back in the driving seat

.

by Times of India and therearenosunglasses.com

As tens of thousands of protesters advanced on the Pakistani capital last week to demand his resignation, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif dispatched two emissaries to consult with the army chief.

He wanted to know if the military was quietly engineering the twin protest movements by cricket star-turned-politician Imran Khan and activist cleric Tahir ul-Qadri, or if, perhaps, it was preparing to stage a coup.
.
According to a government insider with a first-hand account of the meeting, Sharif’s envoys returned with good news and bad: there will be no coup, but if he wants his government to survive, from now on it will have to “share space with the army”.
.
READ ALSO: Pak anti-govt protesters camp outside parliament
.
Even if, as seems likely, the Khan and Qadri protests eventually fizzle out due to a lack of overt support from the military, the prime minister will emerge weakened from the crisis.
.
The army may have saved his skin, but its price will be subservience to the generals on issues he wanted to handle himself — from the fight against the Taliban to relations with arch foe India and Pakistan’s role in neighbouring, post-NATO Afghanistan.
.
“The biggest loser will be Nawaz, cut down to size both by puny political rivals and the powerful army,” said a government minister who asked not to be named. “From this moment on, he’ll always be looking over his shoulder.”

A year ago, few would have predicted that Sharif would be in such trouble: back then, he had just swept to power for a third time in a milestone poll that marked nuclear-armed Pakistan’s first transition from one elected government to another.
.
But in the months that followed, Sharif — who had crossed swords with the army in the past — moved to enhance the clout of the civilian government in a country that has been ruled by the military for more than half of its turbulent history.
.
He irked the generals by putting former military head Pervez Musharraf, who had abruptly ended his last stint as prime minister in a 1999 coup, on trial for treason.
.
Sharif also opposed a military offensive to crush Taliban insurgents, sided with a media group that had accused the military of shooting one of its journalists and sought reconciliation with India, the perceived threat that the army uses to justify its huge budget and national importance.
.
India rapprochement at risk
.
Sources in Sharif’s government said that, with civilian-military relations in such bad shape, Sharif suspected that the street protests to unseat him were being manipulated from behind the scenes by the army.
.
He also feared that, if the agitations turned violent, the army would exploit the situation to seize power for itself.
.
However, the two close aides who went to see army chief Raheel Sharif in the garrison town of Rawalpindi last Wednesday were told that the military had no intention of intervening.

“The military does not intend to carry out a coup but … if the government wants to get through its many problems and the four remaining years of its term, it has to share space with the army,” said the insider, summing up the message they were given.
.
“Sharing space” is a familiar euphemism for civilian governments focusing narrowly on domestic political affairs and leaving security and strategic policy to the army.
.
The army’s media wing declined to comment on the meeting.
.
The fact that the military is back in the driving seat will make it harder for Sharif to deliver the rapprochement with India that he promised when he won the election last year.
Indian media speculated this week that Sharif had already been forced by the generals to scuttle peace talks.
.
New Delhi on Monday called off a meeting between foreign ministry officials of the two countries, which had been set to take place on August 25, because Pakistan announced its intention to consult Kashmiri separatists ahead of the meeting.
.
The Pakistani army’s predominance could also mean it could torpedo the government’s relationship with Afghanistan, where a regional jostle for influence is expected to intensify after the withdrawal of most foreign forces at the end of this year.
.
Paying the price
.
Few believed that the army would back Khan’s bid for power even if it used him to put Sharif on the defensive.
.
“Even the army knows that Imran Khan may be a great pressure cooker in the kitchen, but you can’t trust him to be the chef,” said a former intelligence chief who declined to be named.
.
Sharif may now pay the price for miscalculating that the military might have been willing to let the one-time cricket hero topple him.
.
“Thinking that Imran could be a game-changer, Nawaz has conceded the maximum to the army,” a Sharif aide said.
.
“From a czar-like prime minister, they (the army) have reduced him to a deputy commissioner-type character who will deal with the day-to-day running of the country while they take care of the important stuff like Afghanistan and India. This is not a small loss.”
.
But Sharif’s aides say a stint in jail under Musharraf, followed by exile from Pakistan and five years as leader of the opposition party, have made him realize that he needs to share power to survive.
.
“This is not the old Nawaz, the wild confrontationalist,” said an adviser to the prime minister in Lahore, the capital of his Punjab province power base. “This is the new Nawaz who has learnt the hard way that politics is about living to fight another day.”

The Same tactic, albeit with armed Taliban was used against the Zardari PPP government by the treacherous Pakistan military in February 2009, that are being used NOW against the Sharif government....remember??????:

Indian Defence

.
.
.
.
Guided as they were by London Sahib, previous governments in Delhi have been focused on the expansion of the navy for some inexplicable reason.

Maybe naval ships are more sexy, and give the false illusion of great power that Washington has been mesmerizing Delhi with, without ever contributing significantly to India's strategic armory, SAVE FOR SELLING OVER PRICED ODD UNIMPORTANT BITS HERE AND THERE..very recently as an after thought after their propaganda.

As repeated so often, naval war and possible defeat by any possible future adversary (existential threat which is highly stretched and unlikely) is NOT going to take place against India. Even if it did it won't lead to anything drastic in the way of ultimate defeat in an all encompassing war.

On the other hand defeat on land and UP MOUNTAINS is very real and is not existential.......it can happen tomorrow. It has happened before, in the real world and not merely existentially. Defeat on land will have serious consequences for the Indian state.

This is a grade 2 level explanation, repeated by rote over over over over again...A is for apple  B is for banana C is for cunt and D is for Donkey.

For a highly disorganized, ineffective, inefficient state which is also a CORRUPT STATE, given 'freedom' by Bilat Chaud and still celebrating the British Commonwealth.....and directionless AND overpopulated with substandard beings.... spending only 1.8% of the official GDP on defense...importing a VAST ARRAY of arms from a vast array of unreliable sources at 70%.... then that meager amount should be pooled and prioritized towards the ARMY, and then the AIRFORCE.

India should have 500 ordnance factories (Public sector), backed by an additional 20,000 defense factories (Private sector)...making the spares/parts for the big ticket items such as tanks, artillery and helicopters and jet fighters. These should be based in the under-industrialised Punjab, Haryana, UP and Bihar......the later being the poorer states, but containing people with engineering/technical aptitude.

India should have 2,000,000 in the standing army backed by 4,000,000 trained reserves for the army. There should be 200 standing/existing under manned divisions including 50 mountain, 100 infantry, 40 armored and 10 engineering divisions.

On full mobilization the mountain divisions should contain 1,050,000 men.

India has fought mainly 2 week wars....and not the year after year wars that Germany, Russia and other great powers have fought. This is where the real test will be. This can only be achieved by domestic resources....and mobilization.

Congress era FEAR of a military coup by the ARMY must be ditched forever.....it hasn't happened for 67 years....and serious thought must be given to the army's development away from its colonial roots.

If you still fear the army, then don't appoint an overall commander for the armed forces.

Then don't even appoint a commander for the army.

Divide the army into sector commanders only...6/7.

But the army must be properly equipped, and backed by a SERIOUS INDUSTRIAL base.

There is no point in being a Benito Mussolini (MI-5 British agent backed into power by the Rothschild of London) dreaming of a new Roman empire across the Mediterranean, producing just 1 million tons of steel and only a handful of ordnance factories.....but the trains ran on time courtesy of the RSS.

India WILL GROW and develop further...it is only inevitable, but it may be perceived as dangerous by some. It is more dangerous to call one self a great power, without the proper investment. It is more dangerous to be called a great future power by an existing super power, with all the possible fear and paranoia that such a label may create in the neighborhood.

India must develop a proper effective fully self sufficient national defense force which is NOT offensive......AND IS not perceived as offensive.

Army's ammunition won't last 20 days of war

By Times of India

Even as mortars and guns once again boom along the border with Pakistan, alarm bells continue to clang over the crippling shortage of ammunition reserves in the 1.18-million strong Indian Army.

In a grim reality check in March, TOI had reported that India did not have enough ammunition to undertake a full-blown war with "intense fighting" for even 20 days. Six months down the line, the situation on the ground has not changed much.

Officials, however, contend the Modi government is "fully cognizant" of the "shocking state of affairs". Though "urgent steps" are being taken, it will take time to build up the war wastage reserves (WWR) due to the "long-winded" arms procurement procedures as well as the sluggish performance of the 39 factories under the Ordnance Factory Board (OFB), they say.

The WWR, incidentally, should be sufficient for 30 days of "intense" and 30 days of "normal" fighting. With three days of "normal" equal to one of "intense", the WWR should consequently be adequate for 40 days of "intense" fighting.

"But there are deficiencies across the board. The critical ones are for tank and air defence ammunition, anti-tank guided missiles, specialized machine-gun magazines, grenades, mine fuses and the like. Some types of ammunition will not last even a week in a full-fledged war," said a source.

As per the overall Army "ammunition roadmap", the WWR will reach 100% only by 2019 if there is budgetary support of around Rs 97,000 crore. "While 23 types of ammunition have to be imported, OFB will manufacture the rest," said another source.

Phase-I of the roadmap will ensure deficiency of critical ammunition is made up to sustain 20 days of "intense" fighting and three years of training ammunition by March 2015. This will cost Rs 19,250 crore.

Under it, Rs 963 crore worth of ammunition was ordered from the OFB in 2013-2014, while contracts worth another Rs 1,964 crore are already underway in the ongoing fiscal. Similarly, orders for 15,000 3UBK-Invar missiles and 66,000 armour-piercing rounds for the T-90S main-battle tanks have already been inked.

Moreover, 17 import cases are now being "progressed'' for specialized ammunition. "Around 10 RFPs (request for proposals) have already been issued. These things take time. Overall, for instance, there were 23 contracts worth Rs 16,177 crore inked for the Army in 2013-2014," said an official.

But ammunition shortages have become the norm in the world's second-largest Army over the last couple of decades. India, in fact, had to undertake "emergency purchases" at exorbitant prices from Israel during the almost 70-day but limited Kargil conflict in 1999.

Ammunition, incidentally, is held at three levels. The "first line" of "on-weapon" and "unit reserve" is held at the battalion-level. The "second line" is with brigades and divisions. Finally, there is the WWR held in a dispersed manner in different depots.

VICTOR MONTAGU AND BOYS by aangirfan

Alexander Victor Montagu (above), the late Earl of Sandwich, regularly had sex with his son Robert Montagu and with around 20 other young kids.

The sexual abuse of Robert Montagu began at the age of seven.

Robert Montagu has written about his experience in a memoir entitled A Humour Of Love, to be published by Quartet on 2 September 2014.

http://www.dailymail

Robert Montagu

Alexander Victor Edward Paulet Montagu, 1906 - 1995, was the 10th Earl of Sandwich, and was also known as Viscount Hinchingbrooke and as Victor Montagu.

He disclaimed his peerage in 1964.

For much of his career, he was the Conservative Member of Parliament for South Dorset.

He was a member of the Conservative Monday Club, which has been associated with child sexual abuse.

Victor Montagu, his wife Rosemary, and Robert's older siblings.

Robert Montagu says: "There’s a huge amount of shame and a huge will not to cause damage within your family.

"I wrote the first draft when I was 16 and I’ve probably done ten versions since then.

"I always intended it to be written as a novel but then I came to realise in the last three months it had to be done as a memoir.

Victor Montagu married Rosemary Peto who later divorced him.

She apparently preferred the company of women.

Victor Montagu then married a daughter of the Duke of Devonshire. Their marriage was later annulled.

Victor Montagu's abuse of Robert was discovered by one of Robert's sisters.

Robert was sent back to his boarding 'prep school'.

The family and the family doctor decided to keep things quiet.

Robert says: "I know personally of ten (victims) and I’ve spoken with most of those.

"They were family friends, London contacts, Dorset contacts, holiday contacts.

"I suspect it might be 20, possibly more."

Indian exports to ASEAN to touch $280 billion in 10 years: Standard Chartered

.

By Times of India

.

Indian exports to the 10-nation Asean bloc is expected to reach $ 280 billion in the next 10 years, says a Standard Chartered research report.

According to the global financial services major, the India-Asean trade corridor, currently worth around $ 80 billion, has been growing fast at a compound annual growth rate of 23 per cent over the past decade.

In FY 2013-14, India's exports to the bloc stood at $ 33.13 billion.

In addition, the new Indian government has prioritised strengthening ties with the Association of South East Asian Nations.

"We expect exports to Asean to reach $ 280 billion in 10 years, at which point it would hold a 15 per cent share in Indian exports," Standard Chartered said in a research report.

The report added that this projection is based on the assumption that India's export/GDP ratio will continue to rise as the economy liberalises and integrates further with the global economy.

Several complementaries in India-Asean exports suggest room for both parties to gain from trade.

India has an advantage in pharmaceuticals, gems and jewellery, and iron and steel, while the ASEAN bloc has an advantage in natural resources and electronics.

According to the report, there are six areas with export potential - include Petroleum products, organic chemicals, vehicles (including auto components), pharmaceuticals, gems and jewellery and apparel and clothing accessories.

These categories rank among India's top 10 export items by value.

"The first three are categories where Asean already accounts for a sizeable chunk of total Indian exports, and where export growth is high. The last three are areas where we feel there is potential for India to increase export growth rates," the report said.

Standard Chartered further noted that greater physical connectivity within the region via the trilateral highway and the Mekong corridor is likely to enhance trade in the India-Asean corridor, and should also be a priority for India's new government.

In a bid to enhance trade ties, India and Asean have already implemented Free Trade Agreements in goods. For services and investments, both sides have concluded negotiations.

JEWISH CONTROLLED JIHADIS by aangirfan

Max von Oppenheim (above), of the Jewish banking family, had a plan to incite religious violence in various Moslem countries.

He described Islam as 'one of our most important weapons'.

His idea was to use Jihadis to advance a certain agenda.

Thus, spies were sent into Moslem countries, including Iraq, Afghanistan, Turkey and Iran.

Mullahs were bribed with large sums of money to get them to support Jihad.

Max von Oppenheim.

Of course Britain had the same idea, of using Moslems.

That was in 1914.

Fatwa and Jihad, promoted by Max von Oppenheim

During World War One, Germany used its Moslem prisoners of war to promote jihad.

"Muslim prisoners of war were used as pawns...

"Their duty was to deliver scripted lines in Arabic and Turkish promising the crowds that they would take the German jihad to North Africa."

The Jewish bankers were not just friends of the Moslems; they were also friends of the Nazis.

American Ambassador in Berlin, William Dodd, wrote about Hitler's American and Jewish friends:

"One evening my wife visited Baron Eberhard von Oppenheim...

"Many German Nazis were present.
"It is said that Oppenheim gave the Nazi party 200,000 marks..."

British spy boss John Buchan wrote the spy novel Greenmantle in 1916.
In Greenmantle a shadowy Moslem figure threatens to spark an Islamic jihad.

"The Germans and their Turkish allies are plotting to cause a great uprising throughout the Muslim world, that will throw the whole of the Middle East, India and North Africa into turmoil..."

(Greenmantle - Wikipedia)

King Idris, leader of the Sanusi, and his British handlers.
In real life, it is Mossad, MI6 and the CIA who control the shadowy Moslem figures.

John Buchan was once the head of Britain's secret service.
Buchan was also a writer.

In The Thirty Nine Steps, published in 1915, he considered the idea that there are secret Jewish puppet-masters who manipulate people into starting wars.

The novel formed the basis for a number of film adaptations, notably Alfred Hitchcock's 1935 adaptation The 39 Steps, a 1959 colour remake, a 1978 version, and a 2008 version for British television.

The film versions leave out the most interesting bit from the book.

So here it is (The 39 Steps - Google Books Result):

John Buchan, former spy master, wrote:
The aim of the whole conspiracy was to get Russia and Germany at loggerheads.

When I asked Why, he said that ... everything would be in the melting-pot, and they looked to see a new world emerge.

The capitalists would rake in the shekels, and make fortunes by buying up wreckage.

Capital, he said, had no conscience and no fatherland.

Besides, the Jew was behind it, and the Jew hated Russia worse than hell...

The Jew is everywhere, but you have to go far down the backstairs to find him.
Take any big Teutonic business concern.

If you have dealings with it the first man you meet is Prince von und zu Something, an elegant young man who talks Eton-and-Harrow English.

But he cuts no ice.

If your business is big, you get behind him and find a prognathous Westphalian with a retreating brow and the manners of a hog.

He is the German business man that gives your English papers the shakes.

But if you're on the biggest kind of job and are bound to get to the real boss, ten to one you are brought up against a little white-faced Jew in a bath-chair with an eye like a rattle-snake.

The Oppenheim jihadi adventure is covered in McMeekin's Berlin to Baghdad Express account of German Middle East foreign policy up to WW1.

McMeekin is a pro-Zionist writer so the fact that German intelligence was organized by the scion of a Jewish banking cartel goes unremarked.

Buchan in Greenmantle was a tad more forthright:

"The German has the poorest notion of psychology of any of God's creatures.

"In Germany only the Jew can get outside himself and that is why, if you look into the matter, you will find that the Jew is at the back of most German enterprises."

Insidious psychological infiltration of host cultures which are vulnerable to the machinations of a hostile minority and international networking via the UN, CFR, the Rothschild fiat money scam et al are hallmarks of the Jewish crimes against humanity which are ongoing in Palestine, Iraq and Syria.

Moreover the subversion is in plain sight now.
