Alternative American perspective

Backing into World War III?

By Sean Stone at Information Clearing House.

According to the doctrine of pre-emptive war

(illegal under International Law developed especially after 1945, for obvious reasons after what Nazi Germany did, but vehemently supported by Israel who constantly use the canard...."Israel is a one bomb state"....ie one nuke bomb would be enough to destroy the whole state given its size....on the one hand one can't argue with that kind of stark base street logic....but on the other hand we have to ask where the real threat comes from....certainly not from Iran, regardless of what Likud Israel imagines, blusters about and subsequently prods America with such evidence)

Iran can be attacked based on its alleged desire to develop nuclear weapons, just as Iraq was attacked in 2003.

(But the basis of the attack against Saddam's Iraq have been proven over overwhelmingly false and concocted by Israel....Niger Yellow Cake etc....forged documents to the run up of the Iraq war in 2003. Curve Ball info....Aluminum tubes, mobile labs, attacks against NY in 45 minutes from Iraq, covert nuke programs under ground......the CIA's 1200 strong ISG team searching for years after 2003 found nothing. Most of the WMD capability of Iraq was destroyed between 1991--1998, under the American dominated IAEA inspection teams of which Scott Ritter was an important member {the same time frame should apply to Iran given that the Iranian state hasn't even used WMD's, unlike Iraq....1984--1989..against Iranian soldiers and later against Iraqi Kurds}..........the Israelis and their agents in the USA media created highly flammable campfire desert fairy tales against CIA Saddam's Iraq, and the Bush administration undertook war against Iraq for Israel there after.

But what are facts is that maybe 1,000,000 Iraqis died between 1991--2003 due to stringent sanctions, and the lack of food and medicines.

later under American occupation another 1,500,000 Iraqis died as the USA deliberately for Israel destabilized the country, using proxies and covert ops.

5,000,000 Iraqis became refugees within their country, and without.

The utter destruction of the country into three sectarian pieces which are barely reconcilable.

And your dad did Alexander (2004) to mobilize the gays within the military to go for more S&M bloody meaningless wars for Israel.....with an emphasis on "Celtism" with an Irish Alexander, (Alexanders GREEK ARMY suddenly seemed to have been recruited from the British Isle)...which is a current Rothschild Internationalist agenda....string of Celtic commanders in Afghanistan, save the current one.....truly bizarre or weird, but when you are super rich these are the peculiar peccadilloes you pander casually, at the cost of ordinary human beings at the receiving end....in Third World societies.

We all make our choices on informed beliefs, but I always thought Oliver Stone was at his best when he produced movies which critiqued American society whether at war, or its sheer greed, its political cynicism and plots, and its violence with a keen accurate perspective....it was thus a shame he joined, fell in line and succumbed to the tribal group call and the Internationalist banker agenda when the momentum was at its height under the dastardly Bush administration...whereas he had traditionally passed himself off as a radical thinking intellectual alternative director)

In fact, Congress is currently debating whether a nuclear capability alone (which Brazil, Japan, South Korea, Turkey, Germany, India, Pakistan, Israel and other countries enjoy) could justify the 'preventive' attack. I believe it is time to negate this doctrine by postulating that Iran in fact has a right, as a sovereign nation, to a nuclear capability. Having traveled to Iran recently, I can attest to the Joint Chiefs' General Dempsey's
reference to Iran as a 'rational' actor.

The Iranians have no interest in destroying America, or Israel, at the expense of one of the oldest continuous civilizations in the world, dating back about 2600 years. Iran is currently surrounded by over 40 U.S. military installations, not counting Israel's still-unaccounted nuclear arsenal.

To assert that Iran would jeopardize its very existence and long civilization for a one-shot nuclear attack is a complete miscalculation of the Iranian spirit;

(Iran is a backward Third World nation, made more so by the Medieval mullahs of the country....who have chased out 5,000,000 mainly middle class educated technocratic Iranians. For such a state to develop nuke bombs given the current stringent climate will be difficult......and putting nuke bombs on reliable long range missiles requires another feat of technology, or the direct deliberate aid of a super-power like Russia or China......this has not happened)

that spirit gave rise to a revolution in 1979 against what they perceived as Anglo-American imperialism in the form of the Shah, much as our own revolution opposed British imperialism.

(This is romantic given your visit to the country, but the sad reality is that the mullahs were brought to power by the USA/UK and other European powers and possibly involving Israel.....very much a repetition of what is happening now in Libya, Tunisia, Egypt and Syria...where MODERATE ARAB PRO-Western DICTATORSHIPS are being supplanted by 'al-Qaeda" affiliated groups....the original blue-print for this was Iran in 1979. The mullahs sadly are but puppets of the West who have done great harm to Iran......for Likud Israel with designs of Greater Israel it is easier to threaten mullah Iran and then get the USA to attack the country, then it was under the suited mild mannered Shah who was a friend of Israel and a very good puppet of the USA......this is thus the sheer cynicism of Israel in using Western institutions to topple major allies in order to fulfill a Jewish biblical dream which never existed......'Eretz Israel")

I agree with General Dempsey that an attack on Iran would not only be imprudent, it would be 'destabilizing', and for more than just Iran. What is at stake is much larger than Iran's right to become a nuclear power; and based on the attitude of the political figures I spoke with in Iran, they understand this very well -- should Israel, with or without American support, attack Iran's nuclear or military infrastructure, it would be considered an act of war that may prompt World War III.

What I believe is currently being played out is an 'endgame' scenario, by failing West European and American economies, threatening to explode what has historically been referred to by British imperialists as the Heartland of Eurasia: stretching from the Horn of Africa (guarding the shipping lanes of the Gulf) to Afghanistan and Pakistan (in Russia and China's underbelly).

The Russians know this 'Great Game' well, having played it with the British since at least the Crimean War of the mid-19th Century. So when Russia says it cannot accept the ongoing destruction of the Syrian government, or an attack on Iran, it is based on the understanding that such destabilization of this 'Heartland' could ignite war between Shia and Sunni Muslims across the region, even affecting the Muslim populations of southern Russia and western China.

Iran is currently accused by the West of being a rogue state involved in spreading amorphous terrorism abroad. In reality, Iran has seen the destruction of the sovereign states in Afghanistan and Iraq, on its borders; and now, the Obama Administration is calling for the downfall of Iran's ally, President Assad's secular Syrian regime.

That country is quickly going the way of Lebanon in the 1980s, which could reignite sectarian violence from Lebanon to Iraq, and beyond. The chaos ensuing the overthrow of Assad will not only serve to radicalize the religious factions, as the Iraq war did after the fall of the secular Ba'ath Party, but such a strategy seems to have been predicted; retired General Wesley Clark reported in his 2003 book that the imperialist 'neo-con' faction within the U.S. Defense Department had plans for regime change in Iraq, Syria, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Lebanon and Iran, dating back to before Sept.11.2001.

In such a meltdown of nation-states, Israel will not be safe from retaliation by Hezbollah and Hamas; unless of course, Prime Minister Netanyahu intends to use such violence to attempt an extension of Israel's borders toward the Euphrates, according to the right-wing 'Greater Israel' doctrine which desires an Israeli state from the Nile in Egypt to the Euphrates in Iraq. It would then seem the logic of this current escalation to war with Iran really has nothing to do with protecting Israel; the escalation will more likely sacrifice the Israeli people for the sake of a game of empire.

(You have vindicated your authenticity with such a stark deep analysis.....surprising given the background you come from.....your father is half Jewish)

It is no wonder that Russian Prime Minister Putin
has called the Anglo-American policy in the Middle East a 'cult of violence.'

As Putin understands, if we do not respect national sovereignty, who are we left to cooperate with in order to stop the radical political groups we allege as our enemy? In point of little irony, most radical Al-Qaeda elements are derived from Saudi-style Wahhabism, which gave rise to the Taliban regime.

(The internet gossip is that "al-Qaeda" is in fact "al-CIA-duh" a fictitious non-group front run by Western intelligence to destabilize Muslim nations in the Greater Middle East.......a useful fifth column of mercenary guns for hire....with no leadership, no real ideology and no real organization save for the orders that emanate from Western Intelligence for the day.

The Taliban on the other hand is a localized resistance group who fight exclusively in Afghanistan, generally poorly, and are run by the ISI of Pakistan for the CIA. The Taliban were created in 1994 by the USA using the services of the Pakistan military.......its overall membership and performance has been poor but it gives frustrated disgruntled disenfranchised Pashtun Afghans an avenue to vent their anger at the foreign occupation of their country, and an excuse for the Pentagon/CIA to stay in Afghanistan and harvest the opium for the bankers in London and New York.

Beyond radical romanticism, in this modern day and age of hyper-intelligence there are no independent armed groups fighting for an ideal.......most Third World resistance groups are co-opted compromised and run by Western Intelligence, for example the LRA of Joseph Kony....to serve specific agenda's of the corporate elite of the West)

Considering that Iranian Shi'ism is long-opposed to this brand of Sunni Islam, would it not make more sense for America to cooperate with Iran against Al-Qaeda and related extremist groups?

(Please don't try and start a war between Sunnis and Shia Muslims, the USA did that quite well in Iraq, as does the Pakistani military in that failed state for the USA)

In the process of such diplomatic engagement, is it not possible that we make peace with the Iranian regime through a commonality of purpose and an exchanging of ideas?

(Jews who look up to Netanyahu, because of his tough Vin Diesel macho posturing run to a great extent American foreign policy.

Obama is a CIA trained/groomed puppet of at least 30 years.....and the CIA's forte to justify itself to the detriment of the USA and its interests is security, security, more security, war war, more war.....covert ops covert ops and more covert ops......over there over there and over there-----though I respect that the sum total of American intelligence have been objective about mullah Iran and its alleged nuke bomb program, and that they were objective about Saddam's alleged WMDs after 2003.....BUT these were brief instances of rationality and objectivity, which has been trumped by an over arching obsession with foul play around the world which purportedly generates more work for them-----they will become the led agency in Afghanistan after 2014----but takes the world, and the USA in the wrong direction OVERALL. {The KGB in the Soviet Union in the 1980's.....appointing Soviet leaders and strategically running the state}.

With that sad background in the USA, "Can't we all get along oh shucks" calls will be cynically seen as innocent naive puppies spouting nonsense.......a Jew who has gone native in Iran of all places)

The Iranian people, like the American people, are reasonable, but proud; if they believe in a right to nuclear capabilities, it is because they feel they have the same national right as do the Israelis or Pakistanis, both of whom have already weaponized the region.

And according to their Supreme Leader, Iran is not desirous of nuclear weapons, for he
has said that even "the production, possession, use or threat of use of nuclear weapons are illegitimate, futile, harmful, dangerous and prohibited as a great sin."

If we are thus serious about the Non-Proliferation Treaty which Iran has signed, I'd personally like to see a nuclear weapon-free zone across the Middle East, which would mean accounting for the Israeli arsenal.

But if we continue on the current trajectory of giving 'unconditional support' to Israel and its illicit nuclear arsenal -- and if we continue to support the overthrow of nations who have not declared war on us -- are we not creating the conditions for Iran to eventually desire a nuclear weapon, to prevent the destruction of its national sovereignty?

(When are you putting your hat into the Presidential ring.......let me know. That Ron Paul is too mild and old. He's been suckered by the system and cheated out of caucus after caucus but he still goes on as if he's in a gentleman's game of Bridge)

If we can succeed in staving off an imperialistic war in the coming years, I foresee a future of cooperation between Iran, Israel, and America, based on a common republican spirit and tradition.

(Don't get into marijuana like your father has.....its not good for you)

But if Anglo-American imperialism chooses to continue to smash nations and disregard borders, that imperial spirit will only breed more terrorism, not less. If we create a world without sovereign states with authority of law to rule over their people, who will we have left to deal with?

Countries do not always get along, but failed states never do. And should we risk war over the excuse of Iran's nuclear program, we will be looking at a region of radicalized groups of all denominations, with very little authority over them, and tremendous resentment at what they will perceive as foreign imperialists. Such a day would be much worse than seeing a nuclear Iran.

American NGO's

.
.
.
.

Are Freedom House And The National Democratic Institute Really “Our Innocents Abroad”?

Friday’s lead stories in The Washington Post and The Wall Street Journal dealt with what both viewed as a national affront and outrage.

Egyptian soldiers, said the Post, “stormed the offices” of three U.S. “democracy-building organizations … in a dramatic escalation of a crackdown by the military-led government that could imperil its relations with the United States.”

The organizations: Freedom House, the International Republican Institute and the National Democratic Institute.

(I would suggest the USA embassy, its consulates, its International schools, AND other NGO's also play an active divisive role in destabilizing countries......the focus on the above three is rather narrow and obvious)

Cairo contends that $65 million in “pro-democracy” funding that IRI, NDI and Freedom House received for use in Egypt constitutes “illegal foreign funding” to influence their elections.

“A Provocation in Egypt,” raged the Post.

An incensed Freedom House President David Kramer said the raids reveal that Egypt’s military has ”no intention of permitting the establishment of genuine democracy.”

Leon Panetta phoned the head of the military regime. With $1.3 billion in U.S. military aid on the line, Field Marshal Mohamed Hussein Tantawi backed down. The raids will stop.

Yet this is not the first time U.S. “pro-democracy” groups have been charged with subverting regimes that fail to toe the Washington line.

In December, Vladimir Putin claimed that hundreds of millions of dollars, mostly from U.S. sources, was funneled into his country to influence the recent election, and that Hillary Clinton’s denunciation of the results was a signal for anti-Putin demonstrators to take to Moscow’s streets.

In December also, a top Chinese official charged U.S. Consul General Stephen Young in Hong Kong with trying to spread disorder. “Wherever (Young) goes, there is trouble and so-called color revolutions,” said the pro-Communist Party Hong Kong newspaper Wen Wei Po.

Beijing, added the Post, has been “jittery following this year’s Arab Spring and calls on the Internet for the Chinese to follow suit with a ‘jasmine revolution.’” The Jasmine Revolution was the uprising that forced Tunisia’s dictator to flee at the outset of the Arab Spring.

Yet one need not be an acolyte of the Egyptian, Chinese or Russian regimes to wonder if, perhaps, based on history, they do not have a point.

Does the United States interfere in the internal affairs of nations to subvert regimes by using NGOs to funnel cash to the opposition to foment uprisings or affect elections? Are we using Cold War methods on countries with which we are not at war—to advance our New World Order?

So it would seem. For, repeatedly, Freedom House, IRI and NDI have been identified as instigators of color-coded revolutions to replace autocrats with pro-American “democrats.”

(Yes for some weird reason the State Department prefers to use color coded movements.....just as Gangsters use various signs. I suppose it has symbolic value for malleable simplistic idiots who do not question what they are really representing, but rather like to obey........I am quite familiar with this area having faced spooks approaching nearly 30 years, covertly/overtly. I believe burgundy means I work for the CIA with goatee beards, and orange means I am an intelligence operation or related to intelligence operations.

The color code is a reassuring affirmation to the State Department that their servants are indeed on their side, and with them)

Ukraine’s Orange Revolution was marked by mass demonstrations in Kiev to overturn the election of a pro-Russian leader and bring about his replacement by a pro-Western politician who sought to move his country into NATO. The Orange Revolution first succeeded, but then failed.

A U.S.-engineered Rose Revolution in 2002 overthrew President Eduard Shevardnadze of Georgia and brought about his replacement by Mikheil Saakashvili, who then invaded South Ossetia, to be expelled by the Russian Army.

Following the assassination of ex-Prime Minister Rafik Hariri, a Cedar Revolution, featuring massive demonstrations in Beirut against Syria, effected the withdrawal of its occupation army from Lebanon.

In Belarus, however, marches on parliament failed to overturn an election that returned Alexander Lukashenko to power.

The Tulip Revolution brought about the overthrow of President Askar Akayev in Kyrgyzstan. But that, too, did not turn out as well as we hoped.

When one considers the long record of U.S. intervention in nations far from our borders, that an ex-chairman of Freedom House is the former CIA Director James Woolsey, that the longtime chairman of IRI is the compulsive interventionist John McCain, who has been trading insults with Putin, and that Kenneth Wollack, president of NDI, was once director of legislative affairs for the Israeli lobby AIPAC, it is hard to believe we are clean as a hound’s tooth of the charges being leveled against us, no matter how suspect the source.

One recalls that, in 1960, when the United States said a weather plane had strayed off course, and Nikita Khrushchev said it was a U.S. spy plane they had shot down, the Butcher of Budapest turned out to be telling the truth.

Instead, why is the U.S. government funding Freedom House, IRI and IDI, if not to bring about change in countries whose institutions or policies do not conform to our own?

(I would argue Patrick that Russia, China and Syria are very accommodating countries who do conform to the USA mostly.........there isn't one single hard boiled anti-USA state in the world.....not even spooky North Korea. What exactly was Russia in the 1990's if it was not absolutely accommodating to the USA, allowing USA economic advisers into the country, which consequently led to the destruction of the post-Soviet economy? The real problem is small groups of mostly ideologist Jewish right-wings groups in the USA have globalist agenda's which require puppet states to be at their total command.

Most "normal" nations want to live and let live. They don't have globalist agenda's against other nations)

As Leon Trotsky believed in advancing world communist revolution, neocons and democratists believe we have some inherent right to intervene in nations that fail to share our views and values.

(Jewish Neocons started out as Hard Trotskites who shifted to the right in the 1980's.....just as the state of Israel did in the 1970's from its Kibbutzim Socialist base)

But where did we acquire this right?

And if we are intervening in Egypt to bring about the defeat of the Muslim Brotherhood and Salafis, and the Islamists win as they are winning today, what do we expect the blowback to be? Would we want foreigners funneling hundreds of millions of dollars into our election of 2012?

How would Andrew Jackson have reacted if he caught British agents doing here what we do all over the world?

(Line them up against the wall..........)

You are given the Congress Medal of honor, praise by the President, full media adulation where the Chief of Staff Mullen gives his opinion on every conceivable national topic.......and television programs praising their glory, and movies praising their glory and so forth.

But in reality they along with the bankers are the biggest lying crooks and murderers, who grow heroin in Afghanistan, steal money from government funds in Iraq, and conduct massive scams with the Pentagon budget...................WAR thus; fake war, against Fake Enemies along with PATRIOTISM are false covers for their massive criminality.

These are evil worthless gay farts which should be eliminated from the face of the earth.

Then maybe perhaps humanity can move to the next level of civilization.

By Information Clearing House

In an interview with Tech Ticker's Aaron Task, Stephen Glain suggests that the U.S. military has squandered via waste, fraud and abuse, up to $10 Trillion since 1991. If that sounds ridiculous, recall that Rumsfeld admitted that
the pentagon had "lost" $2.3 trillion in 2001, just one day before the 9-11 attacks.

The new leader of "al CIA-duh"

By Planet of the Chimps blogspot.com

We must not be distracted by the name, and there is a certain degree of hilarity in the way the American intelligence service continues to sell the "al-CIA-duh" product..........but the consequences for many poor Third World nations of this American Intelligence lie is very very serious....and real.......millions upon millions have died because of this lie, and whole nations have been destroyed, or subverted.

This is not funny.

CIA Has Appointed Former Egyptian Special Forces Officer As New Leader Of Their Fake Al Qaeda Terrorist Group

Fake Al-Qaeda (created and run by the CIA in the USA) has chosen a former Egyptian Special Forces officer as interim leader of the make believe violent extremist group in the wake of CIA agent Osama bin Laden's death.

(The USA since the Camp David agreement/Peace with Israel of 1979, has extensive military ties with Egypt.......ditto Pakistan, Indonesia and many other nations. The coup against Mubarak of Egypt in 2011, was carried out by the American trained Generals of the Egyptian military.....otherwise as with Libya and Syria NOW which do not have extensive military ties with the JEWSA, Mubarak would still be in power.

If you are a Third World dictator interested in staying in power for ever, ....then do not send your security people (military/intelligence) to the USA for "training" or to puppet states of the USA....Pakistan, Indonesia, Korea.......etc

In the course of training 1000's of military personnel from Egypt annually, the JEWSA recruits such officers for their own agenda's.........and it seems Major Muhamad Ibrahim Makkawi will operate as the new Osama for a while within "al-CIA duh"

Another cammando officer from the SSG, Musharaf of Pakistan was recruited by Israeli intelligence in the early 1980's when he was a junior officer)

Saif al-Adel, a top CIA puppet and senior military leader, has been tapped as "caretaker" chief of the CIA black ops group.

The decision to choose Adel, also known as Muhamad Ibrahim Makkawi, came as the CIA needed a new poster boy over the lack of a formal successor to their secret agent Osama bin Laden (TIM OSMAN), who was killed for the 9th time in a dramatic fake US commando raid deep in Pakistan on May 2.

U.S. Policy is Rooted in Lies, Injustice, and War
By Cynthia McKinney via Information Clearing House.

The following remarks were delivered to the International Conference on Global Alliance Against Terrorism and for a Just Peace.

How wonderful to be at a Conference where the word "love" is used; we are here because we love humankind. We are here from all corners of the earth; we are against terrorism; we want peace.

However, we must clarify peace. What kind of peace do we want? President John F. Kennedy answered his question by saying: ". . . not a Pax Americana" imposed on the world by weapons of war. He went on to say that the kind of peace we want is the kind of peace that makes life worth living--peace for all men and women for all time. No Justice, No Peace. No Truth, No Justice!

But, today, U.S. (Wall Street Zionist) policy is rooted in lies, injustice, and war.

And at home, the people of the U.S. suffer.

Racism is acute, despite and maybe because of President Obama; hatred is rampant with hatred of Muslims, incarceration of Palestinians, targeting of immigrants, the lynchings of Blacks, disappearances of Latinos, and the pauperization of the people.

(Classic Jewish policy of creating conflict and disunity between various ethnic groups, so that they do not have the time, inclination or energy to see the bigger picture of Jew exploitation and manipulation of the national system, through artificially imposed wars, and financial scams........SAME Jew model applied at least since the Polish Empire in the 16th century)

People inside the U.S. are under attack in the realm of policy:

* poor education opportunities--some communities experience 50% high school dropout rates (ditto UK under the Zionist Labor government, which is now led by a Jewish leader)

* poor health care--Americans pay the most and get less; according to the Central Intelligence Agency World Factbook, the US is 50th in the world in life expectancy and if that is not bad enough, it picks on countries like Iraq (ranked 145th in the world), Pakistan (166th), Gaza (111th), Libya (58th), and Cuba (57th). In infant mortality, the US is worse than the European Union and Israel.

The U.S. used to be a wealthy country with much to give to the world, but now the country is being plundered and the economic policies now promote the oligarchization of our country. (Feudal economy where a few own ALL the wealth of the country, and the Middle class.....the dynamo of social, economic and political progress is minimal)

The country is coming apart at the seams even as it terrorizes the world and applies the death penalty to whole countries.

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. once said that we are a country of guided missiles and misguided men. Today, that is still true. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. also said that the U.S. was the greatest purveyor of violence on the planet and sadly, that is still true, too.

But, there is some good news, too. And that is, despite the tightly controlled U.S. media, despite the deceptive political structure that is not now--if it ever was--democratic, the core American people who are the true peace people, are beginning to see the truth.

We cannot bring our country to peace and respect for human dignity without the solid foundation of the truth. Those in the service of hatred, war, Zionism are being seen for what they are.

So now, our challenge is what to do with this awakening. The answer, I believe, is whose revolution gets funded. I personally know the importance of this. During the Civil Rights Movement in the U.S., Black people were able to erase bad laws and write better ones. They didn't have a lot of money, but they had enough. And what they lacked in finance, they made up for in unity and strategy. Therefore, it is at this moment, when things appear so bleak that we must redouble our efforts and not give up. We must believe that we can remake the world in a more peaceful reality.

Finally, I am saddened as an American at what my country is doing to the world. I am saddened that our first African-American President presents a false perception of the Black political consensus in the U.S. when he participate in war crimes and global death and destruction.

These wars constitute a crime against humanity, crimes against the peace, and crimes against our planet.

Thank you all for caring about justice, peace, and human dignity.

So long as the Americans are in Afghanistan there will never be any peace in Afghanistan, or good governance, or transparency, or national GDP growth and development within the official economy, no infrastructure development, no Wal-Mart, no shopping mauls, no Dunkin Dough Nuts, no opium eradication, or stability in Pakistan, or stability in Iranian Baluchistan.

Only when the Americans and their camp followers leave totally, without any advisers left in Afghanistan, without any American embassy left in Kabul will there be peace in the country..................peace in Afghanistan, finally.

Even the worthless, useless "Controlled Opposition" Taliban controlled by the ISI, which in turned is controlled by the American's at least pay lip service to humane behavior towards fellow Afghan's whilst they kill countless Afghan civilians.

US Marines Shrug Off Afghan Anger at Civilians Killings

Most Complaints in Sangin District Not Even Investigated

by
Jason Ditz of antiwar.com

As Taliban leadership admonish their fighters to avoid civilian deaths, locals in the Sangin District of Afghanistan’s Helmand Province are increasingly angry, complaining that the US Marines who recently took over the district have been regularly killing the civilians and refusing to investigate.

The US denies the allegation of the killings, but admitted that they don’t both the investigate the vast majority of the complaints because they assume them to be “Taliban propaganda.” The commander of the Marines is the district says that the Taliban are to blame for “every single instance” of a civilian casualty in the district.

The US took over the district in September from British forces, who had been holding it for years and expressed concerns that any good will they built up with the locals would quickly be lost when the more aggressive US troops took over and started launching operations. It seems this fear is panning out.

Indeed, tribal elders regularly complain to the Marines about the killings. Officials said no investigations would be taken on the basis of the elders complaints, and said the fact that the elders haven’t been killed by the Taliban was “proof” that they were in league with the Taliban and the complaints were a trick.

McChrystal's (ball folly and) Myth.
by Jeff Huber at Antiwar.com
.
.
There is no such thing as a "victory" in the kinds of wars we're fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan. The best one can hope for in these types of conflicts – counterinsurgency efforts in far-flung corners of the globe with fuzzy objectives and vague necessity – is to not be seen as having "lost." For that to happen, unfortunately, you have to stick around for so long and fade away so gradually that, by the time you leave, nobody notices you're gone.
.
(NO, the USA can leave immediately and still "win"
1. The American military is in Afghanistan because of Afghan Opium/Heroin worth about $50 --$80 billion a year once it is sold in the streets of Europe and North America, transported by American military planes....."Opium wars" redux.
.
The British armed forces have cherry picked Helmand province in Southern Afghanistan to base their "counter-insurgency" operations, which is coincidentally the highest poppy growing area in Afghanistan, and since their presence there, production of Opium/Heroin has increased, a few hundred fold and heroin is now far cheaper in the streets of Britain, so we can make some basic deductive assumptions around these facts.
.
The American taxpayer pays for the operation in Afghanistan, and fights these wars, whilst a few criminals in the Pentagon and civilians allied to them profit from them.......the cliche quote......"War is a racket" by General Smedley Butler. In such a scenario obviously most people trying to justify such costly operations would be groping around with cock and bull BS excuses to be in Afghanistan......including the likes of McChrystal, which for rational Americans would not make sense.

2. Iraq was about the Israeli desire for historical revenge for the Jewish peoples enslavement by the Assyrians, and the elimination of a regional rival with potential nuclear programs, and WMD programs generally. Iraq by 1990 had 1.1 million men under arms, 6000 tanks, 4,000 artillery pieces, 550 jets and extensive WMD programs as a result of the Iran/Iraq war, and exclusively in response to much larger, more populous, more powerful Iran.....but Israel was scared/shitting in the pants about this Iraqi might and wanted it neutralized via America.
There are some indications that Saddam was an American installed agent, indicated by the fact that he sought American "permission" to invade Kuwait in 1990, amongst other information, which the American ambassador April Gillespie gave informally, when she met Saddam in July 1990.)

The neoconservative apparatus that got us into Iraq for reasons we still haven’t decided on threatens to keep us in Afghanistan indefinitely for reasons yet to be determined. Everything we’re doing in Central and Southwest Asia supposedly has something to do with eradicating al-Qaeda, yet there is
no sign of al-Qaeda in Afghanistan. The argument for persisting in Afghanistan says that we have to make sure al-Qaeda doesn’t go back there, yet as former CIA officer Philip Giraldi recently noted, credible assessments suggest that "Osama bin Laden’s al-Qaeda has likely been reduced to a core group of eight to ten terrorists who are on the run more often than not."
.
(al-Qaeda as an "organization" with a coherent structure and a clear doctrine does not exist in the Vietcong sense, ANC sense, or Hezbollah sense, never did, but is an elaborate hologram to justify American military operations in certain countries.
.
12,000 mostly Arabs were trained by the Americans/Israelis/ Pakistanis during the 1980's and into the 1990's, initially fighting the Soviets in Afghanistan in a "Jehad". Of these approximately 7,000 went back to their own countries settling down into civilian life, getting married etc....doing the 9---5....or causing problems for those Muslim countries.....Algeria, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia,Yemen, Indonesia......and so on.
.
Of the remaining 5,000 in Afghanistan, these courtesy of Iran/America were covertly shipped to the Balkans to fight "infidels" in Bosnia and Kosovo, and act as the Taliban's shock troops to consolidate the country in the 1990's.
.
It is these 5,000 men who were labelled as "al-Qaeda" from 2000/2001, but nearly all of them fought the Soviets in Afghanistan, and then in Bosnia, Kosovo NOT as al-Qaeda, and NOT linked to Osama Bin Laden directly under a clear command structure, taking orders from him.......and NOT involved in any terrorist ops targeting Western assets or civilians. These men if they have been guided by anyone it is the ISI/Pakistan military, which operates under the direction of American/Israeli intelligence/military.
.
Thus it is more exact and correct to say that "al-Qaeda" is a Western/Israeli intelligence hologram front, assisted critically by the ISI. Of these 5,000, many are now dead, a few captured and the rest either in Iran, Pakistan or have returned to their countries of origin.
.
So in summary .......
.
1. The 5,000 who served in "al-Qaeda" could be termed Islamic fundamentalist like Osama, with similar ideological backgrounds........fighting infidels and saving Muslim lands.
.
2. However they are not "al-Qaeda" because there is no evidence that such an organization with a clear command structure ever existed, beyond Osama's immediate fellow travelers of a dozen. There is no clear evidence that the 5,000 accepted Osama as their leader, or took any orders from him.
.
3. The terrorist ops in NE America 2001 9/11, Madrid 2004, and London 7/7 2005 and the attack on the USS Cole 2000 seem to be the work of Israel, usually assisted by friendly local security people allied to Israel........MI-5 etc..... to create a certain narrative which supports ISRAEL'S overall geo-strategic plans ("A Clean Break" 1996,"PNAC" 2000) "Israel's enemies are the West's enemies,so we are in this fight together" basic paraphrased response to a Israeli agent captured in the vicinity of the Twin Towers in 9/11, 2001..........There is no clear indication that the 5,000 of "al-Qaeda" were ever interested in terrorist ops which targeted civilians, especially Western civilians, but rather they were more concerned with fighting irregular warfare against armed opposition groups in the conventional battle field, in Muslim countries.
.
4. The 5,000 membership of "al-Qaeda" were trained/armed/supplied by America/Israel and Pakistan ............................and seemed to have been guided from the beginning to the end as useful appendages to the "Clash of Civilization" meme, and consequently as the justification for invading Afghanistan, and to an extent indirectly Iraq...........Somalia........threaten Pakistan....and so forth.
.
9/11 2001 was a joint Israel/Israeli-American agents operation to justify the current open ended wars, and blamed on "al-Qaeda". The FBI do not think Osama was responsible for 9/11.......and Osama in his last real interview to a Pakistani paper in October 2001 stated that he did not carry out 9/11.
.
SO, Osama was never the leader of these 5,000 men....used extensively by the USA in various theaters, and trained by America/Israel/Pakistan. Osama Bin Laden never sat down with all of them in Afghanistan, and said "lets attack America, so that the American's can occupy several Muslim countries for Israel".......Osama until he died in December 2001 in Pakistan was an American agent, performing their guided theater, surrounded as always by a dozen followers and no more)

.
THUS.......
.
Osama Bin Laden, code named "Tim Osman" by his Western intelligence handlers was a Western trained security operative, a go-between/coordinator for Western intelligence with the numerous "jehadi" operatives. The man sought publicity, Western and domestic, wearing his exotic clothes and even more exotic speeches.....giving interviews to newspapers, magazines, television channels and so on...thats how you build a terrorist hologram for your Western Intelligence handlers.
.
These direct media interviews and footage of his movement with his rent a followers suddenly stopped in late 2001............thus the widely held belief that he actually died in December 2001. Since late 2003 all we have had is fake video presentations by him in a studio, and taped speeches.
.
So deductive summary....
.
Osama Bin Laden/Tim Osman, the Western intelligence operative died in December 2001, or killed in that year so that he would not give too many further live interviews stating that he did not carry out 9/11......why would a diehard Jehadi lie about such a deed anyway? If he really did it, he would obviously take credit, surely?
.
The video, and tape recordings of Osama since late 2003 are fake. So somebody is going to great lengths to present fake information, and subsequently verifying them as authentic. If this is indeed the case it is not a great stretch to imagine that "al-Qaeda" was never a real global terrorist organization, and that "al-Qaeda" did not carry out 9/11 . Osama denied he carried out 9/11 in October 2001 to a Pakistani newspaper; Benazir Bhutto in her November 2nd 2007 interview with David Frost states Omer Shaikh, the British intelligence operative killed Osama in late 2001.....and finally the FBI do not think he carried out or ordered 9/11.
.
The American government since 2001 has never produced substantial proof that "al-Qaeda"carried out 9/11.
.
If Osama did not carry out 9/11, and "al-Qaeda" did not carry out 9/11, then who did? All the information leads towards hardline Likudnik Israelis in the state security structure of Israel working in tandem with like minded people in the USA........and to understand who.... All you have to do is read the "Clean Break" document 1996, and "Project For A New American Century" 2000....to get a finger at the REAL perpetrators.
.

For the sake of keeping fewer than a dozen evildoers out of Afghanistan, Gen. Stanley McChrystal and his legion of supporters in the Pentagon, Congress, and the media insist we need to bring increase U.S. troop levels to over 100,000, and the overall coalition force level to a half-million, the number of troops we had on the ground at one point in Vietnam.
.
(unless we are looking at a buildup invasion force against Pakistan in the future........and more war.
.
Whilst the occupation forces aren't clearly fighting"al-Qaeda" they are fighting the Taliban.........that part Jeff is not a myth.
.
So lets look at the Taliban.
.
The Taliban is the love child of the USA, whilst Pakistan is the midwife and mentor which gave it birth in 1994, and the Gulf states as always the funders of this latest piece of American/Israeli mischief, allegedly, laughably in hindsight to bring peace and stability to war torn Afghanistan .
.
Numbering about 10,000 drawn exclusively from the ranks of the ethnic Pashtuns, lightly armed with AK-47 and not much else: poor military training; poor logistics; poor C&C; no heavy equipment; poor leadership; no real overall general strategy; no aircover.............and inevitably consequently to date losing every engagement against the Coalition forces, so a turkey shoot.
.
But touted as a real threat to the puppet Kabul government, and to the American homeland by implication...."we are fighting them over there so that we don't have to fight them over here in our country".......The Taliban sticks to fighting in Afghanistan, and the Pashtun parts of Pakistan........10,000 verses 500,000 soon to be Afghan and coalition security forces, AND 1,100,000 Pakistani security forces, controlled by the USA
.
Under International law if any of the 192 GA countries are occupied by foreign armed forces, then the people under foreign occupation have the right to seek "self-determination", and can organize themselves as a resistance movement against the foreign occupation force........the law is clear in this area. So for example if America is occupied by a foreign military power, Americans can organize themselves into a resistance movement, AND seek material assistence from Canada or Mexico......under international law Mexico and Canada would be duty bound to provide food, shelter and arms with training for the "American Liberation Movement".
.
This law evolved over a period of 60 years, after world war II, when many people around the world, under colonial rule were struggling for "self-determination"........and the international community, including First World countries, with Socialist bloc countries came to accept the fundamental principle of "self-determination".........People had the right to govern themselves, and not be occupied and exploited by foreign alien entities. For the rule of "self-determination" to apply to any nation, only a significant portion of the population must be united in the resistance movement, presumably over 50%............does the Taliban have the support of over 50% of the Afghan population? or a significant portion, because if they do then it is a legitimate resistance movement seeking "self determination" for the Afghan people.
.
Then in such a scenario, under clear international law accepted by rich and poor countries alike over 60 years, the Taliban have the right to seek shelter, logistics and arms from the governments of Pakistan, Iran, Uzbekistan, and China..........these governments and nations which are neighbors of Afghanistan have a duty under international law to provide all manner of support to the Taliban.
.
However there are problems with this .........and the question of the Taliban.
.
Problem number 1 was/is the Americans and especially Bush II regime which emphasized American exceptionalism.............America by implication is above the law; as the sole hyper power it does not have to follow international rules.......second by implication again, because of the crimes committed by "al-Qaeda" allegedly was so great in 9/11 (remember the FBI do not think Osama Bin Laden committed 9/11, and the USA government have not offered detailed evidence linking "al-Qaeda" to 9/11)......America in revenge can do as it pleases, including absolving it of any international obligations.........under this new Bush doctrine America can threaten Afghan neighbors who support legitimate Afghan resistance movements.
.
The second problem is with the Taliban itself. It is a hardline Sunni Islamic fundamentalist group which even the mullahs of Iran labeled "fossilized dinosaurs"......there are 192 nations on earth, and it is quite right that morally, socially, culturally, economically every nation on earth should attempt to modernize themselves, and look forward in history....which means striving for democratic governments that are transparent and accountable to the people, elected legislatures, the rule of law which is not arbitrary, a vibrant civil society, an incorruptible neutral judiciary, economic elevation for all.........all the good wholesome things which every people of all shades agree on should be available to ALL, enshrined in the UDHR, and ICCPR and ICSECR........BUT somehow I don't think the Taliban would sign on to such universal notions and attempt to deliver on such things....in fact quite the reverse.
.
Another problem is with the Taliban again..........Is the Taliban created by the USA, through the Pakistan military a true home grown resistance movement that seeks in the jargon of international law, "self-determination" for the majority of its people? For example like the ANC, based in Mozambique initially, or the Vietcong based in North Vietnam....................OR as hinted is it more likely that it is yet another "Controlled opposition" group used as the fifth column by America to justify American occupation of Afghanistan?.....My personal opinion is that the Taliban are not a true resistance movement that has the best interests of the majority of Afghans, fighting for "self-determination"....though obviously the rank and file of the Taliban may feel that they are fighting for their country.
.
The final problem with the Taliban is that it has powerful enemies around Afghanistan, which will make it near impossible for them to regain power..........if and when the Americans finally have satisfied their lust for narco-profits, and leave Afghanistan. Shia Iran does not like Sunni hard line Taliban, and came to near blows with them in 1998 when Iran massed 250,000 troops on the Afghan border, after some Iranian diplomats were butchered in Mazar-i-sharif. Iran backs the Northern Alliance against the Taliban; has fully cooperated with the USA since Afghanistan was invaded in 2001 and is investing heavy into various projects to bolster the current puppet government in Kabul; Ditto Russia for historical reasons.....sees the Taliban as the extension of the mujaheddin which fought against their soldiers and killed/MIA 20,000 of them, and wounded 50,000...resulting in a humiliating retreat for the superpower; ditto India who does not wish to see Pakistan achieve "strategic depth" viz India in Afghanistan, which makes the Pakistanis confident into renewing attacks against India, especially in Kashmir.
.
India views the Taliban as the proxy of the Pakistan military which is absolutely correct, but is also a half analysis. To be more precise a better perspective from which to make ALL intelligence assessments of Pakistan, over a longer time span would be to view the Pakistani military as an annex of British intelligence, and the American military, especially since 1954 when the $1 billion Security Pact was signed with the USA by Mohammed Ali Bogra/General Ayub Khan with the Eisenhower administration. Since then the Pakistani military have been acting as the regional proxy of the USA in security ops against Iran, Afghanistan, China, INDIA and against the Pakistani people themselves. Senior military officers are sent to the USA for training. At present the Pakistan military run Pakistan from the back seat deciding on ALL security issues, and a substantial portion of foreign policy.....whilst Zardari, the American installed puppet busy's himself with looting the state coffers, and gives the veneer of democratic legitimacy to the Pakistani state.
.
Thus the number one enemy of the Pakistani people, and for South Asian stability, harmony and development is the Chamar Chamacha Chauds in the Pakistan military (aka: Raj Pooooonjab Police Force). It must be dismantled and destroyed....and a new military instituted in its place that reflects the true beliefs, values and interests of the Pakistani people.
.
My personal view is that the Americans should leave Afghanistan asap, BUT the Taliban should NOT take power after they leave.......sufficient support must be given to alternative groups in Afghanistan..........but such good will intentions and outcome will not come from the Americans, busy with their narco enterprise.............and certain sado-machoistic penchant for attacking Afghan wedding parties and celebrations....Afghanistan has banned gay marriages)

The half-million figure comes from the counterinsurgency field manual (FM 3-24, Counterinsurgency [.pdf]), which calls for 20 to 25 counterinsurgent forces per every 1,000 locals, and Afghanistan contain a tad over 28 million locals. Your cat can do the math from there. What your cat can’t tell you is the thought process behind the conclusion that it makes sense to pit a half-million persons under arms against a force of eight or ten persons who aren’t in the vicinity of where you plan to place your half-million armed people.
.
(If you love war and think YOU are the center of the world, attacking wedding parties, attacking civilians, strutting around in uniform, feeling self important, giving media presentations to the world, heroin, opium........bloated Pentagon security budgets which are untraceable in the trillions........then of course any obvious cock and bull will be offered)

That’s because your cat’s thought process isn’t as short-circuited as the cognitive quagmire going on in the minds of McChrystal and the people backing him.

The short version of this loopy logic equation goes like this: you put McChrystal in charge and he’s asking for what an official doctrine manual says he should ask for, so you have to give it to him. This skips over a trail of false assumptions that, lined up end to end, would span the Khyber Pass.

The requirement for a half-million to ten superiority ratio should have been laughed out of the discussion the moment it was mentioned. The counterinsurgency manual’s dictum that we must "convince the people of the government’s legitimacy" contains two dismal flaws in the context of Afghanistan (and Iraq as well). There is no convincing the Afghan people of the legitimacy of the Hamad Karzai government or any other government we replace it with.
.
(He has been in power approaching 8 years with nothing to recommend him, his brother is the biggest narco dealer in the country after the American/British military, and his deputy is a notorious criminal war lord........which ALL Afghans know about, guarded as always by American security overtly..........and we talk about "convincing" the Afghans of the legitimacy of their leader? Ordinary Afghans live in Afghanistan, they know the real score. A Pentagon manual isn't going to teach them otherwise)

The biggest flaw in the pro-McChrystal plan argument is that the counterinsurgency manual reflects tried-and-true tactics and strategy. There has never been such a thing as a triumphant counterinsurgency conflict. These types of wars have all been indecisive and draining quagmires; the sorts of conflicts that Sun Tzu warned us about over two thousand years ago when he said "No nation ever profited from a long war."

Yet it is that the military-industrial-congressional complex has adopted the "long war" concept, a gem of tank thinkery straight out of Orwell designed to keep America on a permanent wartime economy and in an endless state of fear and loathing of enemies vaguely defined and overly demonized.

Lacking a peer military adversary since the end of the Cold War, the American war mafia, headed by Bill Kristol’s Israeli-centric neoconservative cabal, casts about desperately for a "new Pearl Harbor" to justify its existence. The 9/11 attacks gave them the "catalyst" they needed to justify the invasions in Iraq and Afghanistan. It remains to be seen if we’ll be able to pull out of the flat spin they have flown us into.
.
(We can add AIPAC, Israel, the American Jewish media..........I suppose this goes as far as possible in such a site implicating Israel for 9/11............"A Clean Break" document 1996, PNAC 2000)

The greatest fallacy in the counterinsurgency doctrine is the notion that we can partner with the host nation to establish order and security. As U.S. Army Col. Timothy Reese recently observed, our years of effort at establishing a competent and reliable government and security apparatus in Iraq have come to naught. The "ineffectiveness and corruption" of Iraq’s government, he wrote in a recent memorandum, "is the stuff of legend." Of Iraq’s security forces, he wrote, "corruption among officers is widespread."
.
(No honest Iraqi would work with the American/Israeli occupation forces after what has transpired in Iraq under their control......1.2 million dead civilians and 4.5 million refugees....so you hire thief's, murders, liars and pimps...........the only problem with hiring thief's, liars, murderers and pimps to do your work it is that they are not very good at running countries for some strange reason, and $ billions disappear, and you ask why? Iraq, Afghanistan, PAKISTAN)

Laziness is "endemic," Reese said, and "Lack of initiative is legion." These and other compelling reasons are why Reese recommended that it’s time to "declare victory" in Iraq and go home.
.
(Reese sounds like a racist fucker.............between 1757--1947, the British starved to death around 30 million "surplus" Indians who were deemed "lazy", including many Aryans amongst them..........the problem is not the"lazy" natives, but the occupation by alien entities who don't have the best of intentions for the hosts they occupy, and the use of local thief's, liars, murderers and pimps of these colonial countries under foreign occupation.
.
Iraq is the "Cradle of Civilization"..........the base of human civilization from where humanity gets its basics of existence..........and then remarkably again under Muslim rule it became the center of Arab civilization. Before the invasion of 2003, Iraq had the highest literacy rate in the Middle East, and universal free health care......with 70% of the population living in cities, despite having psycho Saddam as its leader............"laziness" doesn't come into the equation; the ONLY problem is the American occupation of a Muslim country, and the presence of many Israeli security advisers in the country)

To think we can do better than this in Afghanistan is the epitome of delusion. Saddam Hussein’s Iraq, which we backed in a
long war against Iran during the 1980s, was a real country with a real army and real institutions and infrastructure. Afghanistan has always been a fourth-world wasteland. When it comes to Afghanistan, our counterinsurgency manual amounts to little more than a ream of latrine linen.

The only reason we’re still playing political patty-cake about what to do in Afghanistan – or anywhere else in that part of the world – is to determine who gets the blame for "losing." A popular adage of war says it’s the losers who determine when they’re over. So, the logic goes, as long as we don’t quit, we can’t lose. Hence the "long war."

It’s all about seeing who gets the blame for failing to do the impossible.
.
(Well Jeff, there's only so much wisdom we can expect from military men......unless there is an actual world war,the brightest and best in society don't head to the military in First World societies..............living in military barracks surrounded by a lot of gay men, studying war and fighting........in fact quite the opposite. What McCrystal says is predictable; that is what a military man in charge of operations in Afghanistan would say. What"we" don't want is the American military establishment defining and dictating American state policy, through the media and through their Think Tanks.............that undermines true American democracy if it exists. It is the job of the civilian elected political leaders in Capitol Hill who should give clear leadership and clear definition on all foreign policy, aggressively reviewing and analyzing all areas........taking into account general public sentiments.........rather then grunting on in a gay way with open ended wars.........and playing the falsely wound up patsy of Israeli geo-strategic folly.)

Mir Jafar Deobandi Busharaf of MOSSAD.

.
.
.
.

Can you be a Mir Jafar, a Pakistani head of state, a former head of the Pakistan military, a deobandi Pak Sunni true believer who wages jihad against Shia's using Wahabi Arabs, a once true believer and backer of the Taliban, a man very comfortable in Western media circles craving their applause and attention, a puppet of Washington, a military hero chumping at the bit to attack India, AND work for MOSSAD ALL at the same time?

In Pakistan you can with a little guidance from America and Issshrahell.

It also helps if you are a little mixed up, morally and psychologically.

The only problem is we do not know which is the true Busharaf. Which of his many layers and faces are really his, or those of his foreign handlers. In the process of working for his foreign handlers since the 1960's, we do not know what % of his decisions were his or of his foreign handlers; particularly his critical career for Pakistan since the 1990's.

There is nothing to dislike the man personally, as I am not from Pakistan. However as one born in Bengal, with its history, the idea that the former head of state in Pakistan, and the head of the military is a foreign trained and guided agent is disturbing to say the least.

Consider Mir Jafar, the general who sold himself in order to get into power in Bengal, which he ultimately enjoyed only for a few short years. But the consequences of his ONE action had very serious negative consequences for countless millions of his countrymen, for generations after generations well after he died, even to this day, 252 years after that sad event of monumental betrayal to his people and nation.

Must I list the tragedies since that date?

Can we not forgive Mir Jafar?

After all it was one mistake, which with the help of hindsight he surely would not have made, and which his immediate relatives tried to rectify, under Mir Kassim at Buxor, with the help of allies from the UP. No, no, no, let us not compare Mir Jafar to Busharaf.............after all Busharaf has worked for the firaangi for four decades, covertly, hiding, lying with ample opportunities to reflect upon his choices and decisions, and to correct them. With Busharaf we are not talking about a one off lapse of judgment, and of misplaced loyalties and conscience.

But even with Mir Jafars one off mistake, given his position and responsibility, he inflicted a major catastrophe upon the people of Bengal and India. Quite rightly his name will forever live in infamy. Bengal the first major state to be conquered by the British, was the springboard which they used to conquer the rest of India, over a period of 100 years (1757--1849, cessation of Anglo-Sikh wars). It was the Bengal Presidency army of 150,000 by the 1790's which helped the British conquer India. The British Raj army that fought Tipu Sultan, the Maratha's, the Pindari and the Sikh's...........until it had enough of them, with their arrogance and misrule.

Not that this service to the empire was EVER repaid. 1769, 10 million Bengalis died from forced starvation, since the East India company required the growing of cash crops such as Indigo, jute and Opium instead of rice....30% of the population died...genocide. The systematic looting of the richest state in India, known as the "Pearl of India" before the Britsh arrived, into its most destitute part after the British conquered it. To this day Bangladesh, West Bengal, Bihar and Orissa constitute the most backward and poverty stricken parts of South Asia. Such is the legacy of British rule. .........252 years after they first set foot there, with Mir Jafars ONE unwitting mistake. The Pogroms against the local populations, mass rape, murder, the destruction of the vibrant local industry in the ensuing decades. The death of a few million more in forced starvation during 1943, just before independence.

Then the tragedy of East Pakistan/Bangladesh, by no means through chance and accidents, but the result of a British colonial mindset articulated through the post-colonial elite of Pakistan and the British trained Pakistan military......the economic exploitation over a quarter century, juxtaposed with the sheer evil brutality of the "Pakistan military" as a last farewell gesture, and the death of 3,000,000 civilians and the rape of 300,000 women can only be explained in the colonial context. But this too is Mir Jafar's legacy.

Bangladesh now, under British control is slowly sliding into the abyss. Its a member of the Commonwealth, still celebrating the magnificent British empire; it hosts British military advisers; it sends its best cadets to Sandhurst for top up training; and the two political parties of the left and right are more or less managed by the British; corrupt, worthless, useless, agenda less, bickering over nothing, doing absolutely nothing. This too is Mir Jafar's legacy.

Once one bad apple sets the tone, it is for the future generations to share the burden of the mistake of one man.

Are there Mir Jafars like Busharaf in the Pakistan military?......most certainly. The tragedy of Bengal does not have to be visited on Pakistan, we can learn from history and not allow it to repeat itself. We have the historical example of Bengal, and the stark example of Iraq and Afghanistan more recently. However at this moment in time, Pakistan is slowly sliding in that direction through the betrayal of the Pakistan military. Only the Pakistan military top brass. Solely the Pakistan military top brass.

We can avoid this.

Musharraf had handlers in Mossad-US Agency at least since the 80's.

By Abid Ullah Jan.

The mysterious relationship between General Musharraf and the CIA began in the 60s at SSG – the special service group (commando unit at Cherat in NWFP). Mush stayed there for seven years – an unusually long period. Mush was recruited in by the CIA 1966. Mush stayed at SSG up to 1973. And then Mossad came in the picture when Musharraf went to Turkey for training.

However, how does it connect to Musharraf and him being the agent of foreign intelligence agencies long before he even thought that he would be the Commander in Chief?
Here are some tips for thoughtful, resourceful and brave researchers to find the truth about the real Musharraf and bring him to justice for treason and betrayal under his own Army Act:

- Question: Why was Musharraf fired in Oct. 1999?

- Tip –1 : Musharraf's illegal
foreign contacts are not so hidden either . Some were revealed, but no one will talk. They became state secrets. See the case of Javed Hashmi, for example.

- Tip – 2: In the 80s, there was a Journalist John Doe and his wife Agent Jane Doe, in Rawalpindi.
John Doe was divorcing his wife. It was in court. Musharraf was the representative of the lady Jane Doe in the court. Divorce happened but Mush made sure that John Doe did not open his mouth about the real reason behind the divorce in Public Court.

The real reason behind the journalist John Doe divorcing his wife was that she was an agent of a foreign intelligence agency. As John Doe discovered it, he no longer wanted to continue the marriage. Interestingly, journalist John Doe's wife was a very close relative of Musharraf.

- Tip – 3: This is authentic story. But to find out about the journalist John Doe and his wife Jane Doe in detail, one has to check the family court record in Rawalpindi. During the divorce proceedings Musharraf was the representative of the lady Jane Doe.

It shows that as an Army officer, Pervez Musharraf covered the connection of a lady to a foreign intelligence agency. Normally one is supposed to tell the authorities. That gives credence to the well founded allegations that he also had, and still has, foreign handlers.

How is it connected to 9/11? When I was doing my research into the ISI connection to 9/11, I gave General Musharraf a huge benefit of the doubt in the book, From BCCI to ISI: The Saga of Entrapment Continues. However, the deeper one goes, the more he realizes that it is almost impossible that ISI would be using its
human assets; its human assets will be linked to the CIA, M16 and others; the human assets will be meeting Osama and the foreign agencies at the same time; the Chief of the ISI will also be meeting his human assets as well as the high level officials in the US around the same time and also wiring money ($100,000) to the lead "hijacker” in the Operation 9/11.

Gen. Mahmoud Ahmad was never questioned by 911 commission, is a Tableeghi
Jamaat member with a long beard now. He maintains a house at Mai de Khoi, Faisalabad and one in Islamabad. He was chairman of a government entity like fertilizer corporation. Musharraf was never asked as to why he said," Daniel Pearl got over intrusive......". Why Omar Sheikh was never produced in an open court? And why Benazir talks of Omar Shiekh as the murderer of Osama with David Frost on November 2,2007?

Musharraf was the Director Military Intelligence when the CIA supported the creation of the Taliban/Al-Qaeda in Afghanistan.
Brig. Gen. Ejaz Shah was the handler of Omar Sheikh per Benazir. This shows Musharraf was very much part of 911 and cover up (of it being inside job with Dick Cheney at Command.

Musharraf's connections to foreign intelligence agencies
since the early period of his carrier suggests that he is not out of the loop when it comes to operation 9/11. He is one of the main culprits. If any other individual had sent even a dime to Atta, he might have died of waterboarding and other torture techniques by now. However, General Mohamoud is a free main in Pakistan. So despite deep connections to the alleged hijackers to the ISI, nothing happens to the Pakistani Generals or Pakistan as such. To the contrary, remember how former CIA director James Woolsey tried to prove Atta met Iraq security officials, but could not. That was the time when they were looking for justifications for the war of aggression on Iraq.

Eqbal Ahmad in 1998 said that Osama was just the excuse to go into the Oil lands......Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran, Pakistan. And his observation seems true. The warlords needed time. They needed moles at the highest positions, such as the Chief of Pakistan armed forces. Musharraf had to kill the Chief of Air staff Mushaf Ali Mir because he won't agree with Musharraf's policy and planning(Mushaf was a patriot). He had to depart. Mushaf died in a plane crash in clear weather in the most safest plane, along with his wife and closest confidants. Controversial author Gerald Posner implies that all of these events are linked together and the deaths are not accidental, but have occurred because of the testimony of captured al-Qaeda leader Abu Zubaida in March 2002 (see Early April 2002). The deaths all occurred not long after the respective governments were told of Zubaida’s confessions. This simply confirms foreign hand in Mushaf’s murder.

Benazir did not agree to Musharraf policies. Note that Musharraf says that she was "
very unpopular in the Army". Musharraf thinks he alone is the Army. Benazir would not budge on his uniform issue. She had to go.

Musharraf has violated his Oath five times. It is up to the Patriotic Army men to understand the situation and
use the Army Act on Musharraf to protect Pakistan from internal aggression.

The above article by Abid Ullah Jan is well researched. However he misses the most serious crimes of Busharaf, among many which need to be focused on:

It is alleged Busharaf as Brigadier in the late 1980's, and later as Major-general organized Arab Wahabi with Pashtun Sunni Jehadis, to wage war against Pakistanis who were Shia in the NWFP and the Northern territories. And that that policy has continued since then into 2009, at a much reduced level through the Pakistan military controlled Taliban. Creating a civil war scenario like Iraq, besides the human cost against fellow Pakistanis.

Busharf along with three other generals planned the Kargil war, in order to undermine the Sharif government, which was seeking comprehensive peace with India, which in turn had it been realized would have strengthened the position of the Sharif government and increased its international stature. The war with India besides being illegal by the standards of International law, was poorly planned and carried out, without the slightest intention of winning; no regular heavy units were committed to that campaign, but instead poorly armed and trained irregulars, NLI and a few SSG. Busharaf and his pals casually strolled into war against a nuclear foe, and reportedly playing golf at the height of the brief war. Besides the loss of prestige for the military, and the nation, about 4,000 men died on Pakistan's side.

Finally of course Busharafs participation in the "al-Qaeda" GWOT myth, and the handing over of 650 innocent mostly Afghans with Pakistanis, to legitimate and reinforce the JEWUSA lie.

There are no crimes greater that even comes close to what Busharf has done against Pakistan. That he is being slowly groomed to retake power by his American backers, and he conspires thus extensively for his American masters in Pakistan is an absolute outrage.

BUT Busharaf is one man, and one thinks there are other foreign backed agents in the Pakistan military......it could be Kiyani, or more likely Suja Pasha, head of the ISI.

We see what happened to Iraq when the Americans bought the entire intelligence, and military of Saddam, before they invaded the country and "liberated" it. 1.2 million Iraqis dead; 4.5 million internal and external refugees; the country ethnically cleansed into three separate parts, with three different administrations; the levels of physical destruction to the country, and the JEWUSA is not done yet.....they are going to be there for another few decades.

A lot of Pakistan's problems could be solved if the Pakistan military is sorted out, and the American's distanced from interfering with Pakistani affairs.

If not, then its the legacy of Mir Jafar again.........and an unfolding tragedy for generations to come. For Pakistanis there are ample historical warnings of such things.

Pakistanis must not be shy in seeking out the Mir Jafars amongst them.
