Joe Biden's dementia, cognitive decline and national security threat

But can't he be a Bush II with a Dick Cheney by his side?

Bush II was a relatively young man without Dementia when he became the 43rd President at 54, without cognitive decline....and knew what his acting role was which involved deferring to the real President, Cheney. He suffered from alcohol abuse and was admitted to rehab, and a playboy who suffered severe psychological WEAKNESS trying to exist in the shadow of his much greater figure of a father.

These are not the worst atrributes of a would be President, though it is very GLOBALIST and deceptive and unconstitutional to have figure head Presidents and the real power behind the throne in the shadows working uncontrolled in the background.
