. It was the former German minister Andreas von Bülow, a thorough impartial expert on intelligence who stated that the BND primarily works for USA intelligence (as an annex) and that American intelligence is in turn an annex of Israeli intelligence.
From Wikipedia:
'In the late eighties and early nineties, he served on the parliamentary
committee on intelligence services ("Parlamentarischer
Kontrollausschuss").[1]
This committee supervises German intelligence agencies and has access
to classified information. In the early nineties, Bülow also served as
SPD ranking member of the Schalck-Golodkowski
investigation committee, a task that first led him to inquire into
white collar crime in connection with Eastern intelligence services, and
later also into what he labels "criminal activities" of Western
intelligence services.[2] His first major publication dealing with this realm, In the Name of the State (German: Im Namen des Staates)'
As an expert in this area, I can verify that this is true. The German taxpayer funds the BND so that it can exist and function for the USA, strategically. This master servant relationship is the result of the USA conquest and occupation of Germany in 1945, and the recruitment of former Nazi SS/Gestapo officers being co-opted by the OSS (Forerunner of the CIA) into the Gahlen network, initially operating as a controlling mechanism for the USA in West Germany, and as an effective spearhead against the Communist Eastern bloc countries.
In the post Cold war environment, with the collapse of the Soviet Union, and the unification of Germany, such an organization may not be what Germany really needs.
The BND cannot be reformed or managed, it should ideally be disbanded.

Germany to tighten surveillance activities of its spy agency
By Presstv.com
Entrance to the headquarters of Germany’s spy agency, Bundesnachrichtendienst (BND), in Pullach, Germany
The German cabinet has
approved new measures that would tighten controls over the surveillance
activities of the country’s intelligence service. . The
move comes a year after the spy agency came under fire for its
cooperation with the US National Security Agency (NSA) to carry out
espionage on high-ranking European officials. . The cabinet agreed
upon the 60-page proposal to carry out the long-delayed reform in
Germany's foreign intelligence agency, Bundesnachrichtendienst, commonly
known by its acronym BND, the news agency DPA said. . The reform package still needs to be finalized by the parliament. . The new measures would prevent the BND from conducting espionage on countries in the EU except in certain cases, like suspicion of a terrorist activity aimed at the Germany's security. . Moreover, the measures would ban the BND from engaging in economic spying. .(The biggest activity of Western Intelligence) . The reform draft also calls for establishing a
new independent oversight panel, composed of judges from Germany's
highest court and chief federal prosecutor's office, to approve and
monitor strategic foreign espionage activities. . On April 30, 2015,
a report surfaced that the BND had helped the NSA carry out “political
espionage” on high-ranking French officials and the European Commission. . The
revelations sparked a heated debate in Germany about the role of the
intelligence agency and the damage that the scandal can cause for the
country’s relations with other European nations. . Almost a week
after the publication of the report, the national daily Süddeutsche
Zeitung and other German media said the BND stopped sharing internet
surveillance data with the American agency after it failed to provide
the required explanation. . But it was not the only scandalous
report about the BND. Results of an investigation released in October
showed that the NSA had handed lists of European government offices as
targets for espionage to the BND, demanding the results be sent to
Washington. . The report concluded that the BND had snubbed many demands of the NSA but still maintained cooperation with the service.
Aerial
view taken on May 8, 2015 shows radar domes on the grounds of the
German intelligence service BND's post in Bad Aibling, southern Germany.
(AFP)In late April, Berlin abruptly replaced
its spy chief Gerhard Schindler with Bruno Kahl. Schindler, 63, who had
led the BND since 2012, took an early retirement from July 1.
SACKED!
. The
change in the BND leadership also represented the “organizational and
legal consequences” of work of a committee investigating the BND’s
connections to the NSA. . Reports said the change at the top of the
BND was also related to the agency’s new plans for reforms while the new
chief could better monitor a complex move of the BND headquarters from
the western city of Pullach to Berlin.

. The small essay by the Russian writer below is exceptionally perceptive, and what he so accurately perceives, I have lived and experienced as an Asian in Asia. It is very critical, and in my cowardly state I would have preferred to have 'bent the rules' and in the best traditions of Asia assimilate into conformity in order to make a (i) meaningful long term connection with this important country (ii) Get across my ideas without being so obviously in your face provocative to my potential future audience and friends.
Of course we all have our own rules, morality, luxury of action, limitations and priorities.
Japan for Asia has been good, generally. The country has invested its vast technical resources towards modernizing many Asian countries. It has done so for trade purposes ofcourse, however one thinks that many Tiger economies in Asia owe a good deal of their success to Japanese investment. The second point is that, one must automatically admire a nation which was completely destroyed by war, occupied by an aggressive racist Western power, and yet without the benefit of any natural resources rises Phoenix like to be a top global economy. Very naturally many Asian nations see Japan has a mentor role model for their state. Then there is the unique Japanese society with its high levels of social harmony. Crime in Japan is zero....yes, almost very low. The great wealth of the country is distributed more or less evenly. A senior director of a company may be found in certain circumstances in the same area as his workers, and managers. The Japanese Mafia is registered with the police...and everybody knows who they are, BUT, since everybody knows who the Yakuza are, such people will never hold public office. This is not the case in Russia, The UK and in the USA where mafia linked figures with mafia deeds in their policies are often elected to public office time and again, whilst the STATE does its best to cover their tracks and defend them.
Yes Japan is occupied by the USA, who fixed Japanese elections and controlled its security, but despite all this Japan since 1945 generally does not do evil things abroad by itself or under the umbrella of the USA empire. Yes the Japanese military are legally bound and under under contract with the USA, BUT you will still not see Japanese troops in Iraq, or Afghanistan busy standing around, pretending nothing is wrong whilst the USA rapes and destroys such countries. In the scheme of things, for the sake of regional harmony and for the sake of Asian stability one obviously hopes that Japan's position visa vi China recently is mere faggot posturing to please the existential master in Washington and nothing else.

What
Japanese Media Doesn’t Want You To Say! Japan is Part of the Neo-Colonialist Clique
By Andre Vltchek at Information Clearing House. If someone
would bother watching the 9-hours long masterpiece
of Masaki Kobayashi “The Human Condition”, he or she
would have no illusions left about the Japanese
position in the world. . China,
Korea and other Asian nations were occupied and
plundered, people massacred, tortured, experimented
on, and raped. . The only
thing “in defense” of Japan that could be said is
that, unlike its Western allies, it experienced
colonialist amok for a relatively short time,
compared to the centuries and millennia-long
barbarism and horror with which Europe has been
brutalizing the entire Planet. . Japan was
always impressed by Germany. It was inspired by
Western medicine, arts and technology. Japan’s
“elites” have also been deeply influenced by German
perceptions of superiority and exceptionalism. . While
Germany was committing its first holocausts, those
in its colonies of Southwest Africa, Japan was
closely watching. In what is now Namibia, the German
army exterminated close to 90% percent of the Herero
tribes’ people, as well as other minorities. . German
doctors openly experimented on the local people.
Many were decapitated and their heads shipped to the
University of Freiburg and to several Berlin
hospitals, to prove that African people were
inferior. The same doctors later taught Dr. Mengele
and other butchers who were conducting experiments
on Jews, Roma and other “inferior races” during
World War II. . Japan,
impressed by Germans more and more, was making its
own plans for Asia. Some time later it began
performing medical experiments on the Chinese
people. . It goes
without saying, although it is hardly ever
pronounced in the West or in Japan itself, that
Japanese imperialist slaughters in Asia were
directly influenced and inspired by Western
colonialism and racism. . Japan is a
good student. . It loves everything that comes from
abroad; or more precisely, from the West. In many
ways, it became almost identical to its master. So
much so that during the Apartheid era in South
Africa and its colonies, the Japanese people were
“elevated” to the status of “honorary whites”. . They
were the only non-white people who were allowed to
attend functions exclusively reserved for the white
minority. They were welcomed to live in housing
reserved for the rulers. They were finally
“accepted”. . Japan
fought the war alongside its fascist allies. It
committed crimes against humanity and after it lost,
it immediately succumbed to the victors who were,
like Germans, mainly white and of European descent. . Instead of
Germans and Italians, it now looked up to the Brits,
French, Australians, but above all North Americans. . Japan’s
fascist industrial complex and the governance system
were almost fully preserved by the victorious
powers. The worst war criminals were allowed to once
again manage the system. The Tokyo Trials were just
a farce. . Whatever
Japan does, it does well and with legendary
precision. Its collaboration with the West during
the Korean War was complete, and the grateful
colonizers rewarded it. Unlike most of the other
colonies, plundered and humiliated, Japan was
elevated, allowed to become rich. . Ecstatic,
the country began building its capitalist industrial
might. There was absolutely no doubt where it had
been standing. It joined Western imperialism, first
as a junior partner, and later as an equal member of
the club; it has been doing all it can to be more
Western and more capitalist than its handlers, and
ideologically, more dogmatic and fundamentalist. . Japan used
to frustrate the progressive Indonesian, President
Ahmed Sukarno, and the most influential Prime
Minister of Malaysia, Mahathir bin Mohamad (who held
the post between 1981 and 2003) who often begged
Japan to “return to Asia”. . Japan did
not want to return anywhere. It has been cozy with
what it perceived as its membership of the “elite
club”. Just as it learned from the Europeans, it put
its self-interests well above morality, solidarity
and humanism. . Political
pirouettes, Machiavellian manipulation of
information related to its past and present, became
almost identical to the information control and
propaganda practiced in the West. . Economic
terrorism suddenly had no boundaries. Just to
illustrate, the Japanese car industry is directly
corrupting the governments of Indonesia, demanding
that no public transportation is built in the fourth
most populous nation on Earth. As a result, hundreds
of millions of people are being paralyzed by traffic
jams, and dying from pollution-related illnesses.
The infrastructure on Java Island has almost totally
collapsed. But as long as people there are forced to
buy Japanese cars and scooters, Japan does not even
blink. . Japan has
also turned itself into an “indoctrination post” for
the young and ambitious students from all corners of
Asia. Countless Japanese universities have been
offering “scholarships”, effectively brainwashing
and “neutralizing” talented men and women from poor
and potentially rebellious nations. Most of them are
taught “communications”, “education” and
“development”; or basically, how to say nothing and
how not to rebel about anything. They are being
patiently instructed on how not to stand up against
the Empire and savage capitalism, or more precisely,
how to behave exactly how Japan does. “Join the
elites, enjoy a good life and keep philosophy and
morals out of this!” . Japan is
hosting some of the deadliest military bases on
earth – those on Okinawa Island. . During my
filming there, for the South American television
network TeleSUR, I saw, first hand, Japanese
imperialism at work: the great Okinawan culture had
been restrained, social benefits provided in
exchange for obedience, and all ethical and
internationalist messages related to the bases were
muted. . But
Okinawans know, and many are horrified by what is
going on, but unable to change anything. . This is
where World War III may start! This is where the
West is provoking both China (actually an old
historical ally of Okinawa) and North Korea (now
Okinawa’s fellow victim) from. . Years ago,
I was told by a Chinese diplomat: “If the West
attacks us, we will not, most likely, retaliate
against Washington or London. We will retaliate
against Japan, because its territory is where the
attack would come from”. Most likely but
paradoxically, the retaliation would be against the
islands of Okinawa that is actually “hosting” the
bases. . Many
Okinawans understand the danger and, of course, they
are totally against the war. But Tokyo ignores their
demands to close down the bases. The current
administration is becoming increasingly bellicose,
anti-Chinese, anti-DPRK and embarrassingly
pro-Western. . The Prime
Minister likes to pose as a Japanese patriot. But
Shinzō Abe is actually a collaborator, not a
patriot. And it is not because he is a
“right-winger” (Mishima, no matter how controversial
his legacy is, was also a right-winger, but without
any doubt a true Japanese patriot). He does not
serve the interests of Japan, but those of the West,
of the Empire that defeated, bombed to the ground,
and occupied Japan some 70 years ago; the Empire
responsible for tens of millions of lost lives, all
over Asia. . The recent
changes in the law allowing the deployment of
Japanese troops from the “Self Defense Force”
abroad, is nothing new. Japan has already been
paying for several wars, producing military
technology for the Empire, provoking its neighbors;
it has been doing it for many years and decades. . Just as
during WWII, Japan is now once again a greatly
trusted and respected member of the Fascist
alliance. It is arming itself to the teeth, and it
is even considering changing its peaceful
constitution. The players have changed, but the
essence remains the same. It just feels like Japan
is harboring strong and spontaneous dispositions to
always be part of Western imperialist pacts. . Of course,
all is done in the name of self-defense, and with
some lofty slogans like “freedom”, “democracy” and
“peace” being tossed around. Impulses behind the
deeds are much more sinister: racism towards all
fellow Asian nations, aggressive ‘exceptionalism’
(learned and adopted from Europe and North America),
as well as submissive servitude towards the West.

. . . . The CIA created the EU to operate as an unified, regimented bulwark against Communism and Warsaw Pact countries, which would ultimately act through the shadowy direction and guidance of Washington. The Marshal Plan was a forerunner concrete foundation for that project. Shadowy being the Nazi NWO Bilderberg Group, The Trilateral Commission, NATO and the CFR. Supra national regional economic unions can be good for some countries, but not so good for others. It rather depends on: 1. The situation of the individual member country. Its main aims, strategic objectives and needs. 2. The ultimate/ulterior intentions of the main parties to the union.
Quite obviously if the CIA is setting up a supra-national organization there can be very little valid reasons for having it in the first place....other than it acting as a vehicle for CIA/Washington interests. The economic system imposed by Nazi Germany on occupied countries only lasted as long as the Nazi occupation. It ONLY benefited Nazi Germany by looting the coffers and resources of the occupied countries, though there was a dearth of speeches and proclamations stating that Nazi Germany was fighting Communism for the sake of European civilization. The same with the Japanese east Asian co-prosperity sphere....(大東亞共榮圏Dai-tō-a Kyōeiken) was an imperialist propaganda concept created and promulgated for occupied Asian populations during the first third of the Shōwa era by the government and military of the Empire of Japan.(1931--1945) Only lasted until Japan was defeated. The Japanese killed 20 million Asians while they were proudly proclaiming the benefits of this new economic/military block without a hint of irony or guilt. Comecon (1949--1991) was set up for the same insincere reasons, under Soviet hegemony. Nobody liked it, and it was not economically viable.....it was alleged that the Soviet Union was losing at least $100 billion a year providing subsidized goods to its Comecon partners. AND so on............
Thus the Eurasian Integration System through the SCO and Silk Road initiatives are ONLY good, if the intentions of the main actors China and Russia are sincere, pure and impartial. In such a union most countries are in the developing block, and through shared initiatives all countries in the block can mutually benefit in the realms of infrastructure, industry, trade and general economic development. ........there is a huge room for development in this region. Members states can re-orientate their trade with each other up to 50% at least for the bigger players, and thus reduce the $ dependency and vulnerability in the future.
More significantly ALL present and future SCO countries face external threats from the direction of Washington and its proxies, whether through manufactured Islamic Terrorism, Colour coded or umbrella revolutions or Conventional military threats by the USA. It thus patently makes sense for such countries to 'come together' under one unified SECURITY and MILITARY COMMAND to deal with the common threat from Washington and its initiatives to implement PNAC 2000 and Full Spectrum Dominance Doctrine around the world.
The UK for these very reasons does not need to be in the EU.
Sir Edward Richard George Heath, KG, MBE who was a serial paedophile, warned several times by the MPC for his activities, and also killed children as a side hobby on his yacht, is the PM who took the UK illegally into the EU in 1973. The UK, is already very rich after plundering the world...with an economy of about $2.5 trillion, and a thoroughly modern post-Industrial sophisticated economy. It does not need the help of Germany or the USA to build up its infrastructure, industry, trade and economy. Its at the top already. The UK is SECURITY wise extremely modern and professional. It is capable of dealing with external threats itself, as a major middle ranking nuclear power that has a tendency to put itself out and about rather too much all over the world.....and is a measure of its security confidence (More than Russia, China or India combined!). It also has NATO as an additional security guarantor, and special relationship with the USA. To attack and destabilize the UK, by say Russia hypothetically would thus be very difficult.
ISIS is CIA and thus constitutes a zero threat to the UK in any real sense...indeed the British police and Security services HR for ISIS from the British prisons, and the back street tragic illiterate poor naive young ghetto gangs of the big cities of the UK such as London, Manchester, Sheffield, Leeds and Birmingham. 1000's of em.
Japan is not in the EU, but it is doing fantastically well as an Island nation.
China is not in the EU, but it is doing fantastically well.
Singapore is not in the EU, but it is doing fantastically well as an Island nation.
Australia is not in the EU, but it is doing fantastically well as an Island nation.
Switzerland is not in the EU, but it is doing fantastically well as an Island inside the EU.
Cameron Resignation Seen Likely, Despite Calls From Allies to Remain
.
by Jason Ditz, at antiwar.com .
.
After hours of counting in a razor-tight race, the results of
the British referendum are in, and the kingdom will be leaving the
European Union. Final numbers are still coming in, but British outlets have called the race
in favor of the “Brexit” movement, with the margin expected to be
around one million votes. The race was called around 12:00 PM midnight, eastern. . Voting
saw overwhelming support to remain in the EU in Scotland and Northern
Ireland, as well as Gibraltar, along with the area around London. The
rest of England, however, was strongly in favor of leaving, and that was
ultimately the difference. . UKIP Leader Nigel Farage declared it a victory for “real people.” The
results were something of a surprise, as financial markets were trading
heavily toward the “remain” vote. The British pound began slumping at
the news, quickly touching a 30-year low. A reversal of the FTSE 100
threatens to wipe out upwards of 100 billion pounds in the days to come.
Asian markets were also strongly down on the news, with investors
fearing uncertainty. . Politically, this is expected to
fuel further calls for Prime Minister David Cameron to resign, though
Conservative Euroskeptics had issued a statement ahead of the vote
urging him to stay regardless of the outcome. Either way, the result is
seen likely to dramatically change British politics, and Cameron is
virtually obliged to set the table for a new election. . The overwhelming majority of Scotland being in favor of “remain” is
likely to loom large in the future as well, likely to fuel a new push
for them to withdraw from Britain and declare independence themselves. A
previous Scotland independence vote narrowly failed. . The exact mechanics of the departure from the EU are still unclear, as the union has never had a member decide to leave before.
China's top paper lambasts U.S. aircraft carrier deployment

.
China's top newspaper strongly criticized the United States on
Wednesday after it deployed two aircraft carriers on a training mission
in East Asia where military tensions have risen amid China's growing
assertiveness. . The U.S. carriers John C. Stennis and Ronald Reagan
began joint operations in seas east of the Philippines at the weekend
in a show of strength ahead of an international court ruling expected
soon on China's expansive territorial claims in the contested South
China Sea. . "The U.S. picked the wrong target in playing this trick
on China," the People's Daily, the official newspaper of the ruling
Communist Party, said in a commentary. . It was published under the
pen name "Zhong Sheng," a Chinese-language homonym for the phrase
"voice of China" that is often used to express the paper's views on
foreign policy. . "Behind this misjudgment is Washington's anxiety
and arrogance, and it is the true expression of its hegemonic nature,"
the paper added.
or this translation: . "Conveying a so-called message about security through the
exhibition of military might, and furthermore describing the events as
an act of deterrence is something that the U.S. has done far too many
times. Regardless of how many times it may have
gone smoothly in other parts of the world the U.S. has chosen the wrong
opponent by selecting China for this type of game. Behind all of this is lack of patience and brassy moves and it also reveals a nature of hegemony beneath the surface." . The U.S. Navy chief said on Monday the deployment
was a signal of the U.S. commitment to regional security, adding that
he hoped it would deter any attempts to destabilize the region. . The
U.S. Pacific Command (PACOM) said the carriers started their dual
operations on Saturday, including air defense drills, sea surveillance,
defensive air combat training and long-range strikes. . PACOM said
the United States last conducted a dual carrier operation in the Western
Pacific in 2014. Two carriers operated in the South China Sea and East
China Sea in 2012. . China claims some of the energy-rich South
China Sea through which about $5 trillion in ship-borne trade passes
every year. Neighbors Brunei, Malaysia, the Philippines, Taiwan and
Vietnam also have claims. __________________________________________________ (Reporting by Megha Rajagopalan; Editing by Nick Macfie)

The Israeli military have conducted airstrikes into Syria, against government forces which could only help ISIS. Israeli commando's daily invade Syrian sovereign territory to retrieve wounded 'al-CIA-duh' fighters and take them back for treatment at Israeli hospitals for free, patch them up and send them back into Syria. The Iraqi governments intelligence believes that Israeli military personnel are fighting with ISIS, covertly. One could 'understand' the desire of Israel to attack Syria through ISIS which has been at war with Israel in 1948, 1956, 1967, 1973, 1982 but the Israelis are now saying that they would be happy with an ISIS government in Damascus.
And what about Iraq?
What was Israel doing training the Islamist Afghan Mujaheddin in Pakistan in the 1980's?
What was Israel doing training the Tamil Tigers of ELAM in Israel and South India?
What is Israel doing training and arming the Kurds?
Why is Israel training Islamists in the Caucasus?
What was Israel doing supporting a Nazi style regime in Kiev in 2014? ___________________________________________
Says ISIS Faces Difficulty, Loss Would Put Israel in 'Hard Position'
by Jason Ditz,at antiwar.com
.
In a speech at the Herzliya Conference, Israel’s military
intelligence chief, Major General Herzi Halevy, took Israel’s
long-standing position that it “prefers ISIS” over the Syrian government
to a whole ‘nother level, declaring openly that Israel does not want to see ISIS defeated in the war. . Maj.
Gen. Halevy expressed concern about the recent offensives against ISIS
territory, saying that in the last three months the Islamist group was
facing the “most difficult” situation since its inception and
declaration of a caliphate. . Israeli officials have regularly expressed comfort with
the idea of ISIS conquering the whole of Syria, saying they find it
preferable to the Iran-allied government surviving the war. At the same
time, they were never so overtly supportive of ISIS and its survival. . Halevy went on to express concern that the defeat of ISIS might mean
the “superpowers” leaving Syria, saying this would put Israel “in a hard
position” after being so opposed to the survival of the Syrian
government. . He then said Israel will do “all we can so as to not find ourselves
in such a situation,” suggesting that the Israeli military is looking at
direct support for ISIS as a matter of policy, and not just rhetoric.

. If Germany can oppose the USA over the Iraq invasion in 2003, then why not Russia?
Iraq after all is a far away country in the Middle East with little consequence for Germany.
It was a political decision in 2003 based on moral conscience, and that a large powerful country should not attack a small weak country based on false intelligence.
The same principles can be applied to Russia, truncated and moderately passive, surrounded as it is by the USA and its allies.
The historical addition being that Germany committed many crimes in the Soviet Union which resulted in the death of 30 million Soviets in just 4 years. ......or if you like statistics, 7 9/11's everyday in the Soviet Union at the hands of the Jewish banker funded Nazi experiment (1933-45). AKA Israel in 2016. Unlike Iraq, German trade with Russia is huge. Russians love German products. The German business community hate the sanctions against Russia. Germany would love to participate in the Great Eurasian Integration plan led by China. Unlike Iraq, a war with Russia by the USA led NATO will be devastating for flat near neighbor......... Germany through equally flat Poland. What is all this stupidity for? You call for calm, but you still maintain sanctions against Russia which singularly fuels and encourages the crazy talk of the raving fringe in Poland, the Baltic states and else where. Why is there this divergence? Its political.
Angela Dorothea Krasner (Merkel) is of Jewish origin and a Lesbian from East Germany who worked for the Jew Marcus Wulf (retired and died in Israel) head of the notorious Stasi. Through her NWO Jewish organization she was presented as the leader of the right-wing CDU!!! Given Frau Kasners ' situation' or is it predicament in multi-culti gestapo Germany and occupied by the USA, she is in many respects a weak, thoroughly compromised political figure. She must thus obey and suck cock of her real masters. She must do unpopular anti-national things.
AND the rest of the junta make token meaningless....in the context of the real situation...speeches.

German FM Slams NATO Warmongering on Russia
Opposes parading NATO forces in front of Russia's borders
German
Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier has criticised NATO for having
a bellicose policy towards Russia, describing it as "warmongering", the
German daily Bild reported. . Heil mein Europa! . Steinmeier pointed to the deployment
of NATO troops near borders with Russia in the military alliance's
Baltic and east European member states. .Heil CIA Satan worship . "What we should avoid today is inflaming the situation by
warmongering and stomping boots," Steinmeier told Bild in an interview
to be published Sunday. . Heil Karsner!!! . "Anyone who thinks you can increase
security in the alliance with symbolic parades of tanks near the eastern
borders, is mistaken," Germany's top diplomat added. .

Latvia, Lithuania and Poland to counter a more assertive Russia, ahead
of a landmark summit in Warsaw next month. .
Mein jüdischer Cousin aus dem Nahen Osten
All four countries were
once ruled from Moscow and remain deeply suspicious of Russian
intentions, especially after Russia's annexation of Crimea from Ukraine
in 2014. . In an interview with Bild on Thursday, NATO chief Jens
Stoltenberg said Russia is seeking to create "a zone of influence
through military means". . "We are observing massive militarisation
at NATO borders -- in the Arctic, in the Baltic, from the Black Sea to
the Mediterranean Sea," he told the newspaper. . Stoltenberg has
stressed that NATO does not seek confrontation with Russia and wants a
constructive dialogue but that it would defend the 28 allies against any
threat. . Russia bitterly opposes NATO's expansion into its
Soviet-era satellites and last month said it would create three new
divisions in its southwest region to meet what it described as a
dangerous military build-up along its borders.

. This is a great development for Asia and the world.
The SCO is focused on economic issues, to develop and integrate Eurasia equally and in harmony.
But it would be naive to ignore the reality of the world, especially since 1991, with its self appointed hyper power which presumes to act for the world in many matters and even dominate it by the policy agenda set by the Neocons called the PNAC 2000 and the doctrine of Full Spectrum Dominance....which does not allow for the emergence of ANY equal or NEAR equal power to that of the USA.
Should such new powers emerge, they MUST be attacked under such doctrine (China, Russia) This is further elaborated by the 'Grand Chessboard'(1997) master plan which states in a rather skewered convoluted fashion by Svengali Brzezinski (A very powerful strategic policy maker in Washington) that in order for the USA to maintain its primacy hyper-power role in the world, the USA implausibly has to 'control' Eurasia and its vast resources.
'Whoever controls Eurasia controls the world' mantra...which harks back to the Victorian Imperial era which stated that if the British 'lost' India, it would cease to be a great power.....along similar lines.......and something more primate, and Darwinian.
4th world dirt poor Aryan Afghanistan (Ariana) in Eurasia has to be occupied, to harvest Opium for Wall street, and treated appallingly poorly by the USA/NATO occupation powers in order to prove that Aryans are somehow less than Celtic West Europeans and North American (Red necks). Ditto Iran.
Bizarre...YES! Of course its Neanderthal stupid. The USA was a great power well before it got its dirty claws into any bit of Eurasia. BUT it makes a good excuse by a London Rothschild directed Trans-Atlantic figure of influence to direct the USA foreign policy through magic words, and tricks against the weak willed and idiots in the Washington Beltway. We're no longer in caves save for OSAMA....you don't have to prove your superiority by subjugating other people. Live and let live, and allow natural talent to evolve, without fear and suspicion. Nations should develop in harmony and cooperation, and not through war, subjugation and conquest. Going back to the topic in hand......SCO eventually will have to have strong closely aligned security dimension with a leadership role for China. For the SCO to survive the machinations and plots of the USA it must have a strong security dimension. There is no other way.
Iran is next to join the
Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) which will officially have India
and Pakistan on its roster next week, Kazakh President Nursultan
Nazarbayev has said. . Leaders of the regional security
group, led by China and Russia, will meet for the summit of their
leaders in Uzbekistan’s capital of Tashkent on June 23 and 24. . “We
will meet up next time at the SCO forum at which we will include India
and Pakistan into the organization,” Russia’s Interfax news agency on
Saturday quoted Nazarbayev as saying. . “Iran is the next. So, this organization with three billion residents is becoming a huge power," he added. . Russian
President Vladimir Putin and his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping will
attend the summit as will Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. . There
is optimism that the entry of India and Pakistan into the grouping will
have a sobering effect on the two nuclear arch-rivals’ ties. . “Besides
adding 1.5 billion people under the SCO umbrella, the India-Pakistan
admission may also help improve strained ties between India and Pakistan
by opening another communication channel,” Xia Yishan, a research
fellow of Central Asian studies at the China Institute of International
Studies, said. . The SCO, founded in 2001, comprises of China,
Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan as full
members and covers political, economic and military cooperation.
Afghanistan, Belarus, Iran and Mongolia have observer status. . India
and Pakistan had their admission finalized at Ufa summit in Russia last
year but the procedures including the adoption of all SCO documents by
both countries are still under way and they may have to wait until the
2017 summit for a formal seat among its members. . Iran has long
sought membership in the SCO but the group kept the country waiting
until it reached an agreement with the US, Europe and other key
international players on its nuclear program. . With the addition of
Iran, the group would control around a fifth of the world's oil and
represent nearly a half of the global population.
Leaders
of SCO countries and observer states pose for a group photo on the
sidelines of their summit in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, Sept. 11, 2014.The
SCO has also sought unity with the BRICS group of world countries -
Brazil, India, South Africa, China and Russia. The two bodies have
agreed to coordinate efforts to keep their economies stable, launched a
development bank and agreed on a currency pool. . Member countries are keen to offer an alternative to an outdated vision of a "uni-polar" world dominated by Washington. . For
Russia, the SCO and its close cooperation with BRICS provides a timely
counterbalance to Western sanctions over the Ukraine crisis and the
West’s military expansion near Russian borders. . The SCO is also a
boost to China’s plans to rebuild the Silk Road as its signature
foreign policy initiative and reach markets in Europe and Africa. . Under
the “One Belt, One Road” policy, unveiled by President Xi in 2013,
Beijing seeks to build land, sea and air routes reaching across the
Asian continent and beyond with the aim of boosting trade by $2.5
trillion in the next decade. . The West looks at the plan with suspicion, seeing it as part of a political gambit aimed at expanding China's economic presence.

. The USA seems quite desperate to make such requests...ridiculously absurd as it may seem. They want to pave the way for the creation of Greater Israel.......but for obvious reasons the USA don't want to spell that out too much for fear of upsetting their 'friends' such as Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Jordan, Iraq and Egypt whose borders will be truncated once Eretz Israel is created. Hence the disconnected, ridiculous, absurd, Kafkaesque, surreal and Orwellian
statements from Washington calling for the overthrow of the Assad regime by directly attacking it, in the broader context of fighting 'al-CIA-duh' since 2001 under GWoT, of which Assad's Syria was a very willing and aggressive participant....before the USA destabilized the country.
What the hell has all this got to do with Russia? .
A lot. .
USA foreign policy is not a highly self contained strand that stands on its own, but they all invariably have BROADER AGENDA'S with bigger pictures. This bigger picture involves Russia, and affects Russia directly.......therefore 'its not my problem' is not a solution to the Syria problem. .
One simple fact is that once the ISIS movement is done with Syria and Iraq.....many of the terrorists will target Southern Russia, as intended by the USA. So, before they destroy Syria and gain victory......destroy ISIS and its friends there. .
Better to keep the USA focused on the Greater Israel project with ISIS destabilization, rather than turn the USA's energy and attention towards NATO, Eastern Europe and plans on how to confront Russia directly using conventional forces. .
For the USA the Syria destabilization project is a favor to Israel...strategically getting rid of Assad is not that essential in the broader scheme of things....Assad was quite pro-American at one time, and PM Tony Blair once contemplated conferring Assad with a Knighthood just like Sir Jimmy Savile OBE KCMG. For Russia on the other hand the stakes are higher. If Russia looses Syria, Russia loses a lot more than just its only Mediterranean military base and a warm water port. The Russians who are not fifth column understand this very well.
. It is a supremely difficult choice for Russia to decide clearly which terrorists to attack and destroy. Should it be the terrorists trained and armed by the CIA or the Pentagon? Should it be the ISIS trained and armed by the USA, or 'al-CIA-duh' or al-Nusra Front also trained and armed by the USA?.....or the FSA?
SHOULD THE RUSSIANS ONLY ATTACK YOUNG MEN WEARING BLACK CLOTHES? All the above are backed by the USA. All of them want to overthrow the Syrian government through violent means. . Russia should do the decent thing, which is civilized, diplomatic, follows protocol norms and international law...send unarmed monitors into the terrorist war zones equipped with clip boards and pen...and then they can ask in Arabic..."excuse me sir, can I have 1 minute of your time, I just want to ask you a few questions for market research, you don't need to sign this and disclose your identity, though I'd appreciate if you could answer these questions as honestly as possible...OK?" Then send the results to the Syrian, Turkish, Saudi, Qatar, UK and USA governments for approval and vetting. Then when all is clear Russia may commence attacking. . To attack ISIS only is to state to the world that non-ISIS terrorists are somehow legitimate and deserving of protection and preferential treatment from the rest of the terrorists like ISIS. It confuses the issue and makes military operations unnecessarily complicated. . There is a 5th column in Russia which loves the USA more than they love Russia. For them Russia's action in Syria is unnecessary adventurism. For the 5th column in Russia the death of ethnic Russians in Eastern Ukraine at the hand of the Jewish Oligarchy in Kiev should be ignored through passive acceptance of a rather unfortunate situation. "What can we do, its not our problem".......The Jewish fifth column made no prepartions for war with Hitler in any serious sense, but did everything to sabotage the Soviet military. (1937--1941) . When the Nazi military in November 1941 conquered huge parts of the Soviet Union, the fifth column in Moscow offered the Nazis the whole of Ukraine, Belarus and Western parts of Russia...if only the Nazi's would not attack any further, and not directly attack Moscow. This is Real Fact from the war hero's of the Soviet Union and the annals of the Great Patriotic War that claimed the lives of 30 million Soviets eventually. . The Russian fifth column will sacrifice everything, if it means they can keep their power, privilege and their wealth. . Better to fight the enemy in foreign lands rather then allow the enemy to come close inside the country with the aid of the fifth column. . The USA has to be fought in SYRIA. The USA has to be fought in the Ukraine. The USA has to be fought in Eastern Europe. There is no other way for Russia.

Pentagon asks Russia not to bomb US-backed militants in Syria
By Presstv.com
The United States has called on Russia not to target US-backed militants in southern Syria, a Pentagon spokesman has said. . US
military officials "expressed strong concerns about the attack on the
coalition-supported counter-ISIL forces at the At-Tanf garrison, which
included forces that are participants in the cessation of hostilities in
Syria," Pentagon Press Secretary Peter Cook said on Saturday, after
they held talks with Russian military officials on a video link. . He
added that the US officials "emphasized that those concerns would be
addressed through ongoing diplomatic discussions on the cessation of
hostilities." . The Pentagon claimed that Russian forces based in
Al-Tanaf in southern Syria targeted a meeting of US-supported militants
who were coordinating the fight against the Daesh (ISIL) terrorist group
in Syria and Iraq. . The US military officials said the militants
belonged to the New Syrian Army, which has been trained by the United
States and United Kingdom. They added that Iraqi tribal fighters were
also attacked by Russians. . Meanwhile, the Russian Defense Ministry
said that Russian forces had not conducted any strikes against militant
forces included in the ceasefire. . "Regarding safety, department
officials conveyed that Russia's continued strikes at Al-Tanaf, even
after US attempts to inform Russian forces through proper channels of
on-going coalition air support to the counter-ISIL forces, created
safety concerns for US and coalition forces," Cook said. . "Department
officials requested Russian responses to address those concerns. The
two sides reiterated the need to adhere to measures to enhance
operational safety and avoid accidents and misunderstandings in the air
space over Syria,” he added. . Daesh terrorists, who were initially
trained by the CIA in Jordan in 2012 to destabilize the Syrian
government, now control large parts of Iraq and Syria. They are engaged
in crimes against humanity in the areas under their control. Smoke

of Sukkari in the city of Aleppo. (AFP photo) US
warplanes have been conducting airstrikes against ISIL in Iraq since
August of 2014. Some Western states have also participated in some of
the strikes in Iraq. . Since September 2014, the US and some of its
Arab allies have been carrying out airstrikes against Daesh inside Syria
without any authorization from Damascus or a UN mandate. The US-led coalition has done little to stop the Daesh's advances in parts of Syria and in Iraq. . Some
analysts have criticized the US-led military campaign, saying the
strikes are only meant to benefit US weapons manufacturers. . In
September 2015, Russia launched its own air offensive against the
terrorists who were still wreaking havoc in Syria. The Russian campaign,
analysts say, has broken the backbone of ISIL and other militants, and
has provided the Assad government an opportunity to defeat the
foreign-sponsored terrorist onslaught. . In recent months, the
Syrian army, backed by the Russian air power, has been making major
gains against Takfiri groups, recapturing several strategic areas from
their grip, particularly in the strategic northern province of Aleppo.
