In this international political texture, where the Americans BUY RUSSIAN LOYALTY through individual PRIVATE DEALS, THE KREMLIN has no time for the welfare of 40% OF RUSSIANS IN UKRAINE, let alone the rest of the good Ukrainian population who don't identify themselves as RUSSIAN.
