President Barack Hussain Obama
The problem with Obama is that he is part of the establishment, and a member of the CFR, which is linked to and an instrument of the Rothschild's of London.
He is funded by George SOROS, and advised by 'The Grand Chessboard' Brzezinski; the one who with President Carters backing in 1979 began covert funding of seriously weird Islamic fundamentalists in Afghanistan (Gulbuddin Hekmatyar) via Pakistan's ISI from July 1979 (not Ahmad Shah Masood as the Charlie Wilson Hollywood film suggests according to reviews---a mere instrument), and over throwing the Shah of Iran in 1979, and installing fundamentalists there, with British backing.
Yes a nice impressionable intelligent youngish black man (front--but for who?) making it big in America is somewhat romantic to the gullible senses, but will his Presidency be really good for 300 million Americans?
The answer I am afraid most emphatically is that he will not help matters in the USA. America is in a very serious situation, in which one carefully groomed candidate of the usual suspects will not be able to rectify the enormous mess. Its about making fundamental policy shifts and the will to do so, and not about charismatic leadership. No amount of Jewish vaudeville charisma can save America with her present set of failed policies abroad and home.
Under his possible presidency, there may be minor twigs of policy changes which may differentiate his administration from Bush, but given his covert backing mentioned above, nothing spectacularly different.
His 3rd January Iowa victory speech is quite instructive, beyond mere slogans:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tydfsfSQiYc
The problem is that he doesn't address the core issue of GWOT which was started by a false flag op by elements of the Pentagon beholden to Israel and other Israeli security assets, which is designed to continue for several decades if not a century permanent war against Muslim countries, with on going operations largely as a scheme to create an empire for Israel.
The whole concept is shoddy and silly, and will ultimately harm America and Israel the most. Why can't the whole of humanity just busy themselves with everyday aspirations, instead of trying to create empires at this late stage in human history----empires are out of fashion, or didn't the Zionists not get this.
His victory speech does not address that core issue, and does not answer what he will do about America's imperial war on Israel's behalf---------the only concession he makes, as an establishment politician is that he might vaguely in the future stop operations in one theater, namely Iraq after he becomes President. Which means American troops will be out of Iraq by mid 2010 if his promises are to be believed. But even this small promise must be taken with a pinch of salt, since as a 'political establishment insider' who can be certain that he won't turn around and say:
''My fellow Americans, after speaking with the Joints Chiefs of Staff, and after consulting my National Security Advisor, AIPAC, Soros, Brzezinski, Mr. Lieberman my mentor and of course ISRAEL our dear and only friend, I have decided to stay the course. You know bro, the reality of power thang. Thank you, and have a nice day won't you."
He intends to prosecute GWOT with renewed vigor, but has he ever considered that GWOT was fake from the beginning, with specific objectives for the perpetrators, namely turning America into a dictatorial police state that will do the grunt work for Israel for several decades, with no questions asked, and if there are questions asked, several KBR concentration camps, and legislation is in place to put the objecting parties into where they belong.
As an alleged real authentic former Civil Rights lawyer he talks about reinstating Habeus Corpus, and the abolition of Guantanamo. From a fellow lawyer this looks awfully like window dressing to please/fool some of the masses with gestures, whilst leaving the fundamental instruments of state repression in place, namely the Patriot Act and a whole host of other acts that were slided in after 9/11. If you don't get rid of the Patriot Act and other security acts you sir are basically following the same policies as Bush II.
http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article19002.htm
If you are thus still continuing an ill defined indefinite war, which costs the treasury billions if not trillions, where the Zionist lobby decides who is the new target of America, then how do you deliver on all the domestic promises that you have made? No can do.
The only way the American economy can be rectified and the working and Middle classes satisfied significantly is if the false GWOT war is immediately halted and foreign military bases and commitments stopped. When American government attention is fully focused where it is needed most. The one is linked to the other.
But he got one thing right beyond the frothy empty soundbites. He recognised the urgency of the situation, and that something has to be done in relation to American government policies, or its the abyss.
In this light as a collective establishment insider group, Clinton, McCain, Romney, Huckabee, Thompson, Edwards and Obama are not the saviours America is looking for right now.

Pakistan, a permantently failed state? Where is Pakistan's Ataturk when you need one?
Pakistan was created by the British 60 years ago, as an unstable regional spoiler, which would harass India. Thus it has initiated 4 wars against India: 1948, 1965, 1971, 1999, and two near misses because of Pakistani action: 1990 and 2001, and 2002. Its military elite look to the British still, and its ISI was established by the British in 1948. Many senior officers still adopt pseudo Raj affected British accents and looks, if you have a good look at the army: 'I say old boy, what..............jolly good show what....' etc. I kid you not.
Psychologically speaking, the Pakistan army and ISI is a RAJ era Punjab army, which fights its 'best' wars when it is fighting its own people: East Pakistan 1971; Baluchistan 1973--1977, and now Baluchistan again and the North West Frontier--FATA and Swat. IT HAS KILLED MORE OF ITS OWN CITIZENS THAN ANY OTHER ARMY IN THE WORLD.
Since late 1979, the Punjab RAJ army and ISI developed a secondary role. At the behest of the British and Americans, Pakistan became progressively more Islamic under Zia Ul Haq, and became the PRIMARY CENTER FOR TRAINING ISLAMIC RADICALS IN THE WORLD---With the encouragement of the above two. The Punjabi top military brass who don't think long term strategically took this advice on board from the saab, and Islamised their country, and helped train in Afghanistan/Pakistan up to 12,000 Islamic radicals from around the world without thinking of the consequences, and 83,000 Mujaheddin, AND armed and trained and controlled the Taliban and 'al-Qaeda'(which doesn't exists). At the behest of the above mentioned countries.
Obviously a state founded for the sole purpose of harassing neighbors, and getting up to other mischief (Pakistani troops and military leadership put down the Palestinian rebellion of 1970 in Jordan--Brigadier as he was than Zia Ul- Huq, and Pakistan has a sizable military presence in Gulf countries) doesn't have good long term prospects for its survival, because the state exists for the purpose of British and American geo-strategic objectives, not for the purpose of its own survival.
Of course the Pakistani elite is extremely corrupt and is occupied by people who don't think twice about compromising Pakistan's LONG TERM interests with short term 'good' and ideas coming from the West. Benazir was a perfect example of this. She belongs to the 500 Zamdari/Tamindar feudal land owning families which were established during the British RAJ to manage India for the British empire. India got rid of this class in 1948, Pakistan did not.
For this reason Pakistan for 60 years has been a failed state. This is not my biased analysis, but the reality on the ground. Pakistan has poor leadership from the military and the civilian leaders are even worse, to the point even secular 'progressive' writers like my self would prefer the certainty of the military than the wild chaos of civilian rule.Which is why one is a little sceptical why American and Britain are pushing for democracy at this particular juncture in the country. They are not even encouraging it, but are menacingly quite insistent----phone calls from their leaders to Musharaf, and visits from prominent individuals...................Which means they have 'other' agenda's, wouldn't you say? After all why not go to the Gulf and specifically Saudi and tell them to Democratise? Or to China or Singapore. Or ................
Now the final factor compounding Pakistan's problem. The little Jewish state and its policies of getting involved in everything---in the wrong way invariably. Obviously with the advent of the nuclear program in Pakistan the Israelis were interested deeply, and this with the role of the Americans, the British for more than 150 years, and the poor leadership of the country will compound not solve Pakistan's sorry state.
So what options do the leaders of Pakistan have?
The first step is honestly accepting that mistakes were made in the past, and trying bravely and earnestly make adjustments in the appropriate way.
To achieve consensual leadership between the military/security bureaucracy.
To free Pakistan from the orbit of the USA/UK, and allow greater flexiblity in the domestic political arena especially.
To realistically limit the objectives and expectations of the state and accept:
- Pakistan cannot acquire Kashmir by military force, and thus some form of immediate compromise with India is the best option----legalisation of the LOC, coupled with a FTA with India. This should be attempted meaningfully before the BJP come to power, and Hilary becomes President.
- Acquiring Afghanistan through the services of the Taliban is not going to work, and is a bad idea.
Such simple modest realistic actions takes the enormous energy of the state away from pursuing futile non productive state policies, and allows the state to realign and re-orientate itself towards more basic and necessary objects which ultimately secures the state and prevents outsiders disguised as well wishers destroying the state from within.

Tell the Truth about 9/11 and save your country General Musharaf, or surrender slowly more into this Jewish trap.
By: ABID ULLAH JAN
Published: July 14, 2006
OPERATION 9/11 was a carefully planned intelligence operation, much like the smaller Operation C-Chase to entrap the BCCI. The 9/11 hijackers were agents and double agents and probably unaware of the scope of the operation. They, along with the ISI, were instruments of a carefully planned international intelligence operation, which was designed to entrap Osama bin Laden and allow for war on Afghanistan.
The evidence confirms that the ISI was used as the local arm of the CIA in South Asia. After all, the ISI owes its existence to the CIA.(blogger: This is incorrect; the ISI owes its existence and establishment to the British back in 1948----please read the earlier article by Peter Goodgame...........but otherwise OK....lets continue..)
Now that the truth is becoming known, what lies ahead for the ISI and Pakistan will depend on when Washington feels the time is right to turn Pakistan into another Iraq and Afghanistan. The ISI’s role in 9/11 has already forced Pakistan to pay a price in the form of permanent U.S. forces in Pakistan, and the agreement of continued provision of support to the U.S. war of aggression on Afghanistan.
(blogger: Bush told Blair in a private conversation in January 2003 that after Iraq, he would invade Ian, Pakistan and then Saudi Arabia----all this whilst he was going around Crawford hugging and walking arm in arm with the Saudi head of state)
History shows that the U.S. government has previously attempted to use ISI crimes to press Pakistani governments into submission. The Washington Post published a report by John Ward and Kamran Khan in its September 12, 1994 edition in an attempt to implicate the Pakistan army in drug trafficking. The News published the same report in October 1994. Another attempt was made through Kamran Khan in the April 04, 1999 edition of The News. More recently, the ISI faced severe criticism at a U.S. Senate briefing on the drug trade, a crime in which the CIA has been involved since 1960.285 This hearing of the U.S. Senate was just another threat in the vast trap being laid for the Pakistani army for the next several years.
The entrapment process adopted by the U.S. agencies is very simple. They plan and commit a crime of serious magnitude. They achieve their strategic objective behind the crime. At the same time, they involve the victim in just a fraction of the overall criminal plan. The unknown/unintended cooperation in the crime is then later used to punish the victim. This is exactly how the BCCI was trapped. Irrefutable evidence, as discussed in the earlier sections of this book, demonstrates that the CIA funded the operation against the BCCI with drug money, earned through the organized selling of drugs to its own employees. According to the court transcripts of the BCCI case: “By late 1987, the agents had passed approximately $2.2 million derived from Don Chepe’s proceeds through the IDC account, and had split the 7-8 percent commission profit with Mora and Don Chepe’s representative Javier Ospina, without telling any BCCI officers about drugs.”286 Yet, it was the BCCI that paid the price.
Similarly, the U.S. lawmakers planned to punish the ISI and Pakistan for drug trafficking, yet ignored the fact that even if some military or ISI officials were involved in drug trafficking on a personal level, the amount they privately smuggled into the United States was no more than a fraction of the amount trafficked by the U.S. agencies. According to Paul Johnson, Modern Times, “By the end of the 1980s it was calculated that the illegal use of drugs in the United States now netted its controllers over $110 billion a year.”287
According to the San Diego Union-Tribune (August 13, 1996), Celerino Castelo—a former DEA agent—stated that together with three other ex-DEA agents, they were willing to testify in Congress regarding their direct knowledge of CIA involvement in international drug trafficking. Castillo estimates that approximately 75 percent of narcotics entered the United States with the acquiescence or direct participation of CIA and foreign intelligence agents.
The drug case against the ISI was used to extract more obedience from Islamabad for strategic reasons. However, the case was set aside once the military regime accepted additional conditions, which are not publicly known. However, this will not be the case when it is time to discard the ISI and remove Pakistan as a hurdle in achieving unknown future strategic objectives of the administrations in Washington or Tel Aviv.
Making a case on the basis of the ISI’s involvement in drug trafficking was sufficient only for blackmailing the opportunist dictator in Islamabad into further submission.
The case on the basis of the ISI’s involvement in Operation 9/11 can now pave the way for aggression against Pakistan. When it is time to turn Pakistan into another Iraq, as General Musharraf indicated as a possibility in early 2003, the Washington administration will ignore the fact that 9/11 was well-orchestrated, well-planned, and the product of numerous agencies—including the aviation authority, the Air Force, the FBI, the Immigration Services, and a centralized secret group of planners with international intelligence connections with the CIA, the ISI, and others.
Only the ISI will be held accountable for everything that transpired on 9/11. If India is used to play a lead role in neutralizing Pakistan, that would realize General Musharraf’s worst nightmare. India has already been used as a threat to scare Musharraf into compromising on Pakistan’s sovereignty, principles of international law, and the norms of human decency.
In the case of Afghanistan, the United States was not ready to listen to any proposals from the Taliban government—as if it had already decided that occupation of Afghanistan was the only solution. The numerous, almost daily Taliban appeals to the United States for patience and restraint were dismissed. In
Mullah Omar’s words:
“America always repeats threats and makes various accusations and now it is threatening military attack. This is being done in circumstances in which we have offered alternatives on the Osama issue. We have said, if you have evidence against Osama, give it to the Afghan Supreme Court or the Ulema (clerics) of three Islamic countries, or have OIC (Organization of Islamic Countries) observers keep an eye on Osama.
But America rejected these, one by one. If America had considered these suggestions there would not have been a chance of such a great misunderstanding. We appeal to the American government to exercise complete patience, and we want America to gather complete information and find the actual culprits. We assure the whole world that neither Osama nor anyone else can use the Afghan land against anyone else.288
Future entreaties from General Musharraf or any Pakistani head of state at the time of U.S., Indian, or Israeli aggression—or any combination of these—against Pakistan would likely also fall on deaf ears. The United States will not want to lose the opportunity it created by engineering Operation 9/11. Under the leadership of an opportunist and myopic military leadership, Pakistan has slipped far too deep into the trap.
There is only one solution to the present crisis. Only truth will save Pakistan from the eternal bullying and blackmail by Washington. Air force Chief Mushaf Ali Mir has been eliminated. General Mahmood has been removed from his job and completely silenced. Saeed Sheikh has been convicted of a crime that he never committed. Khalid Sheikh is in the custody of the CIA, which has no plans to put him on public trial. All these individuals have a lot to tell. The information they possess can expose those individuals behind Operation 9/11.
One of the last remaining people who can tell the truth, and thus save Pakistan, is General Musharraf. He can tell the world how he is being blackmailed and what information is being used to blackmail him. Will he tell the truth to save Pakistan from further abuse and the rest of the humanity from the totalitarian designs of modern day fascists?
Musharraf may worry about the consequences. Yes, he will undoubtedly lose his position, and even put his life at stake, but there are those who will believe. The world already knows so much. The information he could share would unravel the mysteries still surrounding the 9/11 attacks. These ambiguities exist due to the U.S. administration’s refusal to share basic information, such as details from the black boxes of the planes that hit the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.
Silence on the part of General Musharraf will never save Pakistan or keep him in power forever. General Musharraf will eventually be replaced, like many in positions of power before him. Both General Musharraf and General Mahmood are presently in a position to perform a service to humanity that no other individual can—they can tell the truth about the involvement of the ISI in 9/11, about the role of Saeed Sheikh and Khalid Sheikh, and about the evidence General Musharraf was shown before the U.S. attack on Afghanistan that forced him to submit to every demand from Washington and prompted his utterance, “The Taliban days are numbered.”
Unlike the silence of Pakistan’s chief of Air Staff, Mushaf Ali Mir, the silence of General Mahmood has saved his life—so far. Of course, revealing the facts about what actually transpired between General Mahmood and his fellow CIA and Mossad contacts in the United States before and on September 11 will jeopardize his life, but by telling the truth he will save the lives of thousands who are already dying and the millions who may die in the bigger wars to come. If General Musharraf and General Mahmood choose to remain silent, they will die with the blood of all those who are dead or dying due to Operation 9/11 on their hands.
General Musharraf wants to remain president-in-uniform till 2012. America wants to keep Pakistan occupied by its armed forces for as long as possible. It seems that with these complimentary objectives, Musharraf and Washington are getting along well. The reality, however, is totally different.
The United States extracted all concessions from General Musharraf through sheer blackmail. Musharraf would never have surrendered Pakistan’s sovereignty and independence merely on a phone call from Collin Powell or George W. Bush if he were not blackmailed for the ISI’s role in Operation 9/11.
Of course, the ISI was used to frame Arabs for the 9/11 attacks. But in the process, ISI’s guilt was established as an agency supporting and financing the so-declared hijackers. There are ample reasons to believe that evidence about ISI’s involvement in Operation 9/11 was used to blackmail General Musharraf into the quickest surrender of our age.
Washington knows that the general did not concede much by choice. With elections for the next parliament due in 2007, General Musharraf is desperately building a political base in the country to get a re-election from the new parliament for the next term or to get a change in the constitution to a presidential democracy to be able to shed the uniform and also to retain the political and executive powers as president. If Musharraf succeeds in this plan, this will go in favor of Washington. But Washington sees some serious problems, which would derail Musharraf’s bid to remain the most powerful man in Pakistan. This may lead Washington to settle General Musharraf’s issue the way it dealt with General Zia. The following factors show that assassinating Musharraf might become one of the best options for the United States in the present circumstances.
General Musharraf has not outlived his utility for Washington as yet. However, it is not possible for General Musharraf to remain the army chief forever. The best way Washington believes its interest could be served is to make General Musharraf’s autocratic rule look more democratic. For that, instead of crafting new webs and making another leader to fully submit to the colonial masters of present age, Washington would like to see Musharraf become another Hosnie Mubarak in Islamabad. Washington now wants him to shed his uniform and become a civilian president in the present setup.
The dilemma before Washington, however, is that Musharraf can become a president for life by deception and intrigue. However, he can never remain the chief of armed forces for life. On the other hand, no civilian ruler can use the military in the service of the United States as effectively as General Musharraf is doing because of his position as the military chief. At the same time, the U.S. efforts to create an alternate political leadership in the country to increase pressure on Musharraf also seem to be getting nowhere.
At the home front, General Musharraf’s present political allies are more of a liability than asset for him now. The main political allies, the Pakistan Muslim League (PML Quid-e-Azam group), are most corrupt, inefficient and ineffective, with no hope of securing required seats in the next elections. There is also serious internal dissent within the PML (Q).
General Musharraf’s other ally, Mutahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), is also considered a corrupt, blackmailing, sub-nationalist-minded, mafia-styled gang, which is fully exploiting the weaknesses of the General. MQM is the most unreliable, even treacherous, political ally for him.
Musharraf propped up the religious alliance of Muthahida Majlis-e-Amal (MMA) and then used it for constitutional changes in his favor. Musharraf reneged on public promises to MMA to relinquish the post of Chief of Army Staff as part of the process of restoring democracy in Pakistan. Islamabad’s suspension from Commonwealth was lifted on the condition that General Musharraf would give up his military uniform by the end of 2004 as a proof of his commitment to democratic reform. Now the religious alliance is sensing his weaknesses and is gearing up its barrage against him.
There is a very strong perception within the religious parties that the MQM was behind the Karachi blast in April 2006. Scores of people, including prominent MMA leader Haji Hanif Billo, were killed when a bomb went off at a religious gathering in Karachi. Since then, the government has contemplated no action against the MQM, a factor that will agitate more public anger.
Former prime ministers Nawaz, Sharif and Benazir are now flexing their muscles to challenge him in the coming days. There are talks of joint efforts to remove Musharraf and even the MQM is signaling that it is willing to join such a campaign. If Benazir and Nawaz decided to return before the elections, even their arrest would make them political heroes, creating more embarrassment for the General.
The entire governance and economy is in a big mess. Musharraf relied on Shaukat Aziz, who has miserably failed on all counts. Inflation is wrecking the life of the common man – the vote bank in any elections. That vote bank is not impressed with Shaukat Aziz blowing smoke in their face with economic jargon. For a common man, for example, it is enough to know that the sugar crisis is still haunting the country. The prices have almost doubled in recent months to record levels. Still, there are no imports and all the national demands are being met in abundant supply from local stocks. The price hike gave windfall profits of billions of rupees to a few select sugar cartel mafias within a few months. The much-vaunted National Accountability Bureau was forced to drop the probe immediately after it started. The common man knows that corruption is at an all-time high within the state machinery. Abuse of power and authority are daily headlines. Police and the judiciary system remain most corrupt as well.
Thus, General Musharraf and Washington are now left with extremely limited, difficult and almost impossible options.
- Even if the military is still behind General Musharraf, it is highly unlikely that he may decide to confront the Americans, forget about democracy, stop taking international pressures, and take absolute power in his own hands once again as he had when he took power in October 1999. It does not seem possible that Musharraf would once more abolish the assemblies, defer the constitution, draft his own constitution, and declare a presidential system or even martial law. In the past, he formed a team of so-considered honest, selfless and efficient professionals to rectify the damages done in the past few years and tried to bring back control in the economy, security, governance, judiciary and social welfare of the country. He has clearly failed. Of course, the suffering masses are not interested in democracy or martial law. They want security, dignity, cheap food and energy, as well as economic development. It does not matter to them who delivers this. Nevertheless, it will be a huge task to fool them twice with the same mantra. On the part of General Musharraf, it would amount to saying, “I am redoing the eight-year experiment from the scratch.”
- Another option is renegotiating with the Americans. It is not a problem for him to bend backwards even more. He would send Pakistani forces to Iraq, recognize Israel, commit more troops to Miran Shah and other tribal areas, take responsibility for finishing off the anti-occupation resistance in Afghanistan and the Madrassas in Pakistan, and allow more unrestricted access to the United States into Pakistan’s security and intelligence, as well as nuke apparatus. Nevertheless, for sustaining these approaches, he has to remain the chief of armed forces. With these measures, he can immediately become the blue-eyed boy of the Americans once again and there will be no further chatter in Washington about democracy, which is only intended to push Musharraf into further submission. But Musharraf will have a revolt on hand in the home front and perhaps even a rebellion in the army.
- The third option is to contest elections with whatever support base the General has so far and keep Benazir, Nawaz and Sharif out of the electoral process to weaken their collective nuisance. Some heavy-duty management will be required to “arrange” the required results and to neutralize the MMA and PPP/Nawaz factor. The general has done this with the help of ISI before and can do the same again. Consequently, MQM will continue to exploit the situation and basically nothing will improve in the country in terms of economy and governance or law and order; likewise, the same team of suspects will reappear to exploit him even further for the next four years. Things can get mismanaged if Nawaz and Benazir decided to come back before the elections and launch a street protest calling their court cases politically motivated. The MMA would also join them and a bit of “hidden hand” support could start an unexpected but very real inferno. Even if everything goes well, General Musharraf will have to give up his position as the military chief. Losing his military position will make him lose all attractiveness to Washington, which is mainly concerned with sustaining Pakistan’s occupation with the Pakistani armed forces and using the Pakistani army in the interest of the United States.
- The fourth option is that the General reads the writing on the wall and decides to quit, handing over power to the next army chief who would promise the elections or would decide to stay in power depending upon what he wants to do. Musharraf will have to leave the country with his family and may settle in some friendly or neutral country like Turkey or a country in Europe. This option suits Washington, but General Musharraf is addicted to power to an extent that it is highly unlikely that he will hang his boots up so easily.
- The last option is assassination. General Musharraf may be assassinated either by his army men, any local resistance groups, Baluchistan Liberation army assassins, or, most probably, someone sent by the Americans to blame “religious extremists” and pave the way for another military general to take over and continue Pakistan’s occupation for another decade or so. Being in charge of Musharraf’s personal security in many ways, it is only the Americans who can successfully carry out the assassination operation against him. His departure in a violent manner will serve many of the United States’ strategic objectives.
In the near future, events would basically unfold in one of the many options discussed above. Right now, both Musharraf and Washington are confused and have not clearly decided on any of the options.
For Washington, the assassination option carries the most weight. We know from experience that leaders in the Muslim world who associated themselves with Washington unconditionally are doomed. The Shah of Iran, General Zia and Saddam Hussein are prominent examples. General Musharraf may continue to rule by force and power, but would not have any grassroots support and hence would remain on shaky ground within his own country.
Besides blackmailing to the fullest, Washington is giving General Musharraf a very tough time. Musharraf was the architect of Kargil operation against India. At that time he was dare devil, hardly caring about anyone. However, after the blackmail for ISI’s misadventures, he has been turned into Washington’s most submissive serf. Out of fear, he has surrendered so much that now he is not finding the courage to stand up to Washington or to face the nation. He has gone silent these days and is not defending U.S. actions, nor is he making supportive statements about the U.S. strategy in the Muslim world.
General Musharraf was under the misconception that Washington would appreciate his concessions, which it was obtaining from the General through blackmail, as his favors. This, however, was not the case. Washington didn’t appreciate the “sincerity” and “sacrifice” of the entrapped general.
Now, the disillusioned general is annoyed and offended by the American rebuffs to his demands and is feeling ditched and betrayed. That is a sick feeling for a man who had put all his eggs in one big American basket and is now left alone and abandoned to be replaced with another strongman, who could keep himself in uniform for a longer period than the burnt out General Musharraf. A more docile and cooperative political leadership would be the last option considered in Washington.
General Musharraf is in the middle of nowhere at the moment. His only option is to come out clean on his relations with the Americans and to give voice to what he has been hiding from his people and the whole world.
He might be portrayed as insane, but to save Pakistan and the world from the scourge of a greater war, he must tell the truth. To grab the initiative back and restore the confidence of his nation in his words and deeds, General Musharraf has to tell the whole story of his entrapment.
Unless General Musharraf restores the confidence of his people in his policies at home by telling the whole truth about the way the ISI was used in 9/11 and how Pakistan has been blackmailed, he is doomed.
(Blogger: Spot on !)
Since there is no hope that Pakistanis will make their military accountable to the people; that political leadership in Pakistan and the masses will liberate themselves from the military occupation and exploitation; that they will get a lesson from the past; that America, India and Israel will give up undermining Pakistan’s very existence, the whole South Asian region is at the verge of witnessing prelude to the Greater War in the Middle East.
The day is not far away when Pakistan, India and Afghanistan will be burning in the same flames which have engulfed Afghanistan and Pakistan’s tribal areas today. The planners of Operation 9/11 were expert in deceiving the world. However, they were naïve enough to assume that their actions will have no side effects other than what they had planned to achieve their sinister objectives. Unfortunately Operation 9/11 was not another Operation C-Chase, nor will Pakistan disappear with whimper like the demise of the BCCI.
The culprits of 9/11 will not plead guilty. Nevertheless, the world knows what really happened and who was behind the whole operation. The world only needs an insider to come out and tell it all. General Musharraf was probably not part of the planning process. But he can tell how he was blackmailed and forced into submission to the U.S. illegitimate demands.
He knows how General Mahmood was used and abused in the set-up phase of the 9/11. By telling the truth about the ISI’s saga of entrapment, these two persons can save the humanity from the scourge of a greater war. They can save lives of millions from the curse of modern day fascism.

Sala Mossad in bed with the ISI----Let it be a lesson to all.

MANY facts and theories connecting Israel to the 9/11 attacks exist. One important missing link in all these theories is the connection between the ISI and Mossad, the Israeli Institute for Intelligence and Special Operations. First, some facts: there is ample evidence that the ISI and bin Laden worked together; the ISI was the prime backer of the Taliban; the CIA and U.S. government were behind the rise of the Taliban initially; the ISI is still protecting some Afghan intelligence assets; the ISI’s assets transferred funds to the hijackers (as discussed in Chapter 3); and ISI agents predicted the attacks on the World Trade Center and the collapse of the towers well in advance.
The ISI was not solely responsible for the organization, planning, and execution of Operation 9/11, but it was (knowingly or unknowingly) part of the set-up for apportioning the blame on Osama bin Laden. It has been confirmed that the ISI was controlling Khalid Sheikh, Saeed Sheikh, and other assets. The question remains, however: who was pulling the ISI’s strings?
Of course, the CIA has been the main force behind the ISI’s actions since the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan. What many of us could hardly imagine is the direct connection from Israel to the ISI. In the wake of Pakistan’s refusal to recognize the state of Israel, and Israel’s anti-Pakistan alliance and activities with India, it seems highly unlikely that there could be a direct connection between the ISI and Israel, and that Mossad could infiltrate the ISI and directly control it for Israel’s strategic objectives.
Those who doubt the links between Israel and ISI should refer to journalist and author George Crile’s book, Charlie Wilson’s War (Grove Press, NY, 2003). George Crile, of the ‘Sixty Minutes’ program, presents the story of a congressman who became the foremost champion of the CIA campaign against the Soviets in Afghanistan. A closer reading tells of how Mossad actually used Charlie Wilson to penetrate the CIA’s Afghan campaign, and thereby the ISI and the Pakistani government at all levels.
Charles “Nesbitt” Wilson is a 1956 Annapolis graduate who worshipped Winston Churchill and entered politics in 1961 at the age of 27 as the Texas State Representative. Wilson won a seat to Congress in 1973 as a Liberal. He regularly voted against Vietnam and eventually became of strong defender of Israel. Wilson’s appointment to the House Appropriations Committee and a strategic alliance with CIA veteran Gust Avrakotos ignited the covert actions that gave Mossad the opportunity to infiltrate the ISI.
Charlie Wilson was famous for moving large sums of money, both legally and illegally, as subsidies and to purchase weapons and equipment for groups fighting the Soviet army in Afghanistan.
Wilson had a close relationship with the Israeli embassy’s congressional liaison officer, Zvi Rafiah. According to George Crile, “Rafiah is a short, very smart Israeli who Wilson always believed was a highly placed Mossad agent... [he, Rafiah] had always acted as if he owned Wilson’s office. One of the staffers kept a list of people he needed to lobby. He would use the phones, give projects to the staff, and call on Charlie to intervene whenever he needed him.” 159 Crile’s account suggests that Rafiah was the dominant figure in this partnership.
The relationship between Congressman Charlie Wilson and Zvi Rafiah started in 1973 when Wilson worked as an Israeli congressional liaison officer. A close working relationship developed between the two legislators, which lasted many years. Over the years this bond continued, even after Rafiah left his diplomatic post and joined Israeli Military Industries (IMI), Israel’s largest defense company.160
To understand Zvi Rafiah in detail, it must be noted that he was involved in spying and collecting strategic information from the U.S. for Israel. In A close associate of Richard Perle offered classified material to Zvi Rafiah.161 The incident was instantly reported to the Justice Department, which quickly launched an FBI investigation. The investigation found that Stephen Bryen, a Senate Foreign Relations Committee staffer and a close associate of Richard Perle, had illegally obtained classified documents of military and scientific importance, and that he had been seeking material that “could prove to be a major embarrassment to the U.S. government.”162
The FBI ultimately assembled “a good circumstantial case” that Rafiah “routinely issued orders to Bryen” and recommended that the case be brought before an investigative grand jury for espionage. However, the case was quietly closed after Bryen resigned at the insistence of Philip Heymann, the assistant attorney general in charge of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division, and from senators Clifford Case (Bryen’s boss) and Henry Jackson (Richard Perle’s boss). Heymann happened to be a close personal friend and associate of Dr. Bryen’s attorney.163
During the late 1970s and early 1980s, Charlie Wilson developed an interest in Israel at the same time as being appointed to some key Congressional committees that controlled funding for all major intelligence and military projects. His appointments to those positions were made possible with the help of his Israeli connections, which Crile termed his “Jewish friends.”164
His Jewish friends had helped get him onto the committee; once there, Charlie learned from these master politicians how to influence budgets and policies. When he won a seat on the Foreign Operations subcommittee, which allocates all U.S. military and economic assistance, he was suddenly positioned to champion Israel’s annual $3 billion foreign-aid package.165
It was therefore not surprising to see Wilson traveling not only to Israel, but also Lebanon after the Israeli invasion of Lebanon. After witnessing evidence of Israeli carnage and an elaborate campaign of terror, Wilson proclaimed: “The biggest surprise I had was the enthusiasm, the universal enthusiasm, with which the Lebanese welcomed the Israeli army. In every instance their voices were of relief and appreciation of the Israelis. That’s just the way it is. It ain’t no other way.” After making this statement, Wilson personally met with Prime Minister Menachem Begin in Jerusalem.166 “By the time he returned to Washington, Wilson had become, in his own words, ‘an Israeli commando’ in the U.S. Congress.”167
It can be said that events unfolding before our eyes today usually have roots deep in the past. Wilson’s loyalty to Israel and his association with Mossad made him closer to the sympathizers of Israel in the United States. Dick Cheney, who stands accused by a growing number of analysts for his involvement in the 9/11 attacks, played a key role in having Wilson appointed to the White House Select Committee on Intelligence. This fact may suggest that Cheney was also an important player in the pro-Israeli network.168
After gaining access to the key Congressional positions, the “Israeli commando” became obsessed with funding and controlling the CIA’s Afghan jihad against the Soviets, not for the sake of Jihad, but for the purpose of infiltrating the ISI and reaching the inner-most power circles in Pakistan. At this point, Wilson’s Israeli sympathies had not been widely publicized. He promised the then Pakistani President, General Zia, that he would deliver the latest radar systems for Pakistan’s F-16 fighter planes—a crucial weapons system that they had thus been denied by the United States. Wilson also met with the CIA Station Chief Howard Hart and urged him to expand the program, stressing that vast amounts of money should be made available.169
In addition to infiltrating the ISI, Wilson’s other objective was the promotion and sale of Israeli weapons. For example, the famous anti-helicopter missile system Wilson had specially built for the Mujahideen was designed by the Israelis.
Crile notes:
Charlie Wilson was marching himself into a true forbidden zone. Congressmen are not allowed to commission a foreign power to design and construct a weapons system. Nor do they have the authority to commit the Pentagon to pay for such a weapon. But these were minor outrages compared to Wilson’s potentially explosive attempt to bring the Israelis into the Muslim jihad that the CIA was funding against the Soviets in Afghanistan.170
General Zia and his close associates were perfectly happy with the sale of the missile system that the Israelis sold, in addition to tanks and other weapons systems, to Pakistan for use in the Afghan war.171 Charlie Wilson remained an intermediary in all these deals. “The Israelis were hoping this deal [involving T-55 tanks] would serve as the beginning of a range of under-the-table understandings with Pakistan that the congressman would continue to quietly negotiate for them.”172
These deals were bitterly opposed by the CIA. Howard Hart, CIA Station Chief in Islamabad at the time, stated: “It was bad enough for [Pakistani President] Zia to be dealing with the Americans, even secretly. But the Israelis were so beyond the pale that it would have been impossible ... It’s beyond comprehension to have tried to bring the Israelis into it.”173 Gust Avrakotos, the CIA’s acting Chief of South Asia Operations was also “adamantly opposed” to “bringing the Israelis into the CIA’s Muslim Jihad.”174 The power of Israel’s lobby is evident from the fact that, in Crile’s words, “…right under Hart’s nose, Wilson had proposed just such an arrangement, and Zia and his high command had signed on to implement it.”175
Due to the pressure from Charlie Wilson, the CIA’s budget for Afghan covert operations was tripled in a matter of a few weeks. The CIA initially resisted accepting the funds, but according to William Casey’s executive assistant Robert Gates, “Wilson just steamrolled [CIA Near East Division Chief Charles]—and the CIA for that matter.”176 The budget grew from $35 million in 1982 to $600 million in 1987. Both the United States and Pakistan played into Israeli hands as effectively then as they did in the 21st century, both before and after 9/11. They just kept getting steamrolled.
In the period between 1992 and 1995, Israeli and Pakistani diplomats met secretly in Washington on many occasions. These undisclosed diplomatic meetings were arranged by the Turkish ambassador to Washington, Baki Ilkin. Charlie Wilson, who ten years earlier had brokered arms deals between Israel and Pakistan for the Afghan War, was involved.177
Sliding into Mossad’s trap was so easy that General Zia even agreed to keep details of the arms deals with Israel hidden from the United States. When Zia visited the U.S. in November 1982 to meet with President Reagan, he first met with Charlie Wilson in Houston. According to Crile, Wilson then broached the subject of Pakistan secretly purchasing arms from Israel for the Afghan War. General Zia agreed to this in principle— his only caveat being that “the Star of David be removed from them.”178
In summary, the Israelis became major players in the exchange of information and commodities with Afghanistan and Pakistan, not by interfacing with the CIA, which opposed their involvement, but via Mossad, the Israeli lobby in the United States—using Congressional delegations to establish their own direct connections—and by direct interaction with the ISI in Pakistan. The Israeli/Pakistan connection was crucial for infiltrating the ISI and providing Israeli intelligence with a very secure footing inside Pakistan’s intelligence agency.
In her second term in power, Benazir Bhutto also intensified the ISI’s liaison with Mossad in 1993, and she too began to cultivate the American Jewish lobby. Bhutto is said to have had a secret meeting in New York with a senior Israeli emissary, who flew to the U.S. during her visit to Washington, DC in 1995. Since his days as Bhutto’s Director-General of Military Operations, Pervez Musharraf has been a keen advocate of Pakistan establishing diplomatic relations with the state of Israel.
After Musharraf overthrew Nawaz Sharif’s government, the ISI-Mossad relationship deepened. This close interaction set the tone for Israeli-Pakistani relations until 2001, regardless of who was the incumbent in Israel, or whether a civilian or military regime ruled Pakistan. The most important contacts were between Mossad and the ISI, and the traffic was two-way. Pakistan passed intelligence about the Gulf States and the nuclear ambitions of Iran and Libya, whose programs Pakistani scientists had helped to build. Israel provided everything, from training for Pakistani leaders’ security guards, to intelligence on India, with whom it has enjoyed full diplomatic relations since 1992.179
The consequences of the ISI-Mossad cooperation are gradually beginning to surface. The deepening relationship has not only paved the way for Musharraf’s approval of his foreign minister’s handshake with Israel, his “chance” encounter with Ariel Sharon on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in September, and an address to the American Jewish Congress, but also to what transpired between the two agencies prior to the 9/11 attacks.
The ISI was closely working with Saeed Sheikh and Khalid Sheikh and Mossad was closely involved with Mohammed Atta and company. It appears that Mossad had been following and observing Atta since 2000, but there is more to that story, which is as yet unknown.
According to some documents shown to the Sunday Express newspaper in the U.K., Mossad was running a round-the-clock surveillance operation on some of the September 11 hijackers. This is highly unfeasible without some collaboration, similar to Khalid Sheikh and Saeed Sheikh working with the ISI. The details, contained in classified papers, reveal that a senior Mossad agent tipped off his counterpart in the CIA that a massive terrorist hit was being planned in the US. Other documents leaked to the Sunday Express from several intelligence agencies, including the DEA, show that two Mossad cells of six Egyptian and Yemeni born Jews trained at a secret base in Israel’s Negev Desert with the intention of penetrating the Al-Qaeda network.
Even U.S. agencies expressed doubt over the Mossad claims. CIA chief George Tenet is understood to have described the warning from Mossad as “too non-specific.” A senior U.S. intelligence source said: “Anyone can be wise after the event but it was extremely difficult to act on a non-specific threat given in a couple of tips from Israeli intelligence. It would be interesting to know if they could have been more specific with their information. Their surveillance teams must have observed Atta and his accomplices going to flying schools. I guess we might never know the real truth.”180
The real truth would do nothing more than confirm that Atta and associates were closely working with the U.S. and Israeli agencies.
Israel certainly had motive to perpetrate an outrage like the 9/11 attacks, provided that the blame could be placed on Arab terrorists. Previous incidents, such as the Lavon Affair, amongst other things, suggest that they have the capacity to perpetrate such “false flag” attacks. Given the depth of Mossad’s infiltration in the United States, the following account demonstrates that it had the motive, means, resources, moles, and opportunity to coordinate the 9/11 attacks, using connections both in the United States, the CIA and the ISI. Mossad needed the ISI for its intelligence assets. General Mahmood was more than happy to provide Mossad-assets with money via the ISI-assets. This we know from information available in the public domain. Unfortunately, it would take years of research and some courageous investigation before the world could know the full depth of the CIA, ISI, and Mossad’s joint planning in Operation 9/11.
However, there is plenty of evidence to connect Israel, in form or another, to the 9/11 operation. The ISI, Saeed Sheikh, and Khalid Sheikh are the missing links, who simply complete the missing pieces of the 9/11 saga. Prior to 9/11, the FBI discovered the presence of a massive spy ring inside the United States run by the government of Israel. Israel has established government-subsidized telecommunications companies in the United States. These companies, such as Comverse Infosy and Amdocs, provide billing and directory assistance for 90 percent of the phone companies in the United States. Amdocs’ main computer center for billing is actually in Israel and allows those with access to do what intelligence agencies call “traffic analysis”; provide a picture of an individual’s activities based on a pattern of who they are calling and when.
Similarly, Comverse Infosys subcontracts the installation of automatic tapping equipment now built into every phone system in America. Comverse has been named as the most likely source of leaked information from telephone calls by law enforcement resulting in the derailment of several investigations, not only into espionage, but into drug running as well.
According to a Fox News Report:
Adding to the suspicions is the fact that in Israel Comverse works closely with the Israeli government, and under special programs gets reimbursed for up to 50 percent of its research and development costs by the Israeli Ministry of Industry and Trade. But investigators within the DEA, INS, and FBI have all told Fox News that to pursue or even suggest Israeli spying through Comverse is considered career suicide.181
Another prominent Israeli telecom company called Odigo, provides the core message-passing system for all “Instant Message” services. Two hours before the 9/11 attacks on commenced, Odigo employees received a warning.182 Odigo, like many Israeli software companies, is based in Herzliya, Israel, a small town north of Tel Aviv, which happens to be where Mossad’s headquarters are located.183
The information gleaned from these companies is being used to coerce the behavior of key individuals in the U.S. Government and media. This claim is supported by the manner in which the government and the media have handled these scandals—they are downplaying them. Perhaps “burying” is a better word.
Fox News ran the story as a four-part broadcast, and placed the story on their web site. Suddenly, without explanation, Fox News erased the story from their web site184, and have never mentioned it again. CNN followed by removing their report of the two hour advance warning of the WTC attacks sent to Odigo employees. Far more telling is the admission made by a U.S. Official in part one of the Fox News report that hard evidence existed linking the 9/11 attacks to some of the 200-plus Israeli spies who were arrested both before and after 9/11. This evidence has now been classified.
Since then, any and all mention of the Israeli spy ring and phone tapping scandal has resulted in a hail of anti-Semitic accusations—an overused device to try to silence discussion on any topic unfavorable to the nation which instigated the spy ring in question.

Asif Zardari Prime Minister of Pakistan.
"Hello saab, yes its me Asif; you want AQ Khan...........well saab....20%, no what I meant was 30%........."
" You want total control of the nukes.........no problem"
" You want to station more American troops in Pakistan....no problem"
One will be watching for more of his antics; the gall of an ex-convict to become the de facto Prime Minister of Pakistan, on the back of his wife's death.
Clearly we have come a long way in Pakistani politics from the likes of Jinnah, and Ayub Khan.
Given the history of the family, is it not wise to steer the new generation away from politics, and be a little bit more sensitive, and not establish a new political dynasty at this juncture; at least let the poor clueless lad finish his studies, instead of emotionally blackmailing him into such a heavy and serious burden.

An integrated South Asia security block.
In the midst of the current national crisis within Pakistan, the military brass still had the time to launch a cruise missiles, to let India know who was boss. Now I know Punjabis are known for their brawn, and not their brains, but the sheer irrelevance of it at such a time when there were other more pressing issues explains the basic mentality of the military.
The missile testing of India was mainly for the benefit of China, not Pakistan. India as the third largest economy on earth, this year, and the fourth biggest military power has a natural right to test such weapons; Pakistan in her current state doesn't.
Has the UK participated in any strategic projects in Pakistan? Well of course not.
Not a single machine tools factory; steel mill; chemicals factory; armaments factory; heavy engineering factory; electronics factory; power stations; dams or for that matter any significant construction projects. Nothing!
Even in the inventory of Pakistani arms there is very little or no British equipment. Yet Pakistan continues to be a member of the Commonwealth, along with Ghana and Botswana, and Bhutto and Sharif doing some of their main political presentations in London until very recently.
Even Musharaf has to consult with London saab about sensitive internal state policies, more recently. I wonder, did Blair contact Musharaf about the fate of Pakistanis in the 2001 riots in Northern England? Did Blair phone Musharaf explaining why seriously misguided young Pakistanis were being used in the UK for false flag ops by Netanyahu’s Israelis (he was in LONDON at the time), with MI5 cooperation and assistance in Jewish dominated London in 7/7 2005? Did Blair phone and explain to Musharaf what 7,000 UK troops were doing in Southern Afghanistan? Nehi saab!
The Russians will be indifferent, and the Chinese beyond an alliance of convenience have made no real strategic commitments to Pakistan. Though unlike the fake American partnership and friendship of convenience, the Chinese have been more cooperative in the security/strategic arena. Finally the Chinese don't 'bitch slap' Pakistan time and again, in the way Americans have been doing over many decades; I suppose the Pakistanis like it rough, hey?
The only countries that may show signs of missing it are Muslim countries such as Bangladesh, Malaysia, Indonesia, Saudi and Iran.
But appealing to Pan-Islamism isn’t an effective viable security policy, as the OIC is a hot air talking shop without any effective direction or action. Do we remember the D8? It went nowhere. Do we remember CENTO, it disappeared after two decades.
Pan Islamism isn’t helping Iraq, with the continuation of the genocide there. Most foreign fighters in Iraq are Arab, and drawn from Iraq’s neighbors in Saudi Arabia and Syria. Blood brothers from across the border. Pan Islamism isn’t helping Afghanistan, but most of the help for the resistance is coming from the blood brothers in Pakistan, and considerable financial help from Iran, racially the same people as the Pashtuns and Tadjiks in Afghanistan.
No amount of wishful thinking will convert Pan Islam into a viable security policy to bolster Pakistan’s security in the long run. In fact, quite the contrary, Pan Islamism has been used by the British since the early part of the twentieth century and more recently the Americans and Israelis to infiltrate and destroy Muslims societies as a key portal of entry, using Islamic fundamentalists as the fifth Column: Iran 1979, Afghanistan since 1979, Somalia since the 1990’s, Palestine since 1977, and Pakistan more recently at a ‘certain advanced stage’ with Turkey, Malaysia, Bangladesh and Indonesia starting on the process, but not yet in the disaster zone.
The Qaid-e-Azam, a thoroughly modern man never intended Pakistan to be a fundamentalist state, or tilt in the direction of Islamic fundamentalism.
So what is effective security policy that is comprehensive and lasts, and not forgotten like the silly D8 proposal or CENTO? Well we look at the map and the people, and we see that Pakistanis and Indians are racially the same people. Further Pakistanis and Indians get along without any problems at a basic level. Pakistanis watch Indian movies, and identify with the characters in the movies as their own. That Pakistan has an extensive border with India. Simple basic logic states that you seek your strength and security from this community---A Pan South Asia security block.
One can understand why poor brown illiterate people might want to queue up behind America------it is rich, and an amazing country in many ways. But it has very little in common with Pakistan:
- 60 years of independence has not given ordinary Pakistanis a good experience with America.
- Most Pakistanis for good reasons are America averse.
- America contains over 8 million Jews who view Muslims, any Muslims with suspicion, and a threat to Israel.
- America still pursues a Zionist state policy in foreign affairs openly---not even covert, which obviously in the long term harms Pakistan's interests. Why then should Pakistan in a 'acha saab' way queue obediently behind such a policy.
- Bush has said in a private conversation that he intends to attack Pakistan, after Iran ---January 2003.
- Bush's regime threatened Pakistan with annihilation in 2001 if Pakistan didn't follow American policy----A Muslim with real Izzat would never have taken such threats lightly, and then still several years later continued to bow to such a threat.
- The Americans years after years presume to know what is best for Pakistan, and tell Pakistan so directly, even though reality has shown that they don't.
Given these facts Pakistan should be untangling herself from the USA, and not allowing more American troops onto Pakistani soil, and prostituting Pakistan's honor for a few worthless $, which in the long term have very little value.
Obviously the writer understands that a high percentage of the Pakistani military brass are made of low caste Hindu Chamar Chamcha's from the Punjab whose fore fathers converted into Islam----and given this fact, pleasing the saab at what ever cost is an inherent chamar chamcha urge/trait, but such a policy must fail ultimately, and it is Pakistan which must pay the price, and this is sad given that it is a nation filled with otherwise fine people.
The writer fully understands that the Pakistani army has been busy spending the greater part of its time and misguided energy killing its own Muslim brothers and sisters-----in fact after the fall of the Pol Pot government in Cambodia, I believe that the Pakistani army has killed more of its own people, than any other army in the world.-------Masallah! But sadly the civilian politicians are worse, and the future of the country rests on the Pakistani armed forces.
The author strongly recommends a major substantive paradigm shift in both the internal and external state policies of Pakistan. Business as usual internal and external policies will not help save Pakistan in the near future. Superficial window dressing and short term cosmetic changes will not save Pakistan. That the military/bureaucratic elite grasp this nettle of hard facts stated above, and find the courage to make real progress to secure Pakistan’s future.
The writer fully understands why India had to be viewed as the main enemy to justify Pakistan's existence since 1947, and why every single security issue in Pakistan was/is played out through the pism of India as the common enemy. Why Pakistan initiated all the aggression against India, and India very moderately responded in very measured ways. Why the state structure has been indoctrinated against India.
BUT now the situation has changed. Pakistan has created the monster of Islamic fundamentalism which is running rampant within Pakistan, within garrison Pindi, with prodding from America and Bilaat saab back in the late seventies. Because of this internal problem there is a correlating external problem, which is the prospect of Western intervention to secure 'fundamentalist Pakistan' and her nukes.
'Hai ALLAH give me guidance as to what I must do?'-hypothetically speaking:
Half a martial law with half a democracy to please London and Washington saab is not going to work. You get your feet in two different boats, and you end up falling into the lake. So which one is it going to be?
They need democracy to infiltrate and destroy Pakistan from within. Clearly Asif Zardari and Sharif aren't going to solve Pakistan's serious problems are they, as major power brokers after Bhutto's death ? They will be adding to them.
Summary of main points.
- The state must achieve a high level of internal security to the standard of North Korea, without it being overly repressive. Democracy is not an option for now.
- Cut all linkages and dependency with the UK/USA in especially security matters. The foreign bases closed, and foreign security personnel asked to leave. A simple action of this type will get the middle classes and a significant portion of the urban poor, with the peasants behind the Pakistani leadership. It’s populist, but extremely effective. Let us not follow policies for the sake of a few $. $100 million monthly military aid is simply not worth the trouble that this alliance is causing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FYavJtpbHdY&feature=user
- Prepare for possible future conflict with the USA/UK/Israel, especially under Hilary Clinton.
- Embrace India comprehensively. Sign a FTA asap, with India. Legalize the LOC whilst Dr. M M Singh is around quickly. Before the BJP come back into power in 2009, and President Hilary at the whitehouse. There after push for a South Asian security block of which Pakistan is a fully accepted integral part. Joint military exercises with India and Bangladesh, and integration of the military of South Asia like NATO.
Pakistan's population explosion.
It is easier to manage, control and satisfy 33 million (1951) people than it is to manage, control and satisfy 89 million (1981). It is easier to manage, control and satisfy 89 million people than it is to manage, control and satisfy 170 million (2007). It is proving difficult to manage, control and satisfy 170 million people, and when the population reaches 400 million by 2050 it will be a guaranteed disaster.
Ayub Khan was not far off the mark when he stated in the sixties that in the future unless the population growth was addressed seriously people in Pakistan would be ending up eating each other.
The most drastic and crude state measure of coercion with population control is starvation as practiced by the British in Ireland (50% got rid of during the 1840’s), and India as an instrument of state control (Bengal famine of 1943, during the war, when the Japanese were in Burma, and Bose in Japan). The Soviets and Red China also practiced this for future economic gains and development, and as a necessary and worth while sacrifice. I don’t think failed state Pakistan has the discipline to carry out such a policy, and of course there are moral objections, but I thought I would mention it.
Coincidentally some elites in Europe are floating this idea around centered around the UK/Bilderberg group naturally (Malthusians—followers of Thomas Malthus, nineteenth century British ‘philosopher’). They envisage a world with a reduced population from the current 6.5 billion to about 1 billion, made up mainly of Europeans of course. They pray for war and conflict which naturally enough impacts on the local population.
The conflict in Iraq has a Malthusian feel to it. 2 million Iraqis killed since 1991, through sanctions and conflict and 4 million turned into refugees. The country has been turned into a vast uninhabitable sewer. General Abazaid states that his country intends to be in Iraq for another 50 years, and if that is really true, the Iraqi population will have disappeared well before than.
No, in Pakistan we don’t have to think in such dire and drastic terms yet. There are many effective and civilized methods available to satisfy, manage and control the population growth. It however requires honest government action and highly organized planning, which the Pakistani military are capable of.
OBL R.I.P December 2001. Legacy----Zionist occupation of three Muslim countries.
So what is all this fake video appearance business of OBL more recently into 2007 about? I think these fake videos tell us more about the fabricators than they could possibly tells us about a man who past away long ago, and who was just a puppet of Western/Israeli Intelligence agencies and managed through the ISI.
He was also built up into something more than he really was, or capable of being to serve Zionist propaganda purposes, of the 'evil genius Eastern potentate'------in short he was a deeply foolish man who allowed ultimately his Western managers, via the ISI to use him to invade three Muslim countries; Afghanistan 2001; Iraq 2003 and as the world seems not to notice Somalia 2006. With Iran, Syria, Pakistan, and Saudi on their sites later.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TTTgpsAs4_c&NR=1
He possibly had no role in 9/11, and was used as an unwitting 'poster child', by the main actors which were Israeli intelligence, their American assets/puppets and the ISI.
So what are these fake video's specifically about? Well obviously Bush and co need to perpetuate the myth that GWOT is still THE issue (Benazir's assassination supposedly underlines this), when in reality it seems to be all falling apart. Obviously the primary objective of GWOT was the expansion of the Israeli empire, by the Israelis, whilst the lone superpower went around on Israel's behalf smashing Muslim countries.
9/11 carried out by the Israelis and their assets in America was the starting gun for all this, and the idea that first established this was in 1996, with the 'Clean Break' paper written for Netanyahu, and some now refer to as 'Bibi's war'. When that policy paper seemed too Israeli orientated, they switched to a more grandly named policy paper called the 'Project for an New American Century'. Then they got themselves and a few dim wit gentiles to sell it to America in power, with the help of 9/11, an inside/outside job by Netanyahu's Israelis and his American assets. He was in New York directing the show.
To wage war for a very long time under the banner of GWOT, and stealthily expand your Israeli empire under the GWOT umbrella, you need a hell of a lot of things going your way, which it clearly isn't. The law of probability/natures balance won't allow it:
- Israel needs to win every war that it fights, to expand its empire, but after Lebanon 2006 against Hezbollah, when they got a bloody nose fighting against 5,000 lightly armed guerrilla's than we are in for the very long haul here for Israel.
- Israel has to deal with 50,000 Hamas fighters on its flank, eventually before they strike out for greater empire, AND crush Hezbollah---good luck.
- Jews consider themselves as the 'chosen', but let us assume that essentially that they are 'human'. Not of course of the every day variety, but 'human'. No human can sustain war, and the psychology of war for ever. It takes its toll. Such pressure for war will break Israeli society, and one could eventually see an exodus of educated Israelis, which should spell the end of Israel, with the religious fruitcakes running the country.
- Israel's pawn, America isn't doing so well in Iraq and Afghanistan. They boasted of 7 countries in 5 years over at the Pentagon initially in 2001.Now they are struggling to maintain control of these two countries.
- The American economy is being bankrupted, and thus it will collapse eventually. It will not be able to conduct more wars along the present economic trajectory. In fact China and Japan could have vetoed these wars a couple of years ago, if they wished. But I suppose from the Chinese perspective everything is perfect; The Americans are wearing themselves out and China within a very short time will become the largest economy on earth, a superpower, owning large parts of America, and banker to the world.
- I imagine somewhere along the line Americans will wise up too, and ask why they are fighting Israel's wars. The joy of killing brown 'Ay-raabs' will wear out eventually one assumes.
- Sadly but very slowly Muslims are wising up and mobilising to a degree at the street level, though their response to the American/Israeli aggression has been very very weak, from the perspective of the Muslim state. Nearly all of them seem to be in awe of big bad Zionist America, and are happy to attend meaningless summits eating ice-cream with them, as if everything is normal instead of being a little bit more vigorous in opposing the genocide of Muslims, especially in Iraq. This has of course contributed to further American aggression against Muslims.
So why continue trying to sell a dead horse. Well because 'They' don't have better ideas, and because they in their obsession with Greater Israel have fixed their mind set too rigidly to be able to compromise on it now. It is of course a stupid idea, and some in America will be grunting along with this 'loser policy' until bankruptcy of the economy intervenes to permanently stop it, and America there after attends economic 'basket case' summits with several Asian countries about how best to reschedule its debts.
It would be mightily helpful for Pakistan, and for Muslim countries if the myth of al-Qaeda was blown away, because unfortunately a lot of people in Muslim countries and in the West still give this essentially non -existent group too much credit------it would be good for Pakistan, certainly.
It would certainly be good for Pakistan, if Pakistani officials finally confirmed that OBL passed away, several years back. Then the issue of fake videos of OBL would be put into a new perspective by the discerning world when they appear at very coincidental occasions, and Pakistan wouldn't be constantly prodded to do better against al-Qaeda by American politicians, or pushed to allow American military personnel into sovereign Pakistani territory.
Pakistan whilst being a key player in the charade of al-Qaeda, has also been instrumental as the 'gofer' between Zionist intelligence and al-Qaeda. In addition it is also ironically/contradictorily the country which has directly accounted for the capture of most of the al-Qaeda leadership.
From a 'Pagal bacha Ulloo' perspective although this may look and sound good for Pakistan as an indispensable ally for America 'saab saab you need me, and love you so much', in the final analysis it is in fact a very dangerous game, since who can say that Pakistan in the pre-text of fighting the war on terror ends up itself being occupied by the USA.
Not forgetting the huge problems thrown up the Islamisation of Pakistan issue, fundamentalism and the ISI'S alleged links to the Taliban and al-Qaeda. All the problems that this is causing Pakistan now, for all to see.

Bhutto said Omar Sheikh killed Bin Laden
by dantyrant
Thu Dec 27, 2007 at 07:34:32 PM PST
This isn't going to be a long diary... I just came across a video posted on another site. At just after six minutes into the video, Benazir Bhutto says that OBL was killed by Omar Sheikh... The video is from November of this year.
Now, there's lots of evidence to suggest that Osama bin Laden is dead -- this isn't new, and has been suggested by Karzai, the FBI, Musharaff, by Mossad, by the NYT and by other organizations. Bush himself famously suggested that Osama bin Laden no longer worried him. His funeral was reported in the Muslim Press. (h/t to WRH)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oIO8B6fpFSQ&feature=related
She clearly and unmistakably says that Osama bin Laden is dead.
Compound F has a diary in which he talks about how Bhutto was attending dinner parties with big players in the National Security State, like Brzezinski and Scowcroft. She gave speeches at the Council on Foreign Relations. This was a woman with access to information.
Questions:
• What does this mean?
• What do Brzezinski and Scowcroft have to say about this?
• What does Joe Biden-- who was a political ally of Bhutto-- have to say about this? Or ANY of the candidates or politicians, for that matter...
I've suspected that bin Laden has been dead for some time. His videos in recent years seem to have been forgeries, and they've always come at politically opportune times. (see, for example, this from dKos's Booman23's site, or this from the BBC questioning the authenticity of the tape in which bin Laden claimed responsibility for 9/11).
Now it's possible that Bhutto was mistaken and all of this other evidence is wrong. But also likely is that Bush recognized that a dead enemy can be just as effective as non-existent WMDs in manipulating the American people.
To those who think that Bush wouldn't go that far, I'd just point out that Bush knew since the beginning of 2007 that Iran did not have any nuclear weapons program, and moreover that they stopped their weapons program in 2003. Yet the danger of nuclear war remains. For what?
Bush lied to get us into war with Iraq. That's costing us $2 Trillion and impacted on countless lives. Over a million Iraqis have died.
So, do I believe Bush would lie about Osama bin Laden to try to keep the terror myth going and seize control of the country's political process?
Absolutely.
I've had enough of this bin Laden nonsense. Haven't you? And if I haven't convinced you, think about what a scandal it would be if Bush knowingly covered this up. For years, even. All the while, telling us bin Laden is still lurking out there.

The New Zionist Madness against Russia.
The Rothschild's of London, through their tool the CFR and their agents in America are once again attacking the Russian people (this explains the aggressive UK ops against Russia from within and her periphery), though the writer below, Mike Whitney, wisely skirts this issue, otherwise he would have difficulty getting publication for what is otherwise another excellent piece of real journalism.
Brzezinski is thus not really original with something to say, but simply peddling Rothschild Zionist international agenda's disguised as an imperative of American national interests.
Well Mr. Brzezinski how is spending a couple trillion American $'s pursuing endless conflict in the best interests of America? Expending the lives of young American men and women in the process; bankrupting the American economy along the process; diplomatically isolating America along the process; Turning America into a Jew run police state; endangering the safety of the planet. How is that a smart clever policy for America?
The true smart move for America is live and let live----We are and never will be GOD, controlling the whole world, and the greedy money worshipping, materialistic, ego worshipping Jew is the last people GOD would choose to rule this earth, otherwise it would have happened a lot earlier. So let us stand against a mad Jew driven uni-polar world, 'using' America, pursuing impossible dreams.

Putin Agonistes: Missile Defense will not be Deployed
By Mike Whitney
12/19/07 "ICH " -- --
It's been a lot of hard work, but Russian President Vladimir Putin has finally achieved his goal. He's cleaned up the mess left behind by Yeltsin, put together a strong and thriving economy, and restored Russia to a place of honor among the community of nations. His legacy has already been written. He's the man who rebuilt Russia. The last thing he wants now, is a pointless confrontation with the United States. But how can it be avoided? He understands Washington's long-range plans for Russia and he is taking necessary steps to preempt them. He is familiar with the heavyweights of US foreign policy, like Zbigniew Brzezinski, and has undoubtedly read his master-plan for Central Asia, “The Grand Chessboard”. Brzezinski's recent article in Foreign Affairs, (A publication of the Council on Foreign Relations) “A Geostrategy for Eurasia” summarizes his views on America's future involvement in the region:
“America's emergence as the sole global superpower now makes an integrated and comprehensive strategy for Eurasia imperative."
Eurasia is home to most of the world's politically assertive and dynamic states. All the historical pretenders to global power originated in Eurasia. The world's most populous aspirants to regional hegemony, China and India, are in Eurasia, as are all the potential political or economic challengers to American primacy. ... Eurasia accounts for 75 percent of the world's population, 60 percent of its GNP, and 75 percent of its energy resources. Collectively, Eurasia's potential power overshadows even America's.
Eurasia is the world's axial supercontinent. A power that dominated Eurasia would exercise decisive influence over two of the world's three most economically productive regions, Western Europe and East Asia. A glance at the map also suggests that a country dominant in Eurasia would almost automatically control the Middle East and Africa. With Eurasia now serving as the decisive geopolitical chessboard, it no longer suffices to fashion one policy for Europe and another for Asia. What happens with the distribution of power on the Eurasian landmass will be of decisive importance to America's global primacy and historical legacy.”
So, there it is. The US is moving into the neighborhood and has no intention of leaving. The war on terror is a fraud; it merely conceals the fact that Bush is sprinkling military bases throughout Central Asia and surrounding Russia in the process. Brzezinski sees this as a “strategic imperative”. It doesn't matter what Putin thinks. According to Brzezinski “NATO enlargement should move forward in deliberate stages” . The US must make sure “that no state or combination of states gains the ability to expel the United States or even diminish its decisive role”.
This isn't new. Putin has known for some time what Bush is up to and he's been as accommodating as possible. After all, his real passion is putting Russia back on its feet and improving the lives of its citizens. That will have to change now that Bush has decided to install a “Missile Defense” system in Eastern Europe. Putin will have to devote more time to blocking America's plans. The new system will upset the basic balance of power between the nuclear rivals and force Putin to raise the stakes. A confrontation is brewing whether Putin wants it or not. The system cannot be deployed. Period. Putin must now do whatever he is necessary to remove a direct threat to Russia's national security. That is the primary obligation of every leader and he will not shirk his responsibility.
Putin is an elusive character; neither boastful nor arrogant. It's clear now that western pundits mistook his reserved, quiet manner as a sign of superficiality or lack of resolve. They were wrong. They underestimated the former-KGB Colonel. Putin is bright and tenacious and he has a vision for his country. He sees Russia as a key player in the new century; an energy powerhouse that can control its own destiny. He doesn't plan to get bogged down in avoidable conflicts if possible. He's focused on development not war; plowshares not swords. He's also fiercely nationalistic; a Russian who puts Russia first.
But Putin is a realist and he knows that the US will not leave Eurasia without a fight. He's read the US National Security Strategy and he understands the ideological foundation for America's “unipolar” world model. The NSS is an unambiguous declaration of war against any nation that claims the right to to control its own resources or defend its own sovereignty against US interests. The NSS implies that nations' are required to open their markets to western multinationals and follow directives from Washington or accept a place on Bush's “enemies list”. There's no middle ground. You are with us or with the terrorists. The NSS also entitles the United States to unilaterally wage aggressive warfare against any state or group that is perceived to be a potential threat to Washington's imperial ambitions. These so-called “preemptive” wars are carried out under the rubric of the “war on terror” which provides the justification for torture, abduction, ethnic cleansing and massive civilian casualties.
US National Security Strategy articulates in black and white what many critics had been saying for years; the United States owns the world and everyone else is just a guest.
Putin knows that there's no way to reconcile this doctrine with his own aspirations for an independent Russia but, so far, a clash has been averted.
He also knows that Bush is flanked by a band of fanatics and militarists who plan to weaken Russia, install an American stooge (like Georgia and Afghanistan) and divide the country into four regions. This strategy is clearly presented in forward-planning documents that have been drawn up in Washington think tanks that chart the course for US world domination.
Brzezinski is quite candid about this in his article in Foreign Affairs:
“Given (Russia's) size and diversity, a decentralized political system and free-market economics would be most likely to unleash the creative potential of the Russian people and Russia's vast natural resources. A loosely confederated Russia -- composed of a European Russia, a Siberian Republic, and a Far Eastern Republic -- would also find it easier to cultivate closer economic relations with its neighbors. Each of the confederated entitles would be able to tap its local creative potential, stifled for centuries by Moscow's heavy bureaucratic hand. In turn, a decentralized Russia would be less susceptible to imperial mobilization.” (Zbigniew Brzezinski,“A Geostrategy for Eurasia”)
Partition is a common theme in imperial planning whether its called apartheid in Israel, federalizing in Iraq, “limited independence” in Kosovo, or “loose confederation” in Russia. It's all the same. Divide and rule; undermine nationalism by destroying the underlying culture and balkanizing the territory. This isn't new. What is amazing, is that Bush's plan is going forward despite 7 years of uninterrupted foreign policy failures. Hubris and self-delusion have a longer shelf-life than anyone could have imagined.
Putin is surrounded by ex-KGB hardliners who have warned him that America cannot be trusted. They have watched while the US has steadily moved into the former-Soviet satellites, pushed NATO to Russia's borders, and precipitated regime change via “color coded” revolutions. They point to Chechen war where US intelligence services trained Chechen insurgents through their ISI surrogates in Pakistan—teaching them how to conduct guerrilla operations in a critical region that provides Russia with access to the western shores of the resource-rich Caspian Basin.
Michel Chossudovsky has done some excellent research on this little-known period of Russian history. In his article “The Anglo-American Military Axis”, he says:
“U.S. covert support to the two main Chechen rebel groups (through Pakistan’s ISI) was known to the Russian government and military. However, it had previously never been made public or raised at the diplomatic level. In November 1999, the Russian Defense Minister, Igor Sergueyev, formally accused Washington of supporting the Chechen rebels. Following a meeting held behind closed doors with Russia’s military high command, Sergueyev declared that:
'The national interests of the United States require that the military conflict in the Caucasus [Chechnya] be a fire, provoked as a result of outside forces", while adding that "the West’s policy constitutes a challenge launched to Russia with the ultimate aim of weakening her international position and of excluding her from geo-strategic areas.'”
In the wake of the 1999 Chechen war, a new "National Security Doctrine" was formulated and signed into law by Acting President Vladimir Putin, in early 2000. Barely acknowledged by the international media, a critical shift in East-West relations had occurred. The document reasserted the building of a strong Russian State, the concurrent growth of the Military, as well as the reintroduction of State controls over foreign capital....The document carefully spelled out what it described as " fundamental threats" to Russia’s national security and sovereignty. More specifically, it referred to "the strengthening of military-political blocs and alliances" [namely GUUAM], as well as to "NATO’s eastward expansion" while underscoring "the possible emergence of foreign military bases and major military presences in the immediate proximity of Russian borders." (Michel Chossudovsky, “The Anglo-American Military Axis”, Global Research)
That's right; there's been a low-grade secret war going on between Russia and the US for over a decade although it is rarely discussed in diplomatic circles. The war in Chechnya is probably less about “succession” and independence, than it is about foreign intervention and imperial overreach.
The same rule applies to the controversy surrounding Kosovo. The Bush administration and its EU clients are trying to fragment Serbia by supporting an initiative for Kosovo “limited independence”.
But why “limited”?
It's because Bush knows that the resolution has no chance of passing the UN Security Council, so the only way to circumvent international law is by issuing a unilateral edict that is promoted in the media as “independence”. By this same standard, Abraham Lincoln should have granted Jefferson Davis “limited independence” and avoided the Civil War altogether.
Author Irina Lebedeva reveals the real motives behind the administration's actions on Kosovo in her article “USA-Russia: Hitting the same Gate, or playing the same game?”
“The North Atlantic alliance (The US and its EU allies) documents indicate that the bloc aims at the “Balkanization” of the post-Soviet space by way of overtaking influence in the territories of the currently frozen conflicts and their follow-up internalization along the Yugoslavian lines are set down in black and white. For example, a special report titled “The New North Atlantic Strategy for the Black Sea Region”, prepared by the German Marshall Fund of the United States on the occasion of the NATO summit, already refers to Black Sea and South Caucasus (Transcaucasia) as a “new Euro-Atlantic borderland plagued by Soviet-legacy conflicts.” And the “region of frozen conflicts is evolving into a functional aggregate on the new border of an enlarging West.” Azerbaijan and Georgia in tandem, the report notes, provide a unique transit corridor for Caspian energy to Europe, as well as an irreplaceable corridor for American-led and NATO to bases and operation theatres in Central Asia and the Greater Middle East.”
Once again, divide and rule; this time writ large for an entire region that is being arbitrarily redrawn to meet the needs of mega-corporations that want to secure “transit corridors for Caspian energy to Europe”. The new Great Game. Brzezinski has called this area a critical “land-bridge” to Eurasia. Others refer to it as a “new Euro-Atlantic borderland”. Whatever one calls it; it is a good illustration of how bloodthirsty Washington mandarins carve up the world to suit their own geopolitical objectives.
Putin has seen enough and he's now moving swiftly to counter US incursions in the region. He's not going to wait until the neocon fantasists affix a bullseye to his back and take aim. In the last few weeks he has withdrawn Russia from the Conventional Armed Forces in Europe Treaty (CFE) and is threatening to redeploy his troops and heavy weaponry to Russia's western-most borders. The move does nothing to enhance Russian security, but it will arouse public concern in Europe and perhaps ignite a backlash against Bush's Missile Defense system.
Russian Navy Admiral Vladimir Masorin also announced this week that Russia will move part of its fleet to Syrian ports where “it will maintain a permanent presence in the Mediterranean. Israeli leaders are in a panic over the announcement claiming that the move will disrupt their “electronic surveillance and air defense centers” thus threatening their national security. Putin intends to go ahead with the plan regardless. Dredging has already begun in the port of Tartus and a dock is being built in the Syrian port of Latakia.
Also, Russian officials are investigating the possibility of building military bases in Serbia and have been invited to discuss the issue with leaders in the Serbian Nationalist Radical Party (SRS) The prospective dialogue is clearly designed to dissuade the US from pursuing its present policy towards Kosovo.
Russia also delivered its first shipment of nuclear fuel to Iran this week which means that the controversial 1,000 watt nuclear plant at Bushehr could be fully operational within three months. Adding insult to injury, Iranian officials announced on Monday their plans to build a second plant in defiance of US orders to halt its nuclear activities.
Also, on Monday, “Russia test-launched a new intercontinental ballistic missile part of a system that can outperform any anti-missile system likely to be deployed” according to Reuters. “The missile was launched from the Tula nuclear-powered submarine in the Barents Sea in the Arctic.”
“The military hardware now on our weapons, and those that will appear in the next few years, will enable our missiles to outperform any anti-missile system, including future systems," Col.-Gen Nikolai Solovtsov was quoted as telling journalists.” (Reuters)
Bush's Missile Defense system has restarted the nuclear arms race. Welcome to the new Cold War.
Finally, Russia Chief of Staff, General Yuri Balyevsky warned:
“A possible launch of a US interceptor missile from Central Europe may provoke a counterattack from intercontinental ballistic missiles....If we suppose that Iran wants to strike the United States , then interceptor missiles which would be launched from Poland will fly towards Russia and the shape and flight trajectory are very similar to ICBMs” (Novosti Russian News Agency)
Balyevsky's scenario of an “accidental” World War 3 is more likely than ever now that Bush is pressing ahead with his plans for Missile Defense. Russia's automated missile warning systems can be triggered automatically when foreign missiles enter Russian air space. Its a dangerous game and potentially fatal every living thing on the planet.
To great extent, the American people have no idea of the reckless policy that is being carried out in their name. The gravity of the proposed Missile Defense system has been virtually ignored by the media and Russia's protests have been dismissed as trivial. But hostilities are steadily growing, military forces and weaponry are being put into place, and the stage is set for a major conflagration. This is every bit as serious as the Cuban Missile Crisis, only this time Russia cannot afford to stand down.
Putin will not allow the system to be deployed even if he has to remove it through force of arms. It is a direct threat to Russia's national security. We would expect no different from our own leaders.
