The clip has so far amassed over 1.8 million views since it was posted on Twitter on Monday.

The clip was from a speech Joe Biden made at the Atlantic Council of the U.S. on June 18, 1997.

"I think the one place where the greatest consternation would be caused in the short-term for admission [to NATO], having nothing to do with the merit and preparedness of the country to come in, would be to admit Baltic states now in terms of NATO-Russian, US-Russian relations," Biden said in his speech.

AND, of course, he was right about Afghanistan. Sent there as VP in waiting in late 2008, where he gave a grim sober REALITY OF THE SITUATION, to which nobody listened, and 13 more years of the fake, FALSE FLAG, gravy train corrupt to the core heroin plantation mess for the Pentagon/CIA.

As President he has to work with a team, and cannot push through on his BASIC INSTINCTS.
We think pushing 8,000 nuke weapon Russia into a corner is not a smart idea. Only 14 days after the Russian security operation, where the leader of Ukraine in Munich declared that Ukraine would seek nuke weapons, and point them at Russia. That is the most dangerous thing to say to Russia, given its WORLD WAR 2 HOLOCAUST EXPERIENCE, where 27 million Soviet citizens died in a daily 9/11 from June 1941--May 1945.
Basically Zelensky had by this act ensured Russian reaction (Maybe on the guidance of the CIA). There are people in the American deep state who wanted war--lets nod kid our selves, its called Bear baiting. It was done in Georgia in 2008, and it was done in Afghanistan from July 1979. Bear baiting is fun, for the American Deep State. AND all WAS WELL AS RUSSIA SLEPT, and did not react to NATO expansion in 1999, 2000, 2002, 2004.
One thinks Putin would not have reacted if Ukraine joined NATO, BUT Zelensky going to GERMAN MUNICH and saying Ukraine would have nuke weapons---this is CIA Psychological warfare.
The Bear fell for it, hook line sinker, but the Russians as they scamble through Ukraine and secure the nuke sites in Ukraine were absolutely right to SECURE UKRAINE. I support them.
