Alex Jones in the White House briefings...its a start

Trumps fortunes will AUTOMATICALLY CHANGE once the alternative right, and even just alternative media get a look in at the Whitehouse press briefings.

The Trump vaudeville show of constantly locking horns with the MSM, with the tired lines of 'You are fake' is wearing thin, and he quickly needs to move on from this long agonizing Hari Kiri sight.....which is painful to watch for those of us who GENUINELY wish him well, relieved that Hillary didn't get in, but that Trump fulfills some of our dreams for the USA and the world.

'We' brought Trump to power.

Trump should not fear his natural friends.......through poor advice from whoever in his administration. I don't like Pence....he looks scheming and shifty...a WH Bush stand in to Reagan in 1981. In private and public, and in Europe, he contradicts everything what the President says.......not good for President Trump, but good if you are winking to the anti-Trump crowd to replace him.

Trump needs to connect with his natural supporters in the USA and the world through the alternative media......otherwise in the word of Alex Jones he is in dire straits. He will be out of power this year....as all have predicted.

We also hope that Alex Jones is not a token last minute, too little too late effort on the part of Trump, and that at least 30 alternative media groups from all over the USA are invited to the White House Press briefings by the President including Infowars, Brietbart, antiwar.com, American everyman and so forth...with Sean Spicer, with the President and with any senior government officials talking to the media.

They also need to be given extra funding from the government to cover their thread bare budgets....and operations, with staff who often work selflessly for next to nothing, and often have to resort to begging publicly.

President Trump should also consider setting up his own media houses to get his message across to his audience first.

Locking out the press entirely as Tillerson did recently is not a viable option, but will only increase the fake innuendo to a new higher level, in the case of the President, Bannon and Miller.

Its not good to have the limelight on Alex only, but that at the press briefings he should be surrounded by like minded fellow travelers.

And ofcourse Alex obviously understand that going on national TV is a different kettle of fish than speaking to the alternative young crowd, and the usual jargonese that is used by the alternative crowd.

Mashallah...سلام ملت بزرگ ایران

Every country is entitled to debate what constitutes a top economy.

Iran is now the 18th largest economy on earth according to CIA estimates, at about $1.5 trillion PPP GDP. (2016)

No amount of little JEW envy can change this fact. The name Persia is synonymous with wealth and opulence ......throughout history, save for brief interludes of the Arab invasion of (633–656) AD, the Mongol invasion of (1219-1221) AD.....and finally the evil British Empire and its domination of Persia from 1880--1953. During WWI, passive weak Persia became a running battle ground of greater powers, and the British the worst offenders who in their execution of war against the Ottoman Empire, murdered 50% of the population of Iran, in the process of the Great War in the Near East.

Their excuse for the genocide in Persia was that in times of war....confiscation of ALL food and transport in Persia must be given priority for their war machine in neighboring Mesopotamia over the lives of Persians.

Persia was not even an official colony of the evil British empire to be treated extremely badly....like else where.

The Evil British Empire run by the Jewish Rothschilds stated that it was normal to kill 4-5 million people in order to sustain the war machine of the British empire from 1916-1919......along the process of destroying the Ottoman Empire, and creating Israel.

According to Western sources, Iran will become much more rich....by 2050, as will the rest of the world. Perhaps an economy nearer $3.5 trillion or even $5 trillion in the future?

There are many factors which will determine Iran's growth. And determine its ultimate size by 2050.

The illegal mullahs in Tehran installed by the USA/UK in 1979, would have to go. It is obvious to most normal people that a mullahs place is in the Mosque, if they behave themselves talking about religious matters, rather than running sophisticated big countries like Iran. The mullahs have been a disaster for Iran, though obviously the USA/UK thought/think the mullahs are good for Iran.....as they do the Taliban (1994) CIA created,..... 'al-CIA-duh' CIA created from thin air in the 1990's......and ISIS again CIA created from 2014.

The faults of the mullah regime are glaringly cartoonish clear. We don't have to be expert investigative reporters of Iranian extraction to know the true facts of Iran under puppet mullah rule........that is why the USA/UK brought them to power after all:

1. The mullahs sustained the Iran/Iraq war for 8 years; causing $500 billion worth of damage to the country, and the death of possibly 1 million boys and men fighting Iraq, and CIA Saddam, an American recruited CIA agent since the 1950's. Saddam the American agent sought peace after two years of the war in 1982; the mullahs in Tehran were not interested. The mullahs in Tehran did not use their power to prevent a disastrous war with brother Iraq, which by no means was inevitable, despite the best efforts of the CIA, in Jordan Amman, persuading CIA Saddam of this 'historic opportunity' in 1979. The mullahs thought somewhat cynically that sustaining the war was good for their power consolidation, and defeating their perceived rivals the Tudeh and others.

2. The Iranian civil war 1981-1982 between the mullahs and the Tudeh left alliance; 100,000 dead.

3. The mullahs promoting pan-Islamism, and general Arab culture over and above traditional Persian identity. For a genuine Iranian who loves his country this might be considered a GREAT crime.

4. The de-legitimation of Iran's standing in the world, with silly OTT antics; taking over foreign embassies; threatening foreign writers ; holding Holocaust revisionist meetings and so on and so on.

5. The destruction of the Middle Class; their partial expulsion from the country 5 million of the most educated articulate Iranians in favor of the illiterate villagers, who are constantly promised great things, and used primarily in the security apparatus to keep the rest of the population in line.

6. Running a banana Republic economy which could collapse at any time. $2 trillion worth of Capital flight by wealthy Iranians who refuse to or cannot do business in mullah Iran. The current wisdom that mullahs and mullah cronies are the only people privileged and qualified to own and run significant parts of the economy through Bonyard charities, and corrupt banks that give loans to friends of the mullahs.

7. Running a very repressive police state, which has accounted for the death of possibly 30,000 political prisoners since 1979. A regime that executes more children than any other regime on earth.

8. Seeming to posture internationally, usually through speeches against Israel and the USA, and through talking up the Uranium Enrichment issue designed to niggle the USA and Israel. And through the support of Hamas and Hezbollah directly, WHILST not making any real efforts to defend itself militarily......spends JUST 3% of GDP on defense, and is not a significant conventional power....at rank number 18, with Israel at 11, and the USA at number 1. Turkey at 10; Pakistan 15, Egypt 17.

9. Upwards of 3 million drug addicts in mullah Iran where the regime touts its conservative austere, puritanical credentials, but is unable, and unwilling to tackle this serious national problem. Credible reports indicate that aspects of the mullah regime are involved in the narcotics trade into Iran from Afghanistan, and towards other countries such as Iraq and Turkey.

10. The mullahs are modern slave runners selling "surplus" destitute Iranians to Gulf Arab countries, who face an obvious bleak future there after. Any Iranians who dare criticizes this national mullah shame are punished with imprisonment or death.

Gay Mattis should not get a hard-on over this single crime issue.

AND the copy paste from wikipedia:

"The economy of Iran is a mixed and transition economy with a large public sector. Some 60 percent of the economy is centrally planned.[9][10] It is dominated by oil and gas production, although over 40 industries are directly involved in the Tehran Stock Exchange, one of the best performing exchanges in the world over the past decade.[11][12] With 10 percent of the world's proven oil reserves and 15 percent of its gas reservesIran is considered an "energy superpower".[13][14][15][16]"

The BEST ASSET OF IRAN are its Aryan people......bizarrely mullah Iran is producing some of the best scientists in the world.....many of whom emigrate to the West, sadly.

"Price controls and subsidies, particularly on food and energy,[21][22] burden the economy. Contraband, administrative controls, widespread corruption,[23][24] and other restrictive factors undermine private sector-led growth.[25] The legislature in late 2009 passed the subsidy reform plan. This is the most extensive economic reform since the government implemented gasoline rationing in 2007.[25]"

Too many mullahs, with zero economic skills and knowledge making too many bad decisions. The inclusion of bearded, certified, technocrats does not help.

"Most of the country's exports are oil and gas, accounting for a majority of government revenue in 2010.[26] Oil export revenues enabled Iran to amass well over $135 billion in foreign exchange reserves as of Dec 2016.[27][28]Iran ranked first in scientific growth in the world in 2011 and has one of the fastest rates of development in telecommunication globally.[29][30]"

"The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) are thought to control about one third of Iran's economy through subsidiaries and trusts.[146][147][148] Estimates by the Los Angeles Times suggest IRGC has ties to over one hundred companies and annual revenue in excess of $12 billion, particularly in construction.[149] The Ministry of Petroleum awarded IRGC billions of dollars in no-bid contracts as well as major infrastructure projects.[150] Tasked with border control, IRGC maintains a monopoly on smuggling, costing Iranian companies billions of dollars each year.[146] Smuggling is encouraged in part by the generous subsidization of domestic goods (including fuel). IRGC also runs the telecommunication company, laser eye-surgery clinics, makes cars, builds bridges and roads and develops oil and gas fields.[151]"

Major source of inefficiency and corruption for the state economy

"Welfare programs for the needy are managed by more than 30 public agencies alongside semi-state organizations known as bonyads, together with several private non-governmental organizations. Bonyads are a consortium of over 120 tax-exempt organizations that receive subsidies and religious donations. They answer directly to the Supreme Leader of Iran and control over 20% of GDP.[146][152] Operating everything from vast soybean and cotton farms to hotels, soft drink, auto-manufacturing and shipping lines, they are seen as overstaffed, corrupt and generally unprofitable.[153] Bonyad companies also compete with Iran's unprotected private sector, whose firms complain of the difficulty of competing with the subsidized bonyads.[153] Bonyads are not subject to audit or Iran's accounting laws.[154] Setad is a multi-sector business organization, with holdings of 37 companies, and an estimated value of $95 billion. It is under the control of the Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei, and created from thousands of properties confiscated from Iranians.[155]"

A recent study shows that Iran will be among 32 most powerful economies in the world by 2050.
The study that was carried out by professional services giant PwC said Iran would be the 17th most powerful economy in the world within the next three decades.
It added that the country would outperform the incumbent European players like Italy, Spain and the Netherlands whose ranks would be 21st, 26th and 32nd, respectively.
The Islamic Republic would also lead several Asian players like South Korea (18) as well as the Philippines (19) and other Malaysia (24).
Iran would closely track Pakistan (16) as well as regional rivals Saudi Arabia (13) and Turkey (11).
At the top of the list of the best performing economies by 2050 would be China ( at $19 trillion in 2016, largest economy in the world measured by PPP and depending on whose prediction you believe $55--65 trillion by 2050) which will be followed by India ( $38-40 trillion) and the United States ($33-35), as reported by The Independent
The biggest surprises may be Indonesia (4.....no not really, Indonesia is now the 8th largest economy on earth at $3 trillion.......so by 2050 at $8--10 trillion   yes!!!), Brazil (5), Russia (6) and Mexico (7) which will be ahead of the Asian giant Japan (8) and the current European powerhouse Germany (9).
In December 2016, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) said it expected Iran’s economic growth to reach as high as 6.6 percent for the Persian calendar year that ends on 20 March 2017.
It emphasized that the higher production and exports of oil after the removal of sanctions and exports would be particularly instrumental in boosting Iran’s economic growth that was in recession last year.
A country with a population of around 80 million, Iran is currently one of the biggest economies of the Middle East and has a gross domestic production (GDP) of around $380 billion.
The main driving force of Iran’s economic growth is exports of oil. The country is currently exporting close to 2.3 million barrels per day (mb/d) of oil and analysts are already expecting the volume to increase to as high as 2.5 mb/d.
Based on the budget bill for the next Iranian calendar year, the country expects to sell its oil at around $50 dollars per barrel thus expecting its annual oil revenues to be around $33 billion.
Officials in Tehran have already emphasized that serious plans have been devised to increase the country’s oil production to as high as 5 mb/d over the next few years – what is expected to eventually generate higher oil revenues and accordingly boost growth.

(Oil exports in 1977 was 5 million b/d but due to the actions of the USA/UK this dropped to 2.5 b/d there after.

The other factor for low oil exports after the 1977 high of 6 million b/d.....is the donkey stupidity, corruption, ineptitude of the puppet mullahs who have driven a good deal of the technocratic class out of the country, in favour of promoting their bearded unqualified cronies.....and severe lack of investment in petro-chemical plants and capital ever since.......oil does not magically come out of the ground.....you fucking donkeys!

In the long term Iran cannot develop as a $5 trillion PPP GDP economy merely by selling oil and gas.

Iran will fundamentally have to gear its economy to its Asian partners....and of course the illiterate mullahs will have to go.)

Champagne Socialists and the NEW WORLD 'Progressives' of America

I love it when the 'liberals' surrounded by the obligatory easy going, affable congenial pet, African American (13.2%) satire's the government.

I love it when the 'liberals' surrounded by the obligatory easy going affable congenial pet, celebrity (.0001%) make biting attacks on the government.

This is wholesome for 'democratic' America. It is their duty. It is their obligation. They fill the void left by the Oligarchical MSM, who report fake propaganda for their billionaire Globalist masters. The late night chat shows becomes a palatable, intelligent mix of informed news, astute political observation along with satire humor.

However it all goes pear shaped when they lose their political neutrality, and root for the Democratic Party as the Halcyon alternative to Trump.....as if that party is any better than any Republican administration.

They forget to tell the truth that the Democratic Party along with the Republican Party are two sides of the same corrupt coin.

That the Clinton's are the best friends of the notorious Bush Crime family.

That the Clinton's were the best friends of Donald Trump.

That Barack Hussain Obama is a CIA groomed puppet who has wrought misery on millions of people in the Third World, and became synonymous with Drone wars in Brown people countries, and death squads of the worst kind.....and his very first act  as President after January 20th 2009 was to give trillions of taxpayer money to 'Too Big to Fail Banks', never to be seen again.
Image result for dees obama and dronesImage result for dees obama and drones
And of course the gift to the insurance companies in his Obamacare Act, the Pivot to Asia, the Surge of Murder in Afghanistan. The Libyan invasion, the Tunisian destabilization, the Egyptian destabilization using Gucci elite children trained by the State Department and the Muslim Brotherhood, the destabilization of Syria, the destabilization of Ukraine, the attempted destabilization of Russia through color coded revolution, the attempted revolution in Iran in 2009.....and a greater Police State in the USA, more militarized police in the USA, greater profiling of 'ethnics' including African Americans under Hussain Obummer's police State.....the murder of greater number of African-American men in Obummer's police State.

For the 'Progressives' Obummers smile and black face somehow wipes ALL the above crimes off the slate.

The sum total of the above crimes by the Clintons who started the globalist police state rolling in the USA in the 1990's and Obummer is somehow naught compared to the alleged pussy fondling, groping....and leachering of this ex-playboy and his meager one month record in office.

AND he is a puppet of Russia? Right ?....and at least he is not a spy, and puppet of Israel taking money and talking points and policy directions from Israel.
Image result for dees obama and drones
But the so called 'Progressives' tell us that because Obummer was 'black' and he did not snarl like pantomime Bush, and because he was a constitutional law professor from Harvard.....he was somehow a far better person than Trump.

Obummers policies don't require any critical analysis or the VERY REAL harm he has done to the USA, as an inept agitator from Chicago and to the world. " Progressive' insult the real victims when they say Obummer was such a great President with a Noble Prize....Obummer's victims in Afghanistan, Iraq. Syria, Libya, Yemen, Tunisia, Somalia, Pakistan, Iran, Egypt, Ukraine and Africa and the young black men who have become victims of Obummers militarized police.

For American 'Progressives' being black or a women with a smile...a fake smile is all that counts as President of the USA.

The writer below laments and highlights the aggressive passion of 'Progressives' opposed to the Vietnam war and Jane Fonda's visit to North Vietnam.......but their eagerness to overlook the Clinton's crimes in the USA and abroad, and that of Obummer, NOW.

And in some extreme cases even cheer for Obummer's 'foreign adventures' abroad.

What gives????

Plain hypocrisy?  But of course.
Image result for Jewish community
The 1960's as a decade must be seen as a whole in the context of the JEWISH COMMUNITY, and the usurpation of power in American society (something the former CIA writer below cannot mention, but only allude to since all his writings still have to be vetted by Langley, as do all ex-CIA writers and their books and articles)
Image result for Jewish LBJ
This Jewish usurpation of power started with the assassination of the Catholic Irish JFK, and his replacement in power by LBJ, a cryto-Jew from Texas, an ex-teacher and thoroughly shady character who was helped into power by the Bush crime family of Texas linked to the CIA and the CIA itself under Angleton and Dulles. The murder and coup against a serving American President is often blamed on the MIC, and Italian mafia....but the Italian mafia wouldn't murder a President if they thought he was a threat, but rather try and blackmail him or dethrone him.
Image result for affirmative action and Jews
The Great Society Experiment was Jewish......its affirmative action was Jewish. With the introduction of affirmative action the Jews spookily came to dominate certain professions in the USA...Medical profession, Academia, Media.....legal profession, finance, pornography......affirmative action means for monopoly power for the Jew in the USA.
Image result for affirmative action cartoon
The Vietnam war was Jewish......and the CIA importing huge quantities of Opium and heroin from SE Asia for the first time, into the streets of the USA and laundering the money in the big Jewish banks was Jewish.
Image result for 1965 immigration act asian
The Immigration Act of 1965 was Jewish driven, to De-Europeanise the USA.
Image result for 1960's Jewish activists
The Civil Rights Movement of MLK was Jewish driven and directed and funded, not spontaneous.

The Counter Culture, and Hippie Movement directed by the CIA was Jewish.

AND so the anti-Vietnam protests were also JEWISH.....'Progressive' maybe....but certainly JEWS FIRST.(Hanoi Jane excepted)

These Social and government initiatives were designed to put the Jew into greater power, and mold the country around their needs and wants, AND greater aid for ISRAEL which began with LBJ.......JFK whereas wanted to fix the Israeli crimes in the USA. Israeli crimes in the USA have become bigger and bigger to the point where now according to published FBI reports ISRAEL is the number one foreign espionage nation acting against the USA(Do the MSM tell you these things????)

In the 1960's therefore 'Progressive' Jewish activism produced a loud and clear 'Progressive' antiwar movement that was significant, along with the draft which was unpopular with everybody. In all events Jewish 'Progressive' activism did not prevent a bloody 10 year war that claimed the lives of 58,000 Americans officially, and 4 million Vietnamese, and 2 million Laotians and 100,000 's of Cambodians.  Jewish 'Progressive' activism did NOT stop the CIA from flooding the USA with Opium and Heroin from the Golden Triangle. Jewish 'Progressive' activism against the Vietnam war did not prevent the death and mutilation of 100,000's of traumatized American working class men from the most economically and socially vulnerable sections of society, at a tender mean age of just 19.

Jewish 'Progressive' activism did however help usher in a REACTIONARY MEAN NASTY PARANOID regime under Nixon.....which was itself eventually dethroned by the USA CIA led Deep State....another coup against another American President.
Image result for Jewish neocons
AND now the Jewish 'Progressive' activism against war is silent. WWIII is preferred under Hillary........because it is perceived to serve the interests of the state of Israel. The Pentagon's 7 countries in 5 years just happen to be all Israel's neighbors or near neighbors...........Israel was deeply involved in the Ukrainian coup training and directing the Neo-Nazi usurpers (Bizarre, you can't make this shit up news, by itself). Israel and the Jews obviously have a Russia problem.....if you silently listen to the Jewish neocons.

Why Do "Progressives" Like War?

Fleeing to Canada is no longer an option

By Philip Giraldi

February 21, 2017 "Information Clearing House" - "Unz" -  - Liberals are supposed to be antiwar, right? I went to college in the 1960s, when students nationwide were rising up in opposition to the Vietnam War. I was a Young Republican back then and supported the war through sheer ignorance and dislike of the sanctimoniousness of the protesters, some of whom were surely making their way to Canada to live in exile on daddy’s money while I was on a bus going to Fort Leonard Wood for basic combat training. I can’t even claim that I had some grudging respect for the antiwar crowd because I didn’t, but I did believe that at least some of them who were not being motivated by being personally afraid of getting hurt were actually sincere in their opposition to the awful things that were happening in Southeast Asia.
As I look around now, however, I see something quite different. The lefties I knew in college are now part of the Establishment and generally speaking are retired limousine liberals. And they now call themselves progressives, of course, because it sounds more educated and sends a better message, implying as it does that troglodytic conservatives are anti-progress. But they also have done a flip on the issue of war and peace. In its most recent incarnation some of this might be attributed to a desperate desire to relate to the Hillary Clinton campaign with its bellicosity towards Russia, Syria and Iran, but I suspect that the inclination to identify enemies goes much deeper than that, back as far as the Bill Clinton Administration with its sanctions on Iraq and the Balkan adventure, which resulted in hundreds of thousands of deaths and the creation of a terror-narco state in the heart of Europe. And more recently we have seen the Obama meddling in Libya, Yemen and Syria in so called humanitarian interventions which have turned out to be largely fraudulent. Yes, under the Obama Dems it was “responsibility to protect time” (r2p) and all the world trembled as the drones were let loose.
Last Friday I started to read an op-ed in The Washington Post by David Ignatius that blew me away. It began “President Trump confronts complicated problems as the investigation widens into Russia’s attack on our political system.” It then proceeded to lay out the case for an “aggressive Russia” in the terms that have been repeated ad nauseam in the mainstream media. And it was, of course, lacking in any evidence, as if the opinions of coopted journalists and the highly politicized senior officials in the intelligence community should be regarded as sacrosanct. These are, not coincidentally, the same people who have reportedly recently been working together to undercut the White House by leaking and then reporting highly sensitive transcripts of phone calls with Russian officials.
Ignatius is well plugged into the national security community and inclined to be hawkish but he is also a typical Post politically correct progressive on most issues. So here was your typical liberal asserting something in a dangerous fashion that has not been demonstrated and might be completely untrue. Russia is attacking “our political system!” And The Post is not alone in accepting that Russia is trying to subvert and ultimately overthrow our republic. Reporting from The New York Times and on television news makes the same assumption whenever they discuss Russia, leading to what some critics have described as mounting American ‘hysteria’ relating to anything coming out of Moscow.
Rachel Maddow is another favorite of mine when it comes to talking real humanitarian feel good stuff out one side of her mouth while beating the drum for war from the other side. In a bravura performance on January 26th she roundly chastised Russia and its president Vladimir Putin. Rachel, who freaked out completely when Donald Trump was elected, is now keen to demonstrate that Trump has been corrupted by Russia and is now controlled out of the Kremlin. She described Trump’s lord and master Putin as an “intense little man” who murders his opponents before going into the whole “Trump stole the election with the aid of Moscow” saga, supporting sanctions on Russia and multiple investigations to get to the bottom of “Putin’s attacks on our democracy.” Per Maddow, Russia is the heart of darkness and, by way of Trump, has succeeded in exercising control over key elements in the new administration.

Unfortunately, people in the media like Ignatius and Maddow are not alone. Their willingness to sell a specific political line that carries with it a risk of nuclear war as fact, even when they know it is not, has been part of the fear-mongering engaged in by Democratic Party loyalists and many others on the left. Their intention is to “get Trump” whatever it takes, which opens the door to some truly dangerous maneuvering that could have awful consequences if the drumbeat and military buildup against Russia continues, leading Putin to decide that his country is being threatened and backed into a corner. Moscow has indicated that it would not hesitate use nuclear weapons if it is being confronted militarily and facing defeat.
The current wave of Russophobia is much more dangerous than the random depiction of foreigners in negative terms that has long bedeviled a certain type of American know-nothing politics. Apart from the progressive antipathy towards Putin personally, there is a virulent strain of anti-Russian sentiment among some self-styled conservatives in congress, best exemplified by Senators John McCain and Lindsey Graham. Graham has recently said “2017 is going to be a year of kicking Russia in the ass in Congress.”
It is my belief that many in the National Security State have convinced themselves that Russia is indeed a major threat against the United States and not because it is a nuclear armed power that can strike the U.S. That appreciation, should, if anything constitute a good reason to work hard to maintain cordial relations rather than not, but it is seemingly ignored by everyone but Donald Trump.
No, the new brand of Russophobia derives from the belief that Moscow is “interfering” in places like Syria and Ukraine. Plus, it is a friend of Iran. That perception derives from the consensus view among liberals and conservatives alike that the U.S. sphere of influence encompasses the entire globe as well as the particularly progressive conceit that Washington should serve to “protect” anyone threatened at any time by anyone else, which provides a convenient pretext for military interventions that are euphemistically described as “peace missions.”
There might be a certain cynicism in many who hate Russia as having a powerful enemy also keeps the cash flowing from the treasuring into the pockets of the beneficiaries of the military industrial congressional complex, but my real fear is that, having been brainwashed for the past ten years, many government officials are actually sincere in their loathing of Moscow and all its works. Recent opinion polls suggest that that kind of thinking is popular among Americans, but it actually makes no sense. Though involvement by Moscow in the Middle East and Eastern Europe is undeniable, calling it a threat against U.S. vital interests is more than a bit of a stretch as Russia’s actual ability to make trouble is limited. It has exactly one overseas military facility, in Syria, while the U.S. has more than 800, and its economy and military budget are tiny compared to that of the United States. In fact, it is Washington that is most guilty of intervening globally and destabilizing entire regions, not Moscow, and when Donald Trump said in an interview that when it came to killing the U.S. was not so innocent it was a gross understatement.
Ironically, pursuing a reset with Russia is one of the things that Trump actually gets right but the new left won’t give him a break because they reflexively hate him for not embracing the usual progressive bromides that they believe are supposed to go with being antiwar. Other Moscow trashing comes from the John McCain camp which demonizes Russia because warmongers always need an enemy and McCain has never found a war he couldn’t support. It would be a tragedy for the United States if both the left and enough of the right were to join forces to limit Trump’s options on dealing with Moscow, thereby enabling an escalating conflict that could have tragic consequences for all parties.

Troops Will Stay in Town 85 Miles From Russian Border

by Jason Ditz, antiwar.com
Adding to the ever-growing number of US military deployments into Eastern Europe, the Army announced over the weekend that the US will send some 1,000 US troops and vehicles to Orzysy, a town in northeastern Poland, another deployment done as part of the huge “spearhead” force against Russia.
Orzysy is just 85 miles away from the border with the Russian exclave of Kaliningrad, and officials are saying that this new collection of ground troops is being put there as part of an effort to “deter Russia,” part of a long-standing NATO narrative of a possible Russian invasion of Europe.
In addition to this large Baltics force, the US also launched two other ground deployments into Eastern Europe in the last week, with troops sent to both Bulgaria and Romania. More deployments are likely to be announced on top of all of this, with Lithuania complaining the thousands of NATO troops sent to the Baltics is no longer enough.
Nations like Poland and Lithuania see the deployment of foreign ground troops as a financial and technological boon, with Western European and US troops expected to provide both an influx of cash into the areas they are deployed and to give the nations access to more advanced military equipment. This has given them a strong incentive to keep playing up the “Russian threat,” and to fly into a rage at the suggestion of normalizing ties with Russia.
You stupid donkeys...and what if your flat terrain countries become front-line battle playgrounds, where the key decisions of war strategy is decided by Washington and Moscow? ....and you are forced to surrender your sovereignty, and nation hood at gunpoint to these greater powers in their shooting match? Which results in capital damage of $200--350 billion (Syria) and the death of 500,000 people (Syria).....will the $200 million or even $1 billion look so enticing then?

Can't your little minds see and imagine the bigger picture. I appreciate that it is a long practice of the CIA/State Department since 1945 to buy influence in Europe of political figures through Swiss bank accounts, but is it not possible to love and be patriotic of ones own country first.

Divide and rule.....but not everybody accepts this policy.

Since the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, there emerged from right-wing Zionist Jewish circles in and out of the USA ........who called themselves the neocons, that the world was the oyster of the USA to be unilaterally dominated by military might....and if Israel benefitted from these wars then what was the harm?

These policies might be fronted by Irish Americans, Christian Zionist and others, but essentially the driving engine behind them have always been the Jewish Neocons with links to Israel.

Instead of the USA military budget being reduced in 1991, in the wake of the collapse of the Soviet Union, the American military budget steadily increased under the new right Clintons of the Democratic Party, and of course under Bush junior and Obummer.

Unofficially the American security budget is $1500 billion including the expenditure of 17 intelligence agencies who employ 850,000 people, and the Pentagon which employs 5,000,000 people in its MIC.........This is what America has become good at, spending more than the entire earth on 'SECURITY'. An utterly bastardised society that is doomed to fail.

With the absence of the counter weight of the Soviet Union the USA went on a military rampage under the Clintons, then Bush and has continued under Obummer and most likely under Trump......he is from that crowd after all.

2 schools of thought in the USA, both aggressive:

1. Make pretend friendship with Russia, and isolate China and Iran. Attack either of them first and neutralise them, then move on to Russia last.

2. Attack Russia conventionally, and deal with Iran and China later. Neither Iran or China have the will to come to the defense of Russia....in their thinking.

In all events prevent the Eurasian integration plans first mooted by Russia, and given REALITY, by China through its financial backing and projects, and establishment of an alternative universe for banking to that based and dominated by London, NY and Frankfurt...and through the IMF, WB and the ADB(Japan).

Use war, the threat of war and Islamic terrorism to disrupt the peaceful transition of GLOBAL DOMINATION from the West to the East in Asia.

Blood in the Water: the Trump Revolution Ends in a Whimper

The Flynn fiasco is not about national security advisor Michael Flynn’s conversations with the Russian ambassador. It’s much deeper than that. It’s about Russia. It’s about Putin. It’s about the explosive rise of China and the world’s biggest free trade zone that will eventually stretch from Lisbon to Vladivostok.  It’s about the one country in the world that is obstructing Washington’s plan for global domination. (Russia) And, it’s about the future; which country will be the key player in the world’s most prosperous and populous region, Asia.

That’s what’s at stake, and that’s what the Flynn controversy is really all about.

Many readers are familiar with the expression “pivot to Asia”, but do they know what it means?

It means the United States has embarked on an ambitious plan to extend its military grip and market power over the Eurasian landmass thus securing its position as the world’s only superpower into the next century. The pivot is Washington’s top strategic priority. As Hillary Clinton said in 2011:

“Harnessing Asia’s growth and dynamism is central to American economic and strategic interests… Open markets in Asia provide the United States with unprecedented opportunities for investment, trade, and access to cutting-edge technology…..American firms (need) to tap into the vast and growing consumer base of Asia…
The region already generates more than half of global output and nearly half of global trade…. we are looking for opportunities to do even more business in Asia…and our investment opportunities in Asia’s dynamic markets.”(“America’s Pacific Century”, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton”, Foreign Policy Magazine, 2011)
In other words, it’s pivot or bust. Those are the only two options. Naturally, ruling elites in the US have chosen the former over the latter, which means they are committed to a strategy that will inevitably pit the US against a nuclear-armed adversary, Russia.

Trump’s National Security Advisor, Michael Flynn, wanted to normalize relations with Russia. He rejected the flagrantly hostile approach of the US foreign policy establishment. That’s why he had to be removed. And, that’s why he’s been so viciously attacked in the media and why the threadbare story about his contacts with the Russian ambassador were used to force his resignation.

This isn’t about the law and it isn’t about the truth. It’s about bare-knuckle geopolitics and global hegemony. Flynn got in the way of the pivot, so Flynn had to be eliminated. End of story. Here’s a clip from an article by Robert Parry:

“Flynn’s real “offense” appears to be that he favors détente with Russia rather than escalation of a new and dangerous Cold War. Trump’s idea of a rapprochement with Moscow – and a search for areas of cooperation and compromise – has been driving Official Washington’s foreign policy establishment crazy for months and the neocons, in particular, have been determined to block it.
Though Flynn has pandered to elements of the neocon movement with his own hysterical denunciations of Iran and Islam in general, he emerged as a key architect for Trump’s plans to seek a constructive relationship with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Meanwhile, the neocons and their liberal-interventionist sidekicks have invested heavily in making Putin the all-purpose bête noire to justify a major investment in new military hardware and in pricy propaganda operations.” (“Trump Caves on Flynn’s resignation“, Consortium News)
US foreign policy is not developed willy-nilly. It emerges as the consensus view of various competing factions within the permanent national security state.  And, although there are notable differences between the rival factions (either hardline or dovish) there appears to be unanimity on the question of Russia. There is virtually no constituency within the political leadership of either of the two major parties (or their puppetmaster supporters in the deep state) for improving relations with Russia. None. Russia is blocking Washington’s eastward expansion, therefore, Russia must be defeated. Here’s more from the World Socialist Web Site:
“US imperialism seeks to counter its declining world economic position by exploiting its unchallenged global military dominance. It sees as the principal roadblocks to its hegemonic aims the growing economic and military power of China and the still-considerable strength of Russia, possessor of the world’s second-largest nuclear arsenal, the largest reserves of oil and gas, and a critical geographical position at the center of the Eurasian land mass.
Trump’s opponents within the ruling class insist that US foreign policy must target Russia with the aim of weakening the Putin regime or overthrowing it. This is deemed a prerequisite for taking on the challenge posed by China.
Numerous Washington think tanks have developed scenarios for military conflicts with Russian forces in the Middle East, in Ukraine, in the Baltic States and in cyberspace. The national security elite is not prepared to accept a shift in orientation away from the policy of direct confrontation with Russia along the lines proposed by Trump, who would like for the present to lower tensions with Russia in order to focus first on China.” (“Behind the Flynn resignation and Trump crisis: A bitter conflict over imperialist policy“, WSWS)
Foreign policy elites believe the US and its NATO allies can engage Russia in a shooting war without it expanding into a regional conflict and without an escalation into a nuclear conflagration. It’s a risky calculation but, nevertheless, it is the rationale behind the persistent build up of troops and weaponry on Russia’s western perimeter. Take a look at this from the Independent:
“Thousands of Nato troops have amassed close to the border with Russia as part of the largest build-up of Western troops neighbouring Moscow’s sphere of influence since the Cold War…Tanks and heavy armoured vehicles, plus Bradley fighting vehicles and Paladin howitzers, are also in situ and British Typhoon jets from RAF Conningsby will be deployed to Romania this summer to contribute to Nato’s Southern Air Policing mission…
Kremlin officials claim the build-up is the largest since the Second World War.” (“The map that shows how many Nato troops are deployed along Russia’s border“, The Independent)
Saber-rattling and belligerence have cleared the way for another world war. Washington thinks the conflict can be contained, but we’re nor so sure.

The inexperienced Trump– who naively believed that the president sets his own foreign policy–has now learned that that’s not the case. The Flynn slap-down,  followed by blistering attacks in the media and threats of impeachment, have left Trump shaken to the core. As a result, he has done a speedy about-face and swung into damage control-mode. On Tuesday, he tried to extend the olive branch by tweeting that “Crimea was taken by Russia” and by offering to replace Flynn with a trusted insider who will not veer from the script  prepared by the foreign policy establishment. Check out this blurb on the Foreign Policy magazine website on Wednesday:

“President Donald Trump offered the job of national security advisor to retired Vice Adm. Robert Harward on Monday night…If, as expected, Harward accepts the job today, he is likely to bring in his own team, from deputy on down, with a focus on national security types with some experience under their belts…
Harward also would work well with Defense Secretary James Mattis. When Mattis was chief of Central Command, Harward was his deputy. Mattis trusted him enough to put him in charge of planning for war with Iran. Mattis has urged Harward to take the NSA job.
If Harward becomes NSA, Mattis would emerge from the Flynn mess in a uniquely powerful position: He would have two of his former deputies at the table in some meetings. The other one is John Kelly, now secretary for Homeland Security, who was his number two when Mattis commanded a Marine division early in the invasion of Iraq in 2003.” (“A Mattis protégé poised to take the helm of Trump’s NSC,” Foreign Policy)
In other words, Trump is relinquishing control over foreign policy and returning it to trusted insiders who will comply with pre-set elitist guidelines. Trump’s sudden metamorphosis was apparent in another story that appeared in Wednesday’s news, this time related to Rex Tillerson and General Joseph Dunford. Here’s a clip from CNN:
“Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Joseph Dunford meet face to face with their Russian counterparts Thursday, as the Trump administration evaluates the future direction of US-Russian relations….But even as Tillerson’s plane was taking off in Washington, the Pentagon announced the meeting between Dunford and his Russian counterpart Valeriy Gerasimov, which will take place Thursday in Baku, Azerbaijan….
“The military leaders will discuss a variety of issues including the current state of U.S.-Russian military relations …Trump’s envoys have been expressing positions more keeping with previous US policies. …
Ambassador to the United Nations, Nikki Haley, indicated the US would maintain sanctions on Russia for annexing Crimea in 2014. She condemned what she called the “Russian occupation” of the Ukrainian territory…
The US has deployed thousands of troops and tanks to Poland and Romania in recent weeks, while other NATO allies have sent troops to Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.
“There is a common message from the President, from his security team, the secretary of state, the secretary of defense, that they stay strongly committed to NATO,” he added.
Let’s summarize: The sanctions will remain, the tanks are on the border, the commitment to NATO has been reinforced, and Dunford is going to explain Washington’s strategic objectives to his Russian counterpart in clear, unambiguous language. There will be no room for Tillerson, who is on friendly terms with Putin, to change the existing policy or to normalize relations; Dunford, Haley, and Defense Secretary James Mattis will make sure of that.

As for Trump, it’s clear by the Crimea tweet, the sacking of Flynn and the (prospective) appointment of Harward, that he’s running scared and is doing everything in his power to get out of the hole he’s dug for himself.  There’s no way of knowing whether he’ll be allowed to carry on as before or if he’ll be forced to throw other allies, like Bannon or Conway, under the bus. I would expect the purge to continue and to eventually include Trump himself. But that’s just a guess.

The hope that Trump would bring an element of sanity to US foreign policy has now been extinguished. The so called “Trump Revolution” has fizzled out before it ever began.

In contrast, the military buildup along Russia’s western flank continues apace.
